早餐不錯, 雖然選擇不是很多, 但是環境舒適, 窗邊位置還可以看到澳門旅遊塔。

泳池比較小, 而且有很多在上游泳課的人, 感覺不好

The steam room, jacuzzi and the room itself all nice. Staff generally pleasant.

Room service food was ridiculous, but can order out easily. Gym a bit limited but usable. One annoyance was a staff member at the pool area while I was trying to chill in the jacuzzi moving about and just being odd. Dude just go sit out of the way and stop being annoying. Vibe kill.

The hotel is very new, and it should have opened at about the same time as the Double Tree in Hengqin! The location is good and the view is marvelous, The sea view room can clearly see the Macau Tower and Macau city. There is a five-star Hilton facility and a five-star level of service at the hotel. The peak crowd management during breakfast hours is similar to that of other international five-star brands. Also, we observed managers from other departments helping with breakfast when the restaurant was fully occupied... This is what makes it stand out from other hotels or so-called five-star hotels... Well done, Hilton Zhuhai! I am very satisfied with this accommodation experience. I hope that the Hilton in Zhuhai can do a good job in all aspects of hotel maintenance (by the way, the Hilton in Futian, Shenzhen is really terrible to see, and the maintenance is so poor). My hope is that Hilton Zhuhai will maintain the Hilton standard both in hardware and software in the future! Special thanks to Ivan( the staff from front desk department, I guess) exceptional service and very attention to detail !!

경치도 좋고 시설도 좋았습니다.

Been this hotel for many times. It is very close to ferry terminal to Macau. Also the hotel got a nice view to see the Macau city view. All the staff are also friendly and professional. It is good choice for stay at Zhuhai with nice design hotel in the city.

Convenient location, great seaview, dining room have kids running around and playing with food utensils, the staff could manage better.

Lounge afternoon tea very bad, no choices for me to choose. Happy hr food better a bit, but the chef needs to improve the cooking, salad vegetables not so fresh. Lounge Environment is cheap class. If I compare others hotel lounge, your lounge is third class

整體上都滿意，只是房間有煙味，但係工作人員好快來處理，放置清新空氣機。另外前台員工Lunsun Chan (懂廣東話）非常之幫忙，在房間安排上盡量滿足我們，也提供很多住宿及旅遊的建議，酒店有這種員工真是你們的福氣，如果再來珠海我也會再次入住。

環境各方面也很好，唯獨是冷氣不夠，房間比較侷促，即使冷氣已調校到16度，但相信房間仍保持住在23度左右

We stayed in Hilton hotel for our Christmas holiday. Although the hotel was busy, we still had a great stay there. I would highlight their good service delivery with few outstanding staff ...Lusun from front office and also Suga, Lynn from restaurant, in particular for Tony Lu, the team leader who shown his professional manner and went beyond duty running the packed restaurant during Christmas day. For marcom issue .. please correct the signage wording next to your washing basin in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay in the seaview room. Beautiful and new hotel! Automated sheets and curtains. Would stay again! Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee machine not always dependable. Some warm foods were stale and cold and felt like leftovers. Pleasant otherwise

环境优美，酒店装修风格优雅时尚又舒服，餐饮丰富，停车方便，是到贵地旅游的不二选择。

酒店清潔，全店職員，尤其前台，十分helpful 及有禮貌，只是酒店地點有些唔方便。

My daughter and I had separate rooms on Level 25. We weren’t told whether it was an upgrade, but it felt like one. My room faced Macao and had the most fabulous views. Wonderful for the sunrise. We enjoyed the Happy Hour in the Executive Lounge. Great snacks including spicy crayfish. Just need to make the Tsingtao colder. Breakfast in Konnect is also fabulous. Great selection of western and Chinese foods. Omelettes can be made to order. SkyBar 2989 offers great views has open air sections that allow the night atmosphere to be experienced. 58RMB for a 296ml Tsingtao is a little steep, the view compensates. The rooms are very sleek and modern. I didn’t bother with the pillow menu, but it is offered. Two English channels on the TV, CNN and HBO. The bathroom is awesome with a very modern toilet and large shower space with bath. The pool is wonderful with views to Macao. Please note, you need a swimming cap. You can buy one for 29RMB The hotel is new and at first seems to be in an odd location, however it is relatively close to the new Convention Centre. It is also close to Wanzai Port, which looks like another way to get from Macao to Zhuhai. Also, only 600m away is Wanzai Seafood Street, which an awesome experience. Select fresh seafood and have it cooked in a restaurant. Chloe and Skylar helped us get a Didi the next morning. Staff are very helpful.

A New and grand hotel with well trained and humble staff.

大約由拱北口岸坐的士大約20分鐘到達酒店，交通方便。2人入住海景大床房一晚，酒店海景日間及夜景也很美，房間衞生環境乾淨及舒服。 酒店對面有14路巴士，車費一元坐21個站大約一小時到達百貨公司站下車，再步行5分鐘到達揚名廣場及Aeon 超市。

I spent 2 nights with my family (with 2 young kids) in Hilton Zhuhai over the long weekend. I am impressed by its timeless elegant design and comfortable furnitures across the hotel. My wife was impressed by its pillow menu and comfortable bathrobe. I was pleasantly surprised by its exceptional Chinese restaurant located in the basement. Delicious food and value for money. Definitely a hidden gem in Zhuhai. While it took us more than 15 mins to commute to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, I think the quality of the hotel facilities and services justify the distance. I look forward to staying there again.
