Desayuno pobre y piscina no era igual que la foto, súper pequeña

Todo! Son muy amables tanto la recepción como la cocinera. Servicio encantador. Vistas increíbles y habitaciones bonita y cómoda. Desayuno completo.

La piscina es más pequeña que en fotos. Y no pasaron a limpiar las habitaciones en 3 días. El único inconveniente es que no tiene servicio de comidas/cenas si quieres comer ahí, únicamente desayuno o pedir la comida por una app.

All the staff are amazing, willing to help at all times. The location has a spectacular view of the castle (rock formation) and the village. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful with lots of variety. Loved the pool and the terrace. Would definitely recommend.

The views and access to the town centres. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff were incredibly friendly, informative and helpful, despite the language barrier.

My jacuzzi tub was broken for most of my stay. The laundry took 2 days to complete. The infinity pool was smaller than anticipated.

À savoir : La piscine est vraiment toute petite. Heureusement il n’y avait personne en même temps que nous. Et la vue fait tout oublier Il faudrait installer des transats sur la terrasse pour plus de confort que des chaises Dommage de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur Il serait pas mal que le personnel du petit déjeuner apprennent les essentiels en anglais.

Mi experiencia en Portal Capadoccia ha sido simplemente excepcional. Un hotel precioso, con muchísimo encanto y una atención que ha superado todas mis expectativas. Sin duda, uno de esos lugares que hacen que un viaje sea todavía más especial. ¡Estoy encantado con mi estancia!

Sinceramente, no hay nada importante que no me haya gustado. Mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva y he quedado muy satisfecho con la estancia y el trato recibido.

Una estancia muy agradable. El alojamiento tiene excelentes vistas y está situado en una zona muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y disfrutar de Capadocia. El personal es muy amable, atento y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es bueno y completo. La piscina tiene el tamaño justo para relajarse y disfrutarla, y además cuenta con unas vistas espectaculares que hacen que el momento sea todavía más especial. Otro punto a favor es que se puede aparcar sin ningún problema, algo muy cómodo si se viaja en coche. En conjunto, un lugar muy recomendable por su tranquilidad, sus vistas y, especialmente, por la atención del personal. Volveríamos sin duda.

The property is very beautiful, it’s in front of Ortahisar Castle and the view is breathtaking. There’s also a swimming pool that the guests can use at any time.

Las vistas de la terraza es increíble y la pisicina impresionante aunque es un poco pequeña al a ver muy pocas habitaciones no hay problema te puedes bañar sin problema Si quieres una cerveza o las que quieras los dos chicos que trabajan allí te la traen e incluso se anticipan y te proponen si quieres algo mientras te bañas Las habitaciones corresponden a un hotel 5 estrellas de Europa son INCREÍBLES DE VERAS… EL MEJOR HOTEL QUE HE ESTADO EN TODA MI VIDA IDEAL PARA DESCONECTAR Y DISFRUTAR CON CALIDAD

Se olvidaron solo 1 día de limpiar la habitación por el resto genial

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super. Vor allem ist das Hotel schön ruhig gelegen, abseits der touristischen Zentren wie Uçhisar oder Göreme. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Kappadokien!

Loved this hotel. Was tucked away from the busy cities of Cappadoccia and allowed for real peace and rest. Views from the terrace were stunning and the breakfast food really lovely, eggs made fresh to your liking every morning! Jordi the hotel dog was a true highlight!

The bathroom had a couple of plumbing issues that could not get resolved over the stay.

Adoramos nossa estadia no Portal Cappadocia. Tudo limpo, organizado, funcionários muito prestativos, auxiliaram a gente com alimentação, transporte e até lavagem das roupas. Foi perfeito!

Mieliśmy cudowny pobyt w tym pięknym butikowym hotelu i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Obsługa była profesjonalna i zawsze chętna do pomocy, co sprawiało przyjemność przy każdej interakcji. Choć Google Maps nie pokazuje tego dokładnie, hotel znajduje się około pięć minut spacerem od centrum, co czyni lokalizację bardzo wygodną. Ceny były rewelacyjne, a stosunek jakości do ceny naprawdę imponujący. Nawet butelka wina była zaskakująco tania. Jednym z największych atutów był podgrzewany basen na dachu z tarasem, idealny do relaksu po całym dniu. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje też zespół housekeepingu,pokoje były sprzątane codziennie na bardzo wysokim poziomie, zawsze nieskazitelne i świeże. Wszystko to znacznie przewyższyło nasze oczekiwania. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel każdemu, kto odwiedza tę okolicę. Dziękujemy całemu zespołowi za wspaniałą gościnność! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Leider war es etwas weiter entfernt von der Stadt. Wir müssten immer ein Taxi nehmen um rein zu fahren.

We had a great stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the view was amazing ! I would definitely recommend it !

Lovely staff; they made the stay super easy and comfortable. The view of the castle and Mt. Erciyes cannot be beaten. The pool is tiny but heated to 35C.

The room lighting is “atmospheric” rather than useful. Also we arrived hungry and there is no restaurant. They gave us a fast food menu to order. It was DISGUSTING.

I chose this property hoping to stay away from the overly touristy areas like Göreme, and it exceeded every expectation. The town is absolutely stunning, peaceful, and full of authentic charm. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they recommended an amazing local restaurant that we loved. One of the most memorable parts of the stay was the peaceful dog always around the property, it somehow added even more calmness and warmth to the atmosphere. The soft music playing throughout the day created such a relaxing vibe. The traditional breakfast was exceptional and truly felt like being welcomed into someone’s home rather than a hotel. Staying in a natural rock cave room was such a unique and beautiful experience, and despite my concerns, there was no humidity at all; The room was extremely comfortable and clean! Loads of parking spaces on the road just outside the hotel. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends, and if I have the chance, I will definitely return!

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. De communicatie met het hotel was super goed. Ze hebben ons geholpen met het boeken van activiteiten, maar ook toen er een bestelbus in onze huurauto was gereden. Zij hebben al het contact met de partijen voor ons opgepakt, zodat wij van onze vakantie konden blijven genieten. Ook de service van alle medewerkers was super gastvrij. Wij hebben echt van ons verblijf genoten!

The room was big and spaceous, the jacuzzi was a nice touch because cappadocia is colder.

Pour nous emplacement idéal car excentré du bruit et de l’animation du centre ville. Nous avons apprécié le calme (attention peut-être différent en haute saison?), la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, le coté typique de la chambre.

Personeel is zeer attent en de kamers zijn prachtig.

The staff and service is amazing here and easy to communicate with. They helped us plan our trip in Cappadocia and helped us arrange private tour and hot air balloon.

The location is a bit far from the city centre and it’s not easily accessible without a car. But that also makes it quiet and peaceful.

Si lo que quieres es calidad, confortabilidad y recibir amabilidad y servicio, en este hotel mimetizado con el paisaje lo encontrarás. Todo perfecto. Un 11 sobre 10. Lo recomendamos para pasar unos días en Capadocia, alejados de la vulgaridad turística. Estuvimos en una habitación con vistas al castillo.

We had a lovely time here in this beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed at all time. Clean and stunning rooms, tasty breakfast, and beautiful view of the Ortahisar castle from the terrace. We definitely will be back and recommend.

Le logement était impeccable, déjà frais car dans de la pierre. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la dame à l’accueil ( donc je n’ai pas le nom ) ainsi que les autres membres de l’équipe qui sont très à l’écoute et disponible merci à eux ! La piscine est très agréable et peut être réservé sur des créneaux afin d’être sur d’être tranquille. Le logement est certe éloigné de goreme mais c’est parfaitement calme et cela permet de se reposer comme il faut entre 2-3 sorti. Il est situé à 12 minutes en voiture de goreme et il n’y a jamais de bouchon. Il y a un même un golden prêt à vous accueillir qui est adorable !

Le frigo ne marchait pas, nous avons prévenu le premier jour et nous passons 3 jours dans hôtel et l’assistance n’est jamais passé. Pas idéale quand on a des chaleurs à 35 degrés mais nous avons su trouver des solutions.

The staff and the owner of maki were amazing. We arrived very early to maki (hours before our check in time) we asked if our room was free if we could have an early check in as we were very tired from travelling all night. When we arrived at the hotel we were immediately led to our room where the key was waiting in the door for us. No bad comments the stay was amazing as well as the cirali! We will definitely be back.

Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu.Çarşaflar ve havlular tertemiz. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Otelin konumu da merkezi ve manzarası güzel. Kalabalık bir ekip halinde gittik ve herkes çok memnun kaldı. bu kaliteli hizmet için işletme yönetimine teşekkür ederiz.

Struttura curata con pulizia giornaliera. Personale gentilissimo, ci ha aiutati ad organizzare il giro in mongolfiera con prezzo imbattibile rispetto a quelli delle agenzie. Colazione buonissima e veramente ricca sia dolce che salata. Posto molto bello (Ortahisar é stato il paesino che ci é piaciuto di più tra quelli in zona) 10 min a piedi dal centro. Hanno un cane merviglioso

Las vistas del hotel son espectaculares. La atención del personal es impecable. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, muy limpias y con mucho encanto.

La ubicación. Aunque las vistas son espectaculares y tiene una posición privilegiada en el pueblo, no tienes nada cerca en cuanto a servicios o ambiente para poder ir andando. Dependes de un vehículo.

Todo, el hotel era precioso, las vistas maravillosas y el desayuno estaba realmente bueno. El personal era muy atento, nos ayudaron el todo, nos recomendaron sitios y fueron muy agradables. La habitación era muy amplia, estaba limpia, la cama y la ducha perfectas y tenían todo tipo de productos de aseo. Sin duda si volvemos a Ortahisar repetiríamos en el mismo hotel

Een prachtig, authentiek hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Een echte aanrader. We verbleven hier één nacht vanwege een doorreis, maar de volgende keer blijven we zeker langer. Bedankt voor de service, gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid.
