Airport Westney Lodge

Staff helpfulness and cleanliness

Not on the free shuttle run

My alarm never went off at 4am and the shuttle transfer driver came and knocked on my door and woke me up. I would hqve missed flight otherwise.

Great room value for money thank you 😊

Location and value for money.

Tiny but noisy

Easy no distractions and affordable, comfort yeah nice stay

No good place to stay

Good value for a bed for the night close to airport

The shuttle pick up from the airport was good but the return to the airport was only at certain times that didnt work for our flight so had to uber.

It was easy and not complicated.

It was a bed for the night ........it filled the bill

Right next to bus route going direct to airport, the bus even leaves very early. All you needed for a night in transit. Awesome to have a sink in the room and have a cup of tea/coffee. Very happy with the quality to price ratio and will be back

A few stains on the bedspread and sheets, but they were clean

Close to the airport. Quiet clean and comfortable

All good

Location

The parking situation and the shower, the pressure was right how ever it was very hot.

Good value. Clean, comfortable bed, and not far from the airport.

Clean and comfortable room, with fridge, electric jug, sink and access to kitchen. Shared bathroom, but clean and nice hot shower. Walkable from the airport (I got a ride, but ended up walking back to the Woolworths just outside the airport.)

Airport pickup was stated to be included, but was actually an additional $10. Reasonable enough, but it was a bit annoying that it wasn’t made clear from the start.

Large space

The main door opened to the communal lounge. We had to go next door to sign in but wasn’t informed of that.

Easy to get to and had a shuttle service in morning to airport. Friendly helpful staff

Near the airport with good shuttle connection. Basic but adequate

The bed was really comfortable and everything was clean. It's really good for value

Efficient

Alls well

Prive was good. Clean. Nice staff

The advertised in demand transport was simply not available , it was run down, due to the noise, its the worst sleep in paid accomodation I've ever had

Pratique pour l’aéroport , propre

Très froid dans la chambre et proche d’une grande rue très passante donc très bruyant

It's a good budget friendly option for flights the next day..they provide long term parking for excellent rates .and shuttle to airport.

追加料金で空港への送迎を行ってくれる。深夜に空港へ到着でしたが、迎えに来てくれたので助かりました。

ドライヤーがなかったので困った。(貸し出ししているかは確認していません)

Great location close to the airport, with the bus stop to the airport right outside. Bedroom was comfortable, staff were nice, and able to accommodate later check ins.

Très bien ! Petit coin cuisine agréable et accueillant ! Chambre propre et bien équipée!

Vicinity to the airport and cleanliness of room.

Great little room comfortable bed.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and resourceful kitchen

Nothinh

Although the property is quite old, it met my expectations and offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it had all the basic facilities you need. It is very convenient that the property provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. However, the airport pick-up service starts at 4:00 a.m. and is not available for earlier departures, even though the motel's website states that it is available 24/7. It's ok.

Too small room.

It was clean and nicely set up.

The check in instructions were not clear. Landed on an international flight at 12 midnight and still hadn’t received instructions for check in. Gave us a bit of a run around in the early hours with young kids. Was not pleasant considering we had prepaid our stay.

Servis, komunikace? Doprava na místo a půjčení adaptéru

Very quaint and clean

Location- cant be helped though

great place, close to the airport, room had everything we needed, toilets and showers were clean, and transport to the airport was very affordable :)

Half the price the of the motels right next ti the airport. The rooms are bigger. Convenient pick up and drop off service at i only $10. Clean accommodation. I found it quiet enough during the night. It's all I need to rest my head between flights.

There isn't anywhere close to eat but Uber eats is fine.

Was ok. Decent for a night before travelling. Shuttle service was helpful

Airport shuttle very timely. Comfortable room and beds so good sleep. Free seven days to store your vehicle.

Airport hotel for parking and ,airport shuttle is exactly as advertised. The room we had was a little noisy with road noise, not a deal breaker for 1 night.. Access a little dificult due to roadworks outside a little email or text before arrival would have been appreciated. Xlaen and tidy newly refurbished room.

Ticked the boxes

I did not stay

Unsupportive Inconsiderate

Huoneessa aluksi haisi oudolta, lähti nopeasti tuulettamalla.

Good location and good warm room

Parking is a bit small

The distance from the airport, the kind and helpfull people that work here. The service to be picked up from the airport is quick and easy, just give them a text or ring and they'll come get you. There's a busstop at your front door and with one transfer, 30min later and 6,50 NZD spent your in the city centre.

The bed may be uncomfortable for some. The traffic starts early in the morning (like 0530 on workdays) and its a bit noicy, I brought airplugs though and had 2 wonderfull nights of sleep!

Great for the price - was able to upgrade to own bathroom for $20 extra which I thought was worthwhile. Family member flew in late night and I was flying out next morning so convenient location and saved travel time.

The accommodation had everything you needed, was close to the airport and you could find some shops/restaurants in 15 minutes walking.

The shuttle driver was a bit rude and impatient on the phone when discussing the pickup from the airport.

Large room and new bathroom and kitchen Shuttle service excellent and fantastic staff

Stayed to pick someone up early from the airport, staff was friendly and even offered the shuttle for if I was flying.

Convenient

Great location, close to the airport and with great facilities. The owners also provide a shuttle bus to/from the airport for a very reasonable price

All was good

Super friendly staff and my pickup was prompt. Clean room with good hot shower, microwave, dishes and fridge. I was upgraded to a larger room so very happy.

Main road with lights alongside Motel, but, with windows closed just the minimum of noise…

Great communication thru out, Easy transfers & nice room.

Clen sheets and very clean room

No bathroom.I didn't realise when I booked.My problem I am sure.

easy from airport

close to a busy road

Tidy, good staff, and affordable. I highly recommend this place.

I like the staff always smiling ,24 hrs service , good environment, comfortable, cooking facilities available if required plus pick and drop was also reasonable and comfortable . Would like to stay same place next time all facilities were excellent and neat and clean. Appreciated

No food available near by

Close to the airport.

No real reception.
