Персонала беше много отзивчив. Стаята е просторна и чиста. Закуската беше семпла, но вкусна. Всичко в стаята беше супер. Дадоха ни и дебела завивка при поискване.

Възглавниците бяха малко твърди и се паркира на улицата. Но това са малки забележки.

Hôtel neuf bien propre. Bon rapport qualité prix Bon petit déjeuner Le personnel de la réception bien serviable et respectueux. On a fait un vol de nuit et en informant l'hôtel de notre arrivée à 8h du matin ils nous ont attribuer une chambre dès notre arrivée sans nous faire attendre et sans supplément, très bonne chose. Une belle salle de café qui donne sur la rue comme un vrai café.

L'emplacement 750 m de la station de bus en pente bien raide dure avec les bagages. Loin du centre ville. Le personnel le matin au petit déjeuner ne Salut pas les clients , ne répondent pas aux bonjours surtout la dame.

Am rămas mulțumiți de hotel, paturile confortabile, dotat cu tot necesarul, curat și liniștit. In coridor persista fum de țigară, dar in camera nu, ceea ce ne-a bucurat. Am parcat chiar în fața hotelului. Micul dejun suficient și gustos. Personalul foarte amabil. Mulțumesc

It is a wonderful value for the price. The breakfast was quite enjoyable. The staff members were very pleasant, and a particular lady in the breakfast section was exceptionally kind.

There is some dust in the room.

Все було чудово. Обов'язково приїдемо за нагоди і необхідності ще.

Це не несподобалось. Це зовсім маленькі зауваження, що стосувались саме нашого номера. Потрібно замінити шланг в душовій кабінці. І добавити ще одну розетку чи трійник для зручного користування холодильника і чайника одночасно.

Понравилось, что недалеко от аэропорта, есть все необходимое - шкаф, кровать, полочки, чайник, вода, стулья, тумбочки и розетки. Вай-фай работал неплохо. Чтобы переночевать 1 ночь - отель хорошо подходит

Не понравилось в воздухе в номере много были, так что дышать было не очень приятно. Окно открыть было можно, но рядом находится дорога от неё пыль и шум. Поэтому у кого проблемы с аллергией я бы не рекомендовала этот отель. Фен в ванной не работал, завтрак очень скромный.

I liked the great desk service, the kindness and hospitality of the gentleman at the desk in making sure my accommodations were just what I expected. His service a as over and above as he made sure my taxi was actually outside the front door before I stepped out the door to head back to the airport again.

The overall experience was quite pleasant, for a night stay for my transit flight. Late and easy check-in, location is very close to the airport, using a taxi might be costly (more than the room itself) public transit H-9 is a 15 min walk away.

The shower was broken and leaking, yet manageable. PS, have a pair of earplugs if you want to sleep! (The nearby mosque, thin walls and windows doesn’t help)

Большое спасибо за то, что заселили на 3 часа раньше, что было очень кстати после ночного рейса. Рядом продуктовый супермаркет и несколько кафе. В номере все есть.

В этот раз очень плохо работал интернет и было темновато в номере.

It was our fourth or fifth stay, resting between flights, and the staff was kind and attentive, as usual.

This time our room was quite worn, didn't feel fresh and was extremely noisy.

Not much to do around the property.

The hotel is undergoing some renovation and really needs some work. My room was clean and comfortable and quite sizable. The bathroom was good sized, too, although the shower plumbing needed updated. It's not a no smoking property, so don't book if you can't stand old smoke smell as well as a neighbor smoking. The restaurant is currently closed so you will need to choose one of the neighborhood alternatives or go to another area. I was fine with my stay at the The Pearl Airport Hotel. Clean, no bugs, quiet except for the guests with loud TVs. If you need a place to crash and keep your stuff between flights, might as well try The Pearl. It should be noted, that other than some expensive hotels right near the airport, you will have to travel about 10 KM from the airport to get a hotel. The going rate was 25€ each way, so your transportation will be more than your hotel stay.

The reception staff here were exceptionally hospitable!!! and helpful. It is an easy drive from this property to the airport.

Far from the airport for an overnight stay. Poor quality bed and finishes.

Our reservation was for 3 people. They forced us to pay for a second room because of the third person. They also forced us to pay for a second airport shuttle because we had three carry ons. Although we had written threads on that. You cannot trust these folks with anything. Two rooms had total of one cup and no Kleenex.

It’s a good for people have one day or less as a transit.

Friendly staff and nice room

The property was well kept. The staff was very nice. My daughter and I appreciated their quick response to our requests. Sheets and towels were very clean. We loved hearing the kids playing in front of their place, even late in the evening. Bim market was next door conveniently. Most of all, we took pleasure in walking to Taşoluk Yeşil Cami Mosque each time we stepped out and to downtown Arnavutköy. The weeks we stayed there were peaceful, healing and safe.

Lights in room and toilet don’t work, the shower fitting was loose and hanging of wall and shower leaked water,

Nice and clean hotel, very close to the airport. I recommend it. Reception working time 0-24. The taxi cost from the airport is around 11 eur.

Amazing location and shuttle service. Receptionist even ordered late night food for me from a local place and had it delivered straight to my room!!!!

Couple small things need fixing in the bathroom, but nothing that made my stay worse.

Stayed for a couple of hours before heading to the old city, but the price was good and the room was nice. Big washroom and comfortable bed. Recommend for travellers who need to be close to the hotel or arrive very early in the morning and want somewhere to rest

I arrived at the facility at 1:00AM and the receptionist was awake, his good behaviour and swift booking make me comfortable and the room had all facility in it, only one things i couldn't find was a prayer mosala. otherwise all service were excelent. Best wishes, Abdul Ahad Assir +447534*****

The hot water didn't work

As a foreign I see the receptionists man that should be polite as front desk talk so rude, have no polite & have no attitude to my husband that definitely older age. We just want to change other hotel because they didn’t have down floor as we want and the room too small and not good, and when we gave back the key he was angry and talk impolite. We even didn’t ask the hotel to give back our payment that definitely they will not do, but the receptionist man (at night shift) didn’t say sorry any at all for the inconvenience.

The website claims the hotel has a restaurant. As of mid April 2025, it does not. To have the restaurant was very important to me. It was a disappointment not to find one.

Value for money on European side of Istanbul

Really great place for good value. I stayed for a layover and there were a few good reasonably priced restaurants around the area as well. Easy to get to the airport!

I stayed for a very short time during my layover, but it was enough to know how nice the hotel is. The staff were kind enough to let me check in early in the morning (around 08:00) when I explained that I was only staying until 15:00. The room was very clean and had everything you would need (even the slippers)

Staff absolutely friendly and welcoming! Arrived fustrated with the weather and my gps, but the young boy was very helpfull and made my evening so much easier. The amenities included were very welcoming! Will be back
