Room comfort and view. Best buffet I have ever had in a hotel restaurant (shame it closed at 9pm). Not a huge selection but the quality was amazing. (Same goes for the breakfast) I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this would rank as one of the best

Minor gripes. Outside pool closed until next year. Had to wait around 10mins to check in (not really hotels fault)

Everything in the entire facility was beyond amazing, very luxurious, spacious rooms, everything was taken care of from beginning till the end. The resteraunts were amazing as well.

The language barrier was the only issue, which I guess is plausible. The return for the security deposit I am not sure how long it will taken, but its been a few days already...

員工服務態度非常好，客人遇到房間上的問題馬上做出處理以及補救。在清潔程度上差了一點點，在冷氣出風口有一些頭髮，位置因為比較顯眼。整家酒店所有員工的態度都非常好，很讓人開心。特別是門口工作人員，幫忙搬行李。

Check-in時房間竟然沒有準備任何歡迎生果點心之類，每張床也只準備了兩個枕頭。房間寬敞、裝修簡潔但豪華。景觀一流，舒服到我們check-in後也沒有離開過酒店！室內泳池可以（天氣不好，所以室外泳池沒有開），更衣室的熱水池和熱石床很舒服，但可惜蒸氣房不太熱。以一間那麼豪華的酒店，健身房略嫌簡單。

Old-style luxury and attentive and friendly service. It was our first time in Zhuhai and the staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable, relaxing stay. Among the staff, Jim and Ben, in food and beverage, were extremely helpful and considerate. Sean and Joey, in Check-In at reception were very accommodating and approachable, Terry and Bettie, in Butler and Concierge services, were always available to assist. Beyond that, they all spoke varying degrees of English and were very kind and friendly people - which made our time in Zhuhai quite enjoyable. Thank you from Ben, Kathleen and Austin.

Shower Room Door cannot fully Shut cause Water splashing out and causing the flour flooded. Breakfast choices was average could be better of St. Regis standard.

唯一一点是房间里的冷气冷度不足，感觉有点热。

Everything looks good and clean but service needs to be improved further.

酒店設施有點舊、保養一般。最不滿意是預訂了三人大套房並注明了三人入住，但並沒有安排加床，跟前台職員聯絡，竟然回覆三人房只提供一張床，如需加床需付費，雖然最終他們也免費加上，但我對這個安排仍感到十分不滿意！

Had a very nice sleep!

My wife and I recently celebrated my birthday at the St Regis, Zhuhai. All the staff were magnificent. From Terry and Mia who welcomed us, to Linda and Willow at check-in, Liya at SOCIAL and the staff at the bar, all were incredibly friendly and professional. Special mention must be made of Jim H, who enjoyed speaking Japanese with my wife at breakfast and took great care of us at the St Regis bar. The food, room and amenities were all great but it is the staff that makes a top quality experience at a 5 star hotel. Thank you.

As a five-star hotel, I believe there is still room for improvement in some areas. The bathroom sink in my room was damaged, and the power socket was unstable—issues that are unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the pillow was too high for comfortable sleep. On a positive note, the butler service was prompt and attentive, and the Chinese dim sum was delicious. Overall, the hospitality was impressive. I hope the hotel management will take these comments seriously and address the concerns raised, as guest feedback is valuable for enhancing the overall experience.

超级遲交房，4点多也沒有準備好房間。雖然作出一些補常也有点不快。作為超5星酒店早及晚自助餐食物真的很一般

I just visited St. Regis in May 5, 2025. I love to see their luxurious accommodations. The room was spacious and comfortable . Nice environment Their staffs are friendly and helpful. Their restaurant are also amazing . I would love to visit again.

冷氣故障，不能下調，凌晨一點工程人員在房檢查，所有隔塵網滿佈灰塵，令人擔心多久沒有清潔過？工程人員馬上清洗再安裝，但都沒太大幫助，由於已經接近二時，我們只好繼續休息。 到酒店大堂有人員上前接過行李，給我一個號碼牌，表示會送上房間，之後到前台check in，服務員沒有提過有關行李牌的跟進，我不以為然，上房很久都沒有人送行李上房。致電前台，原來他們沒有同concierge 溝通過，無人知道行李是我房間的。折騰一段時間才有人送行李上房。 以 St Regis 級數同價錢，服務水平同質素都配不上。

This is my second time staying at the St Regis Zhuhai Hotel and it won't be my last. During both of my stays, I was thoroughly impressed by how well trained the staff generally were as well as the level of hospitality. Staff at the front desk and the two restaurants made the effort to chat with me which gave the entire experience a personal touch. Special thanks to Joey Zhou, the Loyalty Manager, for personally greeting me during my first stay and for arranging and fulfilling my special request during my second stay, as well as making both of my stays memorable.

A poor start of the Easter holiday in a 5-star St. Regis Zhuhai. Room not ready in the agreed time, luggage delivered in half an hour, bedroom TV remote out of battery, heavy curtain out of order, study desk shaking all the time, hard-to-manage living room TV, butler left the door half-opened, and finally an unprofessional follow-up. Not a good choice.

我們一家五口book了兩間雙床房，我們三點check-in，我們要求兩間隔壁的房間，員工們說一層樓只得兩間房係雙床房要等其他住客check out安排給我們，但仲要清潔，我們起碼等1小時之後才安排到給我們，所以我們也要自費去coffee shop度飲房，卒之等到4:30後才有房給給我們入住！除此之外，酒店各樣嘢都十分之好職員有禮也10分helpful，房衛生環境也很好，自助早餐種類比想像中少，但可以接受！之後我也會再次入住的

整體非常好，大堂服務員能照顧到顧客可能等得太久, 會定時跟進和盡快安排上房, 管家服務都很到位，但早餐就差少少。

An eye opening experience with St. Regis Zhuhai Butlers did an incredible job making us feeling most welcome! Jason Shawn Ambe Were a great team. Jason ,one of the butlers was the highlight of our stay , he is a true gem and he was willing to go above and beyond!

My stay at The St. Regis Zhuhai was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled within one of Zhuhai's tallest buildings, this hotel embodies elegance. Its breathtaking design and layout left me speechless. My home away from home was the magnificent Caroline Astor Suite (5903), boasting expansive spaces, dedicated dining, working desk, living area, bedroom, walk-in closet, powder room and majestic marble bathroom. The Macau Tower and Zhuhai views from every window were simply stunning. My journey began with a rejuvenating visit to the 68th-floor Iridium Spa, where breathtaking views, exceptional treatments and impeccable facilities melted away stress. Dining at La Brezza, on the 71st floor, served up exquisite Italian cuisine with premium ingredients. Each bite was perfection. The St. Regis Bar, on the 41st floor, offered an unforgettable sabering ritual, stunning Macau Bay views and creative cocktails, including the signature Pearly Mary. Breakfast at Social was equally impressive, with an amazing selection to start my day. The 69th-floor gym and indoor pool provided serene spaces to unwind, open until 11 pm. Throughout my stay, impeccable service, luxurious chandeliers and refined ambiance created an unforgettable experience. The St. Regis Zhuhai has earned a loyal patron in me. I'll definitely return.

高端的客房設備，所有員工的服務非常優質，早餐在秀. 餐廳的食物質素好高啊

We booked three rooms for two nights in December 2024. Only one room was available when we checked in at 4:30pm. We waited until 6pm before all our rooms were available to us. Given the official check-in time of 3pm, this was indeed quite ridiculous. Definitely not something that I would expected of one of the priciest 5-star hotels in Zhuhai. Also, there were spots of dirt and hair in our room. They remained in place until the time of the checked out. The F&B at the hotel was very good. Staff were in general attentive and readily apologized for mistakes committed by junior staff. I would probably just go there for food in the future and avoid staying there.

酒店的職員非常有禮貌，上下每一位職員見到面也會問候，笑容滿面。 我們各人抱着很大的期望去吃早餐，但最終很失望。因為食物質素有很大的改善空間，款式雖多但味道不是太好吃，例如油條亦較硬，蝦餃皮很易爛，亦都較厚，連生果也不夠甜，雪糕像溶溶地。

First of all, usually I'm not a demanding customer BUT in view of the price and class of this hotel, I have a reasonable expectation on the service and thus I make the following comments:- 1. The buffet breakfast is POOR. The waitress led us to the table after a long time queuing, and we sat down, another family showed up and told us that we were using their table, while there was no any indication on the table was being used and the F&B staff did not have any record on the table arrangement so that they did not even know that the table was being occupied by the others!! After they arranged another table to us, they served coffee, and you can see in the photo that the coffee leads and make the cup looks so dirty, and the hot coffee was NOT hot!! 2. Room is nice but not clean enough, while dirt were found in the drawer of the cup cabinet. 3. Butler service was so-so. When we requested for ice bucket with ice, they only sent the ice to our room and claimed that we didn't ask for bucket. 4. When my friend called and asked for some arrangement before check-in, the staff doesn't knows English!! Conclusion: I won't recommend this hotel to others and this was definitely the one and only one time I would stay in the hotel. I cannot believe the standard of this hotel is so poor!!!

The Zhuhai St. Regis was an excellent choice for our family celebration of my two nephews' graduation. We booked 3 rooms for a 2-night stay, and the hotel was very accommodating of our needs. To start, they honored my elite status and upgraded us to a beautifully decorated one-bedroom suite. The suite offered stunning views of Macau from our rooms, which was a real highlight. The spa facilities were also excellent - we were able to fully relax and unwind during our stay. The breakfast spread provided a nice variety to start our days. The real standout, however, was the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Yan Ting. The authentic Cantonese cuisine they served was exceptional. A big thank you to the head butler, Samuel Xu, for ensuring our stay was truly exquisite and memorable. Overall, the Zhuhai St. Regis exceeded our expectations and made our family celebration a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

3點前抵達及辦理入住，5點40分終於才有房間。 跟之前在其他瑞吉建立的印象完全消失了。 前台某女服務生態度很不好，問她東西就碎碎唸「都聽不懂」，再說便跑路，質素沒2星級的專業。 要讚揚行李部同事、泳池接待同事、早餐餐飲部同事，他們是5星專業的。 我想某些樓層台的管理很有問題。 問題一直出在他們身上，在安排入住期間不少顧客生氣。 即使文章刊登了，他們應該都是用範本回應留言，真的不能有期望

Staff are nice and welcoming. The king bed is cozy. The ocean view from our room is spectacular, especially at night. Gym is nice too.

Breakfast: not too much selection. Very crowded on weekends. Would be good if we could have more Cantonese food. Bathroom: not well maintained. A lot of stained spots on the tiles Outdoor swimming pool and bar: always closed
