Reviewed Sep 15, 2026El hotel está súper bien ubicado, eso es definitivamente lo mejor, la zona es muy bonita y vale la pena caminar por la zona para conocer y recorrer sus alrededores. La atención del personal en recepción y valet parking es muy servicial.
Las habitaciones si se sienten un poco viejas, pero no afectan en lo absoluto la estancia. En general el hotel estuvo bien.

I don't think I've ever placed a bad hotel review so I'm not a complainer, but this hotel was lame. The worst part was that there were floodlights outside our window, attached to the hotel, that made the room bright at night even with the curtains closed. Our first room had a broken bathtub and was not clean, but they quickly moved us to another room, which was somewhat clean but counters visibly not wiped. The staff were not friendly and the only time they interacted with us was twice when they seemed to think we were not staying at the hotel. The outside is historic and attractive but the inside remodel is super ugly and the rooms have zero charm. There used to be nice mountain views but now they are forever blocked by construction of a big apartment building, which is not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of. Stay somewhere else but have a drink at bar 1900 in the lobby.

The cleaning could have been a little better, particularly around the pool area, which was not always as clean as expected. In the room, the carpet was quite old and had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall comfort. The hotel could also be quite noisy at times, with many people using the common areas and noise coming from neighboring rooms late at night. Improving the condition of the carpets, overall cleanliness, and noise control would make the experience much more comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay, and I enjoyed my time there. However, considering the quality of the accommodation and the overall experience, I found it to be a bit on the expensive side.

El costo de 2 mil la noche no lo vale, ya es un hotel viejo sin remodelaciones, regaderas con fallas, las cortinas permiten entrada de luz, solo dos elevadores muy lentos. Tuvimos que usa escaleras varias veces, y agrégale que es un hotel que permite eventos como bodas, ejecutivos en el lobby por lo que no es hotel que te permite un descanso al 100%

いろいろな点でクラシックなホテルなので、最新の設備を好まれる方には合わないかもしれません。

Ruskigt dyr frukost. Städningen borde vara bättre. Dags att renovera rummen, inte minst badrummen. Kändes inte så fräscht. Elkontakt vid sängen hängde löst. Inga USB-kontakter för laddning.

De inrichting is wat gedateerd. Slechts 1 stoel aanwezig in onze kamer.
