A lot of the facilities were closed for renovation - I suppose it's because it's low season.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026We spent 10 incredible days at La Festa, and as it was our first time visiting Vietnam, we truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member made us feel so welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made such a difference to our trip. By the end of our stay, it honestly felt like we knew everyone. Every morning we’d head down to Il Salone Lounge for our coffee, and it became one of our favourite parts of the day thanks to the amazing team there. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and immaculately maintained. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, and every detail throughout the property has been thoughtfully considered. One of the things we loved most was the location. It’s perfectly positioned in Sunset Town, making it so easy to walk to restaurants, cafés, attractions, the night market, and the waterfront. Everything you could possibly need is right at your doorstep, yet the hotel still feels peaceful and relaxing. There are fantastic restaurants and cafés within the hotel itself, the facilities are excellent, and the views are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, explore Phú Quốc, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, La Festa offers the perfect balance of luxury, convenience, and authentic hospitality. This hotel exceeded every expectation we had. It wasn’t just somewhere to stay—it became a place that made our holiday even more special. We will absolutely be returning and couldn’t recommend La Festa highly enough to anyone visiting Phú Quốc.

What we loved the most was the staff’s kindness and attentiveness; they really make you feel welcome and cared for. The hotel itself is stunning with beautiful interior design, and the premium quality is evident in every detail. It was exceptionally clean throughout, and we loved the pleasant fragrance that fills the entire property. There were also plenty of great programs and activities to choose from. A truly high-end experience in every way – highly recommended!

1. Could me more vegetarian food options in veg buffet 2. The location made it difficult to explore the real city. We were confined in an artificial looking manmade city 3. There was no beach to swim and chill 4. The noise of the festivities happening outside made my room windows shake literally. Room windows should be made sound proof. 5. The hotel did not look like it was on a beach destination

Het is een soort nieuw Aziatisch Disney hotel. Het ligt midden in het soort Disney/centreparks dorp waar Europa, met name Italië is nagemaakt. Inchecken echt pas vanaf 1500 uur, (early check in wordt niet beantwoord van te voren) want het is massaal in en uitchecken met kinderen. De communicatie verloopt wat moeizaam, Engels is niet altijd begrepen. Bij het zwembad is geen douche dus iedereen duikt er zonder douchen in, en de bedjes zijn vies en er is geen bediening ondanks dat er wel iets van een QR code scanner ligt. Verder moet je je je gezicht scannen om naar de vuurwerkshow, kissbridge te kunnen. Dat is voor Europeanen toch vreemd, AVG is toch echt anders, dus je kunt ook gewoon bij de buren Bavaria gaan eten en de show volgen. En de kissbridge is maar 3 euro.
