Mi dispiace per il personale davvero fantastico ma la struttura non merita assolutamente le 5 stelle. Era tutto sporchissimo,blatte ovunque, asciugamani sporche. Avevamo prenotato una settimana siamo andati via dopo 2 giorni. Puzza di pesce marcio in tutti i corridoi

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter

Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht wie in den Fotos dargestellt. Tapete war teilweise lose, die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Möbel und Inventar waren stark abgenutzt. Kissen mit Stockflecken und Schimmel. Badfugen mit Schimmel. Starke Kalkablagerungen im Bad. Schmutz unter den Betten. Starke Lärmbelästigung durch schlechte Isolierung der Fenster. Toilette war nicht fest verankert und hat gewackelt.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the customer service from the staff is excellent, especially from Khlide, Lurelle and Reola.

The breakfast option could be improved and refilled for th capacity of guests.

The only positive aspect was the room size. Apart from that, the experience was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness, service, and overall condition of the property were well below acceptable standards.

The welcome was acceptable, but the room was extremely dirty. There was not even any soap in the bathroom. When I requested some after dinner, the staff insisted on checking the bathroom to verify that it was actually missing, even though we were in the middle of taking showers. They came back three times before finally leaving a bar of soap outside the door. This was not acceptable and showed a lack of respect for guests' privacy. The property was poorly maintained and cleanliness standards were far below what should be expected. The location is also in a less desirable neighborhood, which further detracted from the overall experience. The only positive aspect was the size of the room. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property.

Facility very old ... room not clean at all ... balcony green color coz of water coming from plumbing ... broken back of the bed ... room lights not working ... mini bar fridge not working and not cooling and very sticky from inside and yellow color very dirty ... walls very dirty and cracks ... bathroom very dirty specially under the toilet ... too many insects inside the room ... no mini bar fillings no water no sugar no tea no coffee ... towels have marks and not clean

Rien. nous n'avons pas été accueilli dans cet hôtel.

Malgré une réservation confirmée plus d’un mois et demi à l’avance pour une suite familiale, l’hôtel nous a annoncé à notre arrivée tardive (23h15) qu’il était complet et que notre chambre avait été donnée à d’autres clients. Nous avons été envoyés dans un hôtel 3 étoiles (Majestic) au lieu d’un 5 étoiles, tout en payant le même prix. La chambre de remplacement était en mauvais état : odeur d’humidité, murs et draps tachés, TV hors service, serviettes insuffisantes. Après un long voyage, cette situation a été très décevante. Manque de professionnalisme évident. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Au vue d'autres commentaires de clients, cela semble être une habitude de cet hôtel.

The staff are nice, especially the restaurant staff, the room is spacious with plenty of storage, furniture, lightning ..all good

it should be maintained, one sink was broken, the other was clogged, had to call to be be able to open the door for the balcony. when you stay for one night you don't have time to make calls and wait for technicians to come..Ect.. the black marble is stained can't tell if it is clean. the bedding needs to be replaced (the pillows and the towels)

Je recommande cet hôtel, le personnel est très à l'écoute de ses clients. j'ai passé un très bon séjour. Je félicite Lunelle, Hassan, Reda pour leur gentillesse.

Tout a été parfait !

1. Problème de parking, tres difficile de trouver une place sur la voie public. 2. Rue passante et très bruante, entre le bruit des voitures et des grands taxi dant la station est juste en bas, les bars qui sont juste à côté d'où sort les alcoolisés pour finir leur soirée dans la rue, c'est la NUIT BLANCHE GARANTIE. 3. Problème de communication entre les réceptionnistes qui se relaient: en route vers l hôtel , j'ai appelé une heure avant mon arrivée pour vérifier la disponibilité de la chambre côté calme que j'avais réservé à la réception une semaine à l'avance lors de mon précédent séjour, le réceptionniste au téléphone me confirme la disponibilité de la chambre, à mon arrivée, un autre réceptionniste me dit qu'il n'a aucune consigne et que la chambre dant on ma confirmé la disponibilité il y a une heure est occupée , et que la seule chambre disponible est sur le côté boulevard, du coup, j'ai repris mes bagages et j'ai quitté l'hôtel. TRÈS MAUVAISE EXPÉRIENCE.

Camera spaziosa ma un pò vetusta; sicuramente è stato un bell'albergo ma necessita una ristrutturazione. La zona impraticabile, sporca e poco gradevole, ma tutto il centro della città lo è. Colazione magnifica varia ed abbondante

Pour notre second passage dans cet hôtel, nous n’avons pas été déçu car le personnel est toujours aussi aimable (merci), les chambres spacieuses et agréables et le petit-déjeuner, royal! Cet hôtel est aussi magnifique côté décoration et matériaux tout en étant chaleureux.

Salle de bain un peu vétuste mais néanmoins fonctionnelle.

L'hôtel est bien situé. La chambre est grande et très propre. Le service est irréprochable et le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant est aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Lurelle, qui a fait preuve d'une extrême gentillesse et d'un grand professionnalisme. Je n'hésiterai pas à y séjourner à l'avenir.

L'emplacement en plein centre ville est très pratique. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Le personnel très agréable. Le petit déjeuner très bon et très varié . Un grand merci à Lurelle pour sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité. Ma famille et moi avons particulièrement apprécié ces petites attentions. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûre 😉

Cette semaine et demi s'est très bien passée et votre hôtel était très agréable et le personnel toujours au petit soin et très souriant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner parfait et le spa excellent.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Il est très propre, confortable et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et toujours prêt à aider. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe !

لم يعجبني اي شيء على تطبيق بوكنك وضع رقابه صارمة على تصنيف الفنادق ، الفندق تصنفية 5 نجوم وهوه لا يستحق نصف نجمه ( قذر جداً ) يمكن ان تقول انه اقذر مكان على وجه الكوكب ، انا لم اقيم في الفندق وغادرت مسرعاً تجنباً للقذارة ، وتم خصم سعر ليله واحده مني ضلماً لان الفندق لم يكن يطابق ادني شي من مواصفات سكن الانسان

It was good for a family of 4 and easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Marouane was exceptional and helpful.

L'hôtel est confortable, propre et agréable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour satisfaisant. Un grand merci au personnel qui est sympa, à l'écoute et très réactif.

En revanche, si vous prévoyez de venir en voiture, sachez que le stationnement est très compliqué. Il n'y a pas de parking à proximité et l'hôtel est situé juste à côté d'une station de taxis, ce qui peut entraîner beaucoup de bruit, surtout à certaines heures. Lors de notre séjour, une bagarre a même éclaté au pied de l'hôtel entre des chauffeurs de taxi, ce qui a été assez désagréable et n'a pas contribué à un sentiment de tranquillité.

The toilet water kept running, so I had to shut off the valve; the air conditioning was not adjustable; the remote control was not provided from the start; and the shower floor is not sloped toward the drain, which can cause it to overflow.

Changement à la derniere minute de ma réservation de suite familiale sans prévenir par d'autre chambres doubles: ce qui a constitué un grand dérangement. L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans un point noir (des clauchards partout devant l'hôtel).
