В этом отеле останавливаемся не первый раз. Отель расположен не далеко от аэропорта, отличный вариант где остановиться между перелётами. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Особую благодарность хотим выразить сотруднику Лютфи, отлично говорит на русском языке, все подскажет, объяснит и поможет. Отель однозначно рекомендуем.

Breakfast not as I am use to

Отель находится в 15-20 минутах поездки от аэропорта. Скоротать время между перелётами отличный выбор. Особенно порадовал дружелюбный, приветливый, отзывчивый, и, к тому же, русскоговорящий персонал. Отель рекомендуем.

Là mosquée a côté et l’appel à la prière mais c normal pour une mosquée, il faut juste savoir quelle est à côté.

Luxury Airport Hotel Zazzoni Sehr gutes hotel Da ich das 3.mal in Istanbul war und davor immer enttäuscht wurde,habe ich dieses Mal nicht viel erwartet . Aber diese süße kleine hotel hat mich echt begeistert vielleicht ist es nicht so modern wie manch andere hotels aber im Vergleich zu anderen 3 Sterne hotel war dieses hotel wirklich Luxus. Sehr sauberes hotel wird täglich gereinigten frische Handtücher gibt es auch. Das Frühstück Buffet standard, klein lecker, macht satt,im Gegensatz zu 4 Sterne hotels viel besser . Der Service 1A . Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Für gläubige ein Traum weil eine riesen moschee gegenüber schnell zu erreichen ist.

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe sind tierisch teuer. Wenn man 20 Minuten Richtung Stadt geht, bezahlt man nur ein Drittel des Preises.

Хороший вариант рядом с аэропортом. Отель полностью соответствует фото и описанию. Очень удобно переночевать пару ночей при пересадках. От отеля можно заказать трансфер в аэропорт, доставку еды и тд. Персонал говорит на русском и английском языках.

Шумоизоляция в номерах плохая, что типично для большинства старых зданий в Стамбуле.

Minden tetszett. Kiszolgálás .. recepciósok nagyon segítőkészek volt. Mindig ott voltak ha kérdés merült fel.. A takarító brigád is nagyon rendesek és segítőkészek voltak.

Posizione tranquilla a 20 minuti dall'aeroporto. Bell'hotel e bella camera.

Male insonorizzato, si sentono tutti i rumori delle camere confinanti e i rumori esterni.

Все было достаточно чисто и скромно.Персонал был очень вежливым. Самое красиво было это вид на шикарную мечеть!!!!

Не было никаких принадлежностей для душа(палочки ватные,диски ватные,шампунь и т п)

Breakfast room is so quiet and needs better ventilation and some music or tv.

Am avut parte de un Nr. cu 2 odăi, 2 paturi duble și 2 single. Curat, dotat cu toate necesare ( doar dozatoarele din baie erau practic pe zero) dar le aveam pe ale noastre personale. Dejunul de tip bufet, proaspăt, gustos și pe saturate. Personalul amabil, zâmbitor. Raport calitate / preț pe care am platit, atunci calitatea e peste așteptările noastre.

Tágas, jól felszerelt szoba, tökéletesen működő légkondicionálóval. Az ágy nagy és kényelmes. A szobában vízforraló, kávé, tea is elő van készítve, kis hűtő is van. 1 éjszakára foglaltuk a hosszú repülés fáradalmait kipihenni hazautazás előtt, erre a célra tökéletesen megfelelt.

- A mecset közelsége - A reggeli lehetett volna változatosabb is.

Gäste Schreien in der Nacht und die Nachtruhe wird nicht eingehalten. Bei uns wurde von Unbekannten sogar an der Tür geklopft und meine Frau und Kinder sind aus Angst in einem Bett geschlafen..ich habe das leider nicht mitbekommen im Tiefschlaf Rezeption hat anscheinend nichts davon mitbekommen

Confortável para passar uma noite quando se está em conexão.

Os mobiliários eram um pouco descuidados e o banheiro não pareceu muito limpo. Tem uma grande mesquita na frente que, apesar de linda, começa a ter orações às 5 da manhã, com som nos auto-falantes.

Se siete di passaggio per l'aereoporto e' un'ottima soluzione di appoggio. Struttura pulita ed accogliente con personale giovane alla reception,come Aziz, molto gentile, disponibile e professionale.

Heel erg schoon, vriendelijk. Goed parkeergelegenheid. Ik geef een 8 voor deze hotel, en ik zal zeker terug komen.

Dat ik wk voet bal niet kon kijken, was niet op de zenders.

This is not a 3-star rated hotel but a budget hotel. The building is built on an apartment. There is nothing wrong with it but the expectations are wrong. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

The breakfast is below expectations and really low budget. There was not much choice and the quality was low. The breakfast was served every day the same. The breakfast room is literally located in the basement floor without climate control which makes it uncomfortable.

Mir hat das frühstück überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es war alles so dunkel dort im Keller. Man könnte es schöner gestalten alles. Sonst aber alles sauber und Top.

Чисто, комфортно, современно У нас был номер на последнем этаже с терассой с отличным видом на Зелёную мечеть. По дороге перед отелем мало кто ездит - место тихое и спокойное. Удобно парковаться если вы на машине. В пешей досиупномти много ресторанчиков. На площади перед мечетью красивая зона для прогулок. Кого-то может смутить громкий азан из-за близости мечети, но мне это наоборот было по душе. В номере была вода, чайник, и чай Останавливался второй раз. Для остановки в ожидании вылета отличный вариант.

Плохая шумоизоляция между номерами.

At check in I was informed that they were full and needed to move me to their sister property. They arranged a cab to take me to the other property. So I actually stayed at Hilltop Airport Hotel, the staff there were outstanding and very nice. The room was comfortable and nice.

This is not aa much a complaint of the hotel more Istanbul itself. To stay at this property expect to pay roughly $40 or more getting from airport to hotel and back. Options are private shuttle offered by hotel for around $65, airport vendors $55, UBER round trip $40ish. As for staying to use this hotel to see Istanbul, be weary that you will have to take UBER to metro station or Airport each time to catch the M11 into Istanbul. If I had realized this I would have found a property in the city center instead. During a 4 day stay it added almost $200 in transportation costs to the stay.

The staff. They where very polite and could speak Russian and English. The location was quiet, most of the hotels are in the main street and they are very noisy at night.

The time for breakfast, it is 07 00 to 10 00 o clock.

we didnt have the chance to take the breakfast but the room was clean and comfy to spend the night between flights. The reception staff was kind and attentive.

Bed was comfy. Easy half way location for a one night layover from the airport. Cost was very good. A few restaurants/supermarkets within a 5 min walk. If staying more than one night, might need a car to venture further away.

Booking.com lists the breakfast as 7-10, but at the hotel it says 7.30-10. slightly disappointing as we had a transfer booked for 7.30 so purposely chose this airport thinking we'd get breakfast before we left. Not to be, that's ok. Just need to amend the time on booking.com to help future customers.

إقامة جيدة من حيث النظافة والراحة، ولكن عانينا من مشكلة تعطل المصعد التي أثرت على راحتنا، ونتمنى معالجة هذه المشكلة في المستقبل لتحسين التجربة.

المصعد كان معطلاً ولا يعمل طوال فترة إقامتنا، مما سبب لنا إزعاجاً ومشقة خاصة الصعود والنزول بالدرج، وكان من المتوقع أن يكون جاهزاً للاستخدام، ولم يتم إصلاحه خلال فترة وجودنا.

Хорошо организован трансфер из/в аэропорт. 10 мин езды от IST. Услужливый персонал. Размер номера соответствует описанию Хороший душ, удобная кровать, подушки. Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но достаточный. Из всех отелей, ранее посещенных в этом расположении, этот оказался лучшим. Рекомендую, как хорошее место отдыха между рейсами.

Уютный отель, есть терраса и номера с балконами. Очень приветливый персонал! Рядом красивая мечеть и природа. Вкусный чай и кофе! Отдельное спасибо Азизу с Лютфи, приём был на высшем уровне!

Далеко от метро, но на автобусе можно доехать.

Hotel is super close to airport, and they were more than happy to accommodate arranging transport for me. Everything is perfect for the price, although it you wanted to search for it, you may find some superficial issues weigh some of the building work. This doesn’t bother me, the bed was comfortable, shower was hot with great pressure, and the place was clean. The staff were super accommodating with providing tea, coffee and water. Breakfast was also good for the price. If you want food outside of breakfast hours, you can order from the menu at reception, and the food will come hot and quickly.

Lovely staff and really comfortable and spacious rooms.

Close to the airport. Rooms clean and modern. Friendly helpful staff ( particularly aziz) . Unbelievable value for money

Would have preferred an enclosed car park initially but it must be said there was absolutely no issues
