Perfect service experienced from the very beginning (Concierge, check in, M Club, Housekeeping, Room Service, Breakfast, etc), really only positive opinions. And I need to highlight one even more outstanding, with willingness to provide the best possible service what is over the high expectations of Titanium Elite guest, Mehdi from the breakfast. Kind, balanced, and seeking to complete quickly and perfectly the requests.

Had a wonderful breakfast at Marriott today. The food was delicious, and as someone who truly misses Moroccan food, it was especially enjoyable. The service was exceptional. A special thank you to Abdou, who welcomed me so warmly and made the whole experience feel truly personalized. Also, many thanks to Ilias for his kindness and hospitality. Their attention and genuine care made the morning even more enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back!

The overall experience was ok, the thing that made this hotel was the staff - they were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. There were key points that let this hotel down 1st - the advertised terrace wasn't open other than one morning at breakfast - with no explanation as to why 2nd - the restaurant wasn't open any of the evenings for dinner only the very expensive and over priced steak house 3rd - It is very geared towards business rather than the tourist - lacks atmosphere 4th - The concierge wasn't very helpful when we asked about something to do - they suggested getting out of town and going elsewhere ie Marrakesh or Fez - not practical Location is perfect - there are local souks and a lovely walk along the promenade to the mosque but a long way if you want to go to the beach. The best advice we got from a member of staff was to visit the Royal Mansour as it had a rooftop terrace - the atmosphere here was a lot better.

If you are looking for a business hotel then this is the 1 for you excellent conference facilities and helpful staff with all the up to date amenities you would expect If you are looking a couples break then maybe look elsewhere as while the hotel have amazing staff who go above and beyond, the hotel lacks the ambience of a holiday hotel where you feel welcome and not a number

One year after my last visit, I returned to this wonderful hotel, and what touched me the most was that the restaurant team still remembered me. They warmly welcomed me back, asked about my well-being, and made me feel like I was returning to family rather than a hotel. A special thank you to Elias, who immediately remembered how much I love his tea and prepared it for me without hesitation. He also prepared for me Moroccan eggs with khli’i, which I absolutely loved, and made me the most delicious avocado toast. Samah, the newest member of the team, greeted me with a beautiful smile and such positive energy that instantly brightened my day. Amina deserves special recognition for her exceptional hospitality. She doesn’t simply manage the restaurant; she genuinely cares about every guest, checking on everyone as if she were welcoming guests into her own home. Latifa truly lives up to her name. Her kindness, warmth, and professionalism make every interaction a pleasure. Hanan remembered that I love my msemen hot and fresh. When I went to take one, she insisted on preparing a new one just for me so I could enjoy it exactly the way I like it. And a big thank you to the EL Mehdi at the reception, whose friendliness, constant smile, and genuine conversation made every moment feel special. This team is the reason guests keep coming back. Thank you all for making me feel valued, remembered, and genuinely cared for. I can’t wait to return again.

Very good selection of food and drinks at breakfast

Location is good, 20 min walk to the Mosque, less than 10 mins from Casa Port train station and also the central market. There’s no pool at the hotel and the gym is quite limited in terms of resistance machines but the key selling point of the hotel is the staff - they are wonderful. From the team in the exec lounge to the breakfast team to the guest services team who arranged a birthday surprise for my daughter - excellent. The club access is worth doing if you can get it included in your room rate - very extensive evening food and alcohol. We had a junior suite which was large and well appointed, would suggest the sofa in the lounge is replaced with a sofa bed which would make it more comfortable for a family. Overall we enjoyed our stay - thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always made me feel welcome. A special thank you to Ilyass, who was exceptionally hospitable and attentive throughout our stay. What really stood out was how he would take care of little things without even being asked, his thoughtfulness and genuine care made the experience feel very special. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference, and I would happily come back again.

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Youseff was so welcoming each time we came to and from the property and Soukaina looked after all the check in and out details. Very wonderful staff! The gym had everything we needed and the breakfast had a great selection each day. Location was great by the train station and easy access to the paths by the Ocean. Recommend this hotel especially for the club lounge as well.

My wife and I made a short stopover in Casablanca. We stayed two nights at the Casablanca Marriott. It is a beautiful hotel! We had two breakfasts there (included in the rate) and cocktails one evening. The service in all areas was exceptional. The restaurant team, including Amina, Icias, Said, Samm, Abdoo, and Rimba were most attentive and friendly. It was a wonderful experience, although we wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel atmosphere was very upscale and post modern.

Hotel is very tired and doesn’t live up to its 5 star classification. Desperate need of a Refurb. Bathrooms are dark and Grim with tile grouting in shower patched up. Only 2 out of 3 lifts working and therefore at busy times have to wait quite some time for lift to arrive. Breakfast area extremly busy/hectic No Spa and No Pool

Great hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism!! At this mariott , the staff make you feel like you are home !!!!! Especially abderahim, mohammed, youness , and ilyasse. I highly recommend staying in this hotel . Amazing atmosphere

Very good overall experience.

The stag were helpfull and friendly, the place is calm and really nice, it’s clean too. Generally we had a lot of fun and loved it.

We had to pay the tax twice, once in the booking app and then in the reception property and that didn’t make sense to be honest, since the entire price we paid in booking included the tax (79.20dh) and we were asked to pay it again upon arrival.

Ilyas provided outstanding service at breakfast — very welcoming, attentive, and professional. He made the experience lovely. Thank you si much for your kindness and hospitality

- Location good, not next to anything but close to everything incl. train station for local trains (e.g. Rabat, not the ones to Tanger and Marrakesh thats a short taxi or tram ride) - Room clean and spacious

- Breakfast for the price very simple and small, quality was good but for Mariott a bit of a let down - Free Wifi not suitable for work, outlook works but e.g. Teams is blocked - No checkout evening before possible

The fact that even if i didn't stay at the property thy took good care of me! Gevz me hot Milk and also helped me get out securely after i told them i couldn't afford to stay just for one night due to the price.

Off the bat, Amina, Ilias, Wadia, Rihb and Abdou were stand outs at this hotel. Having had the opportunity to stay at many of these cookie cutter chain hotels, as well as smaller boutique properties, across multiple containers, beyond the standard high thread count sheets, comfortable beds and other in room accessories, it's really the people of a hotel that make or break a hotel experience. And how they perform when there is a problem or a set back. In addition to the folks mentioned above, Karima and the staff at the reception, house keeping and restaurant staff, everything else about the hotel was....well like any other hotel. Marriott keep an eye on the details! It's why your customers keep coming back. When that slips, you will lose even the most die hard loyalist like me

We were guests of the hotel for 3 nights. Arrangements were made through our agent Odynovo. The hotel is very well-located in an area in which we felt safe. It's a high-rise hotel and has a strong western feel about it with amenities to match. After 2 1/2 weeks travelling in Morocco and staying in many beautiful riads and unique hotels, it felt soulless, but this is what western style chain hotels look like. We were in a superior city view king. The room was very clean and housekeeping was good. It was very quiet. The front desk, concierge reception, and door people were outstanding. They accommodated every request and then some. I brought a hair straightener that required an adapter that the hotel did not have. Staff offered to run to the market and souks to locate one. Lovely people. We ate in the main floor restaurant multiple times for breakfast, lunch and drinks. The food was nothing exceptional, but it was fine. The manager, a woman, seemed to run an efficient and gracious operation. We also ate at the steakhouse. Calling it a steakhouse is a bit of a stretch coming from Canada, where we know beef, but it was fine. We chose it because we were getting on an international flight within hours and wanted to eat food that we thought would agree with us. This is a very good choice for Casablanca and I recommend.

Ilias is amazing person, he always welcome us with a smile . His service is exceptional as always that’s the reason we love it here . The food is good as well as always

The bad: our shower was a disaster. In typical European shower style, the shower glass "door" covered only half of the shower making it very easy for water to spill or splatter outside even if the shower was on minimal strength. To make matters worse, the shower drainage was extremely poor and water would pool (sometimes overnight) in the shower making it very easy for the water to overflow out (it is not a tub as you can see in the picture and there is not much of an edge to keep the water in). The water also took several minutes to heat up. Our sink also did not drain well. The average: we had complimentary breakfast in the Marriott lounge. The food was okay and not particularly special. The good: Service was wonderful. We felt very well looked after by the helpful and attentive front desk, concierge, and bell boy staff. They were able to provide helpful recommendations, restaurant tips, and get taxis to the airport or to other destinations in town. The hotel is very new and modern and is clear and very fresh. Our family suite (except for the shower) was excellent - very clean, modern with plenty of charging outlets, and spacious. We felt very comfortable. The area around the hotel was safe and well situated (short taxi drive to Rick's Cafe, Hassan II Mosque). We would definitely stay at this Marriott location again.

Staff is helpful

night parking guy maybe who is used to shout from distance as a way of communication and wait from you to guess what he means. Parking not available even when you find a place, you can leave and return to find it full, which means, if you reserve 1st this does not mean you can count on parking on your stay even if its is said as available as a standard.

This hotel is great! The staff were delightful and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great location. I highly recommend it.
