Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Fiquei no quarto Macau, pois queria ter a vista de Macau e Zhuhai e a vista é linda, principalmente a noite, onde se vê a ponte toda iluminada, o Gran Lisboa, a torre e o prédio em Zhuhai. O quarto é bem grande, a cama gigante e bastante confortável. O banheiro é muito bom, com chuveiro sepadado e uma banheira linda e muito confortável. Isso sem falar no café da manhã, com diversas opções de comida ocidental e principalmente de comida chinesa, com foco na comida cantonesa. A mesa e cadeira de trabalho é muito confortável e bem equipada. Tudo foi excelente na minha estadia e o hotel é lindo. Foi minha primeira experiência no Sheraton e sem dúvida muito boa. O staff também é muito cordial e extendi por mais um dia a minha estadia e tudo foi feito rapidamente.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Erittäin monipuolinen, viihtyisä, siisti ja loistava sijainti. Suosittelen kaikille Aasiaan matkustaville. Saunat (tavallinen/höyry), uima-altaat sisä/ulko, joka oli tilapäisesti kiinni, kuntosali ja huone oli aivan loistava.
Hotellin virkailijoiden kielitaito esim. Englanti on heikko, mutta asiat hoituvat silti aina, koska hyvän palvelun halu on niin korkea.

The food selection at club room was limited but the breakfast buffet had a wide food spread. Excellent services throughout the property.

I understand that hardly anyone speaks English in a Chinese hotel. But at the Sheraton Hotel so that nobody knew English at the reception? The only person communicating in English is a boy bringing suitcases. Destroyed lock to the room door, so the door was not tight, especially acoustically.

The phone in my room is not working well. I was trying to make reservation at the restaurant for dinner. Person on the other side couldn't hear me and hung up right away. I tried a few times with no success. Later, an attendant came to our room trying to find out what's wrong. Knowing that was the phone problem, but she couldn't fix it . I couldn't use the phone in my room during my stay. This is supposedly a non-smoking hotel. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my husband, a man started smoking beside me. So I had to move away. How come there was no hotel staff interruption? This is supposedly a 5-star hotel. I came in one evening seeing 6 to 8 people squatting around a coffee table in the lobby eating take out. This is absolutely unacceptable. How could the hotel let this happen? My husband brought this to the Front Desk attention. I am so disappointed with the hotel management.

I ate at the Chinese restaurant and the char siew was exceptional. We had Omakase and the staff were very accomodating for our late night dining and dietary restrictions.

Restaurants are limited. Feast waiters only bring you coffee once and then they ignore you. The breakfast lay out becomes boring if you stay too long. Not walking distance to see any interesting sites.
