Food was not bad but I hope to be more tasty next time

Η τοποθεσία ηταν καλή, πολυ κοντα απο κέντρο και Μαρινα. Εαν ειχες all inklusive μπορείς να πάρεις οτι ποτο ήθελες απο το μπαρ σε αλκοόλ και οχι μόνο αναψυκτικά.

Η παραλία είναι βρώμικη και μικρή και παρα πολλούς ανθρώπους οπότε νιώθεις αηδια να μπεις μεσα στην θάλασσα, οι ξαπλώστρες παρα πολυ παλιες και βρώμικες το ιδιο και οι πετσέτες, παρα πολύ παλιές και γδαρμένες που σιχαίνοσουν να τις ακουμπήσεις. Δεν ειχα καθολου ζεστο νερο και καθε μέρα έπρεπε να περιμενω 3 ωρες για να μου το φτιάξουν για να κάνω μπάνιο. Ο πορτιέρης που με πηγε στο δωμάτιο δεν έφευγε απο το δωμάτιο μου μεχρι να του δωσω λεφτα , ενοχλητικό. Το δωμάτιο ειχε σκονη, στο καλαθάκι του μπάνιο βρηκα ενα μαυρο εσώρουχο από προηγούμενο πελάτη, το φαγητό ηταν παντα το ίδιο βαρετό κατοπουλο ή ψαρι. Η πισινα πολύ μικρή με νεροτσουλήθρα για τα παιδιά που εννοείται πηδάνε πανω σου οταν εισαι στην πισίνα, δεν έχει αρκετές ξαπλώστρες και η πισινα και η παραλία κλείνουν στις 17:30. Δεν πηγα ουτε μια φορά στην πισίνα γιατί ηταν γεμάτη απο παιδιά που φωναζαν ολη μερα και δεν ειχες χωρο να κάτσεις. Υπήρχαν μονο δυο ασανσέρ οποτε περίμενες πολυ ωρα . Η διασκέδαση ηταν απλως ενας dj που εβαζε τραγούδια επιλογής. Επίσης το μπάνιο μυριζε ουρα.Το ξενοδοχείο εχει μονο Ρώσους και Αιγύπτιους πελάτες .

Location is near everywhere and rooms are clean

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and certainly not worth the price. This hotel is a perfect example a cheap budget hotel * One of the only two elevators was not working. * No air conditioning in the lobby, it was so hot and suffocating you could barely breathe. * The swimming pool had trash floating in it, disgusting water, and completely worn-out, miserable towels that were honestly disgusting to touch. * Some staff desperately need basic training in hospitality. The room-cleaning team, however, was good. * We ordered a takeaway breakfast before our Luxor trip. It was rotten and completely inedible. We had to go without food until we returned. * Workers and maintenance made noise for an entire day. When we complained, the answer was simply: “There is nothing we can do.” Apparently, guest comfort is not their problem. * One of our rooms had no proper water supply in the bathroom, with water available for only around two hours a day. * The beach is extremely poor and has nothing resembling a decent or classy beach. * Wi-Fi is practically useless. Even the mobile network around the hotel is poor. * There is absolutely no atmosphere or entertainment. No music whatsoever, apart from a DJ for one hour from 9-11 PM. * The buffet is embarrassingly limited, with poor variety and almost no refilling. Arrive late and you might be lucky to find some salad. * The drinks are awful, essentially colored water pretending to be a beverage. The most ridiculous part is the price. If you think you are saving money by staying here, think again. You will end up spending even more outside the hotel just to find a decent beach, proper food, decent drinks, and basic service. Not a proper hotel experience. Not even close. This hotel needs serious maintenance, staff training, and a complete rethink of what “hospitality” actually means. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Extremely dirty room,disgusting shower ( hair and dirt on the floor and shower cabinet)and on the top of that couldn’t even take a shower ( water just dripping) like the hotel runs out of water, the towel and sheet can’t be used in hotel( broken towel and burnt sheet )

The hotel is in a very good location in downtown near all the shops and restaurants and thanks to Mr Emad for the great service and the perfect hospitality that he provided he is always there when you need anything

الغرف ماشاء الله تمام ممتازة وعمال النظافة ممتازين وكذلك صالة الطعام ممتازة جدا والأكل الموجود كأنك في بيتك له طعم اكويس جدا وكذلك لاننسي موظفين الاستقبال متعاونيين جدا وزوق وأخلاق عالية وبالأخص مستر أنسي ومستر عماد ومستر أشرف ولا تنسي الحفلات المسائية للاطفال وكذلك للكبار في منتهي الروعة

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und insbesondere كرم , der für Sauberkeit zuständig ist und junge Mann احمد , der Security ist .

Am Strand ist nicht genug Plätze und das Essen war unterdurchschnittlich.

Accueil hôtel : arnaque à mon arrivée veut que je supprime ma réservation et paie le même prix sans passer par booking contre surclassement . Me demande 10€ de supplément pour une chambre vue sur mer que j’ai refusé et la chambre qui m’était attribuée avais vue sur mer . Hôtel uniquement fréquenté par locaux et russes . Rien ne fonctionne ascenseur - douche - climatisation bruyante et boutons de réglages arrachés (il faut ouvrir le boîtier pour chaque changement de température) - débit faible wifi internet et tv - impossible de regarder un film . Personnel d’une nullité affligeante surtout au restaurant vu leur façon de travailler , en Europe ils ne font pas une semaine avant d’être virés . Rien ne fonctionne correctement tout est au bout du rouleau . Je suis allé dans cet hôtel il y a 4 ans en plein travaux et je pensais voir mieux après tout ce temps l’hôtel est toujours catastrophique n’y aller pas . Buffet minable vous manger froid tous les jours et la même chose à chaque repas je suis resté 1 mois les 10 derniers jours j’ai pris mes repas à l’extérieur pour manger correctement . Je ne peux comprendre des notes très appréciables pour cet hôtel et mets en doute les commentaires élogieux non justifiés après 2 séjours d’un mois dans cet établissement .

مكان الإقامة نظيف وطاقم العمل رائع وشكراً للمستر عماد أنه شخص ودود جدآ ودائما مبتسم والموقع تحفة وان شاء الله هكرر الزيارة قريبا والروم سيرفيس فى منتهى النظافة ويوجد هناك شخص يدعى جمال إنه يحب عمله جداً ومهتم بكل التفاصيل إنه مكان رائع وانصح به اى مسافر

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Dexon Roma Hotel, even though it was only for one night. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with a good variety, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. The location is perfect, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Emad at the reception for his warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding service. He made the check-in process smooth and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Dexon Roma will always be one of the hotels I keep coming back to from time to time. Every visit leaves me with great memories and a pleasant experience. Even though this stay was only for one night, it was enjoyable as always. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again soon. 🌟

Beach Stuff is Stupid. They are Not qualified for any Hospitality or How should they interact with a client. Also their attitude with the foreigners is Very stupid and keeps Harassing with them all the time. Same food everyday with No variety. Pool area is very poor. They don’t own a beach, but just contracting with a beach called Eden with a poor atuff. Room Quality.

The dining room offers simple meals. The hotel's location near the Sheraton Promenade is ideal for evening strolls. The reception area is pleasant for evening gatherings. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The beach is located across the street from the hotel, offering ample space for relaxing and swimming.

Tavsiye etmiyorum eski tozlu ve tuvalet kağıdı bile yoktu temiz değildi. Gecelik 50 euro ödedim en fazla 10 euro eder.

The hotel is located in a perfect place near to the City center. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I lost my shorts in the room, but they could find it in 1 week! WOW! Thank you so much!

I don’t like a rule about one key to one room, sometimes it’s not comfortable for 2 guests.

L’accueil, l’emplacement, la propreté, l’animation et le sourire des employés formidables ! La plage est magnifique pas trop loin .

Le seul inconvénient c’est d’attendre l’assesseur et aller chercher la serviette et redescendre pour chercher un ticket d’entrée pour la plage sinon ça peut aller , ce que je n’ai apprécié aussi c’est le fait de payer une journée entière alors que mon départ de l’hôtel était vers 18h je pensais qu’on pourrait payer qu’un extra comme la majorité des hôtels touristiques font mais chaque établissement est différent.

Kahvaltı rezildi, öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde aç kalmıyorsun. Günün 24 saati araba ve korna sesinden uyunmuyor. Gece 1 ile 6 arası otelin önünde barın kavga ve gürültü sesi bitmiyor.

One of the best budget-friendly hotels in Hurghada, surely it's not luxurious but it definitely has all that's needed to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. 1- Check in took only half an hour and they upgraded my room to a sea view one for free.😍😍 2- The food is varied and delicious, and the restaurant's decorations alone can make you hungry. 😅😂 3- The staff is very friendly and helpful. 4- The beach is enjoyable and luckily my stay wasn't in a high season so it wasn't over crowded. 5- The animation team improved and hosted a group dancing show on one of the nights, they also play nice music every night.

During my stay one of the elevators wasn't working but they were trying to fix it. Other issues are really negligible.

Frukosten var bra med bred variation

Fastigheten var gammal, det verkar som man inte bryr sig om renovering eller uppfräschning. Wifi var under all kritik, i rummen var nästan obefintlig, det verkar som att frågan inte har prioritering hos ägaren. Hissen fungerar inte som det ska.

They smoke everywhere in the entire hotel and the whole hotel smells of smoke, even in the elevator, the only negative for us.They forgot that there are people like us who are non-smokers.

Very nice hotel and the beach is also good . We got a newly renovated room with sea view and the staff in the beach are friendly and also Mr Emad on the reception is very helpful. Will visit again soon

Great location, very close to the Marina and shops. The hotel is clean, good and friendly staff, amazing food. One pool inside the hotel. Also, inside of the hotel there are shops (good prices) , a spa, gym, hairdresser. The beach is very close to, like 2 mins walk, just need to cross the street. Another pool on the beach. Really good value for money. Big rooms, with balcony. I definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you for looking after us while on holiday.

Kedves személyzet,tisztaság.Jó és elegendő étel.Amikor érkeztünk egyből kaptunk szoba upgradet,ami egy nagyon szép gesztus volt és mégjobban éreztük magunkat.Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel.Családdal voltunk 2 felnőtt és 2 gyerek.

Talán a reggeli lehetne egy picit változatosabb de így is jó volt.

The hotel restaurant's staff are friendly and generous

1. Was very disappointed with the way my daughter was treated by the morning male receptionist. He spoke rudely and responded to any concerns or issues mentioned with clear disrespect and an ill-mannered attitude. His behavior was unprofessional and made her feel poorly treated throughout the interaction, it left a very negative impression on our stay due to his lack of professional communication expertise. 2. Was discouraged with the reception manager’s lack of engagement and interest in guests’ concerns. Throughout my interactions, he remained seated and seemed indifferent to any issues happening around him. His passive attitude gave the impression that he was unwilling to assist or take responsibility for situations that required attention. This level of disengagement is unacceptable for someone in a managerial position and undermines the quality of service guests should expect. 3. My experience at the hotel bar reception was unpleasant, some of the younger staff spoke loudly and rudely about us within earshot, which created a very offensive atmosphere. The servers also appeared inexperienced; I was served a hot drink incorrectly, and when it was brought back, it was spilled twice. The lack of proper training and professionalism ultimately made me leave, as the overall service and mannerism were far below expectations. 4. The bathroom's shower water smells like the sewers 5. Tesis genel olarak mutlu edici olanaklara sahipti. Bir Türk olarak mutfaklarını asla beğenmedim. Patates püresi ve pirinç lapası yemek zorunda kaldım. Ama inanılmaz bir temizlik vardı odada. Oda temizliği otel temizliği gerçekten iyi seviyedeydi. Temizlik hissettim açıkçası. Fotoğraflarda gösterilen bir plaj ben görmedim veya havuz. Otelin kendine ait bir sahili var yolun karşısında. Otele biraz erken ulaştığım için benden 20 $ daha para istediler ancak erken girmek istemedim. Genel itibarıyla otelin konumu da çok güzeldi.
