-We reserved corner room (719) with mountain view but we could not open the curtains and enjoy the view because the room would become unbearably warm. -A/C was set at 18.5 centigrades but the room temp would not get below 25 degrees. -Kitchen fumes permeated througout the 1st and 2nd floor and our clothes smelled very strongly all day after having breakfast.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026David at the front desk was exceptional. He spoke fluent English, was professional, and was always willing to help. He was easily the highlight of our experience and deserves recognition for his excellent service.
We stayed at this hotel for four nights during the World Cup week and paid approximately USD 1,500 per night. While I understand that prices increase significantly during major events and that it was ultimately my decision to book at that rate, it was disappointing to see room rates drop to roughly one-third of what we paid shortly afterward. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had offered some form of partial adjustment. The room itself was a standard King room located on a corner, which was supposedly one of the better room categories available. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The room remained uncomfortably cold throughout our stay, and adjusting the temperature settings had no effect. We also used the hotel’s laundry service, but our clothes were returned only partially dried, forcing us to finish drying them ourselves in the room. Another issue was the strong odor in the hotel restaurant. After breakfast, the smell lingered on both my clothes and hair, which was quite unpleasant. Related to the restaurant, we did enjoy the ribeye, but the New York strip did not taste like beef at all. It was so unusual that we had to confirm whether the meat was pork. Communication could also be challenging at times, as only a few staff members spoke English. This occasionally made it difficult to resolve issues or ask questions.

Fat pillows bad for the neck, lack of consumables in the room(not enough). It would be nice at least a couple of water bottles for example (glass bottles). Restaurant temperature a little on the warm side Sunday afternoon

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026部屋が広く、部屋の照明やエアコンの設備が整っていました。冷蔵庫がついていたのもよかった。車が泊まる場所が広いのでUberタクシーを頼んだ時に乗り降りが楽でした。また、スタッフが2人ほど立っているのでにもつの乗り降ろしやドアの開け閉めを手伝ってくれました。 メキシコに滞在するにあたって懸念していた虫は出ず、安心して滞在できました。 各階にいくにはルームキーが必要なためセキュリティもちゃんとしていました。
ケトルがあれば良かったと思う。 お風呂場の排水溝のところに髪の毛が溜まっていた点は驚いた。

La ubicación es muy conveniente, tanto cerca del centro, cerca de Galerías y también de una calle que conecta a otras partes de la ciudad. La habitación también tenía una muy bonita vista al cerro de la silla.
Lo único que le faltó un poco fue detalles en la limpieza. Son pequeños detalles que omitieron al momento de llegar o cuando hicieron la limpieza durante nuestra estancia. Hay Alexa en la habitacion pero no funcionó. Pero en general nos gustó quedarnos ahi y si volveremos.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025From beginning to end, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, clean, elegant, and had what I would consider to be the best view of the mountainside. I absolutely loved the small details like how the toilet paper was scented. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. The aquachiles we ordered on a whim were exquisitely prepared and so delicious that we wanted to try more food from the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was just as amazing with a wide selection of options for various preferences ranging from fresh bread and fruit to waffles and customizable omelets and fruit juices. We will be visiting this specific hotel again. They really set the bar high.
There wasn't anything I didn't like, although I noticed the shower head was kind of hanging on the ceiling by a thread- it still did the job though.
