Doubletree By Hilton Seoul Pangyo Residences

I had a great experience

I registered my car, but I was told to pay when I left, and I waited endlessly until someone came. The cleaning condition is dirty. I'm a little annoyed that I didn't get ready for the shuttle bus on time and had to wait in the hot car.

Overall it was good, but the convenience store was unfriendly, there was no separate smoking booth, it was hot and I had to walk a long way, and there was not even a single sunshade, so I thought it was a hotel that didn't have this much consideration for its guests.

It was very clean but location was not that great.

Nice place to stay.

walkable to the subway stations, major public transportation in Korea.

Quite and good price

I liked double tree because of how quiet it was. It was silent in my room when I slept. The cleanliness was amazing too everyday they took care of cleaning the place and it was spotless. That is why in my opinion double tree is a 5 star hotel. We stayed in room 1552 in the Residence. Amazing experience.

Great location and excellent breakfast buffet

Nice facilities

Wonderful hotel, comfortable, clean, and up to date. It is a bit far from down town, but uber is inexpensive.

Very comfortable place to stay and feels like your own home away from home

Staff were very polite and helping It was great place to stay

Great place to stay when you're in. Bundang

My wife chose it because she wanted to visit a church that was about 30 min. Away from the hotel via subway/train. Traffic to and from Seoul was horrible. There is no real amenities around the hotel. Phone reception was horrible using SK. The way staff check us in was weird. Front desk wanted see our passport amd a cc for deposit. Just giving reserved name/phone # was not enough. Despite asking for a cc for deposit, it was never charged for deposit. Weird. All double tree I have been to provide daily cookies but this one put a limit to one as a welcoming gift and that was it. Even though it had a kitchen but there was no near by mart to utilize the kitchen. Needless to say, i will have no use for this place ever.

Newly built hotel and clean. But the location was right next to the FWY and noise. Other than, everything is good. Good service and fast respond room services.

Beautiful place to stay at, very clean, helpful staff. Area around is kinda boring and the walk towards the more populated area was kind of inconvenient but still would highly recommend

Excellent Staff

The staff and currently the concierge, you ask the make it happen!!! Also very friendly and helpfull.

The concierges , they are the hart and soul of this hotel! You asked and they will make it happen. Also the staf in the restaurant and the cleaning is perfect and do friendly!!!!

Uncomfortable because of the limited transportation. No subway nearby.

The hotel says they're 5 star hotel but the service or the staffs doesn't provide a service like 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet is pretty pricy but the quality of food is low. It seems they make many kinds of dishes but there's nothing much to eat since it's hard to find a freshly made food at hotel.. And overall the staffs who work there doesn't look like trained enough to communicate the customers. They're just... unkind and unprofessional.

Amazing ! The residence was very modern and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed like dishwasher and it even had a laundry machine.

Lately opened new hotel…

New hotel, clean and reasonable price. They charge 39,000 won for each entrance fee to very small size sauna...

It was a scam and most of the front desk employees are not professional at all they wanted to charge me for checking in and for wifi totally about 130,000won 110usd

I visited Pangyo Double Tree Residence with my family for vacation. The trip for celabrating to enter the junior high school for my first son. The reason for choosing the hotel is to use the swimming pool. The facility seems to be clean but unfortunately it was not safe as it seems. Swimming pool tile was broken and my son got serious cut in his feet. I prepared aqua shoes but the they did not allow us to wear them. There were so many childrent at the pool, and hotel should be more care about the safety and cleaness. My trip was ruin for my son's injuery.

Cozy and clean. Love the coffee as well as the breakfast.

Best hotel in the area but dining options are limited.
