The front desk girl was rude. I showed up with my bags at the door and she asked me what I wanted. And I said I wanted to check in. She said she didn’t have any reservations for that day and didn’t want to let me in. There was no hot water in the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025My husband and I stayed here for a week while exploring Queretaro and taking day trips. What we loved the most was the location. It's close and walkable to everything in the Centro without being in the noisy part. And it's just a block north of the main drag, so it's easy to be dropped off by Uber or a cab. We slept well every night, even though we went during the independence day festivities. This place was an oasis to enjoy Queretaro. The front desk staff was so helpful and attentive -- Andre helped answer all our questions and even printed out directions for us to get to Bernal by bus! The continental breakfast in the courtyard was perfect for starting they day. The cleaning staff kept our room so clean. The only issue we had was very small (shower wasn't draining) and resolved within just a couple hours. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The room had an air conditioner, but the building never gets hot ... opening the window gave us a nice breeze and kept us cool even without it on.
I can't think of a single thing that was bad about this place. We will absolutely stay again.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2025Todo el personal es sumamente amable, me respondieron varias dudas y no en todos lados son así de pacientes y cordiales. De verdad que te hacen sentir en casa!! Las intalaciones están super bonitas! La alberca es muy bonita y el agua estaba climatizada. Tienen convenio con un estacionamiento que está a 1 cuadra y media. La unicación está excelente, hay bares, restaurantes y cafés muy cerca. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos con ellos!

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo en el centro de Querétaro, cerca de mucho lugares por ver. Tienen un sistema algo estricto de seguridad, pues solo puedes entrar al edificio si te dan acceso o con la llave que te proporcionan después del check-in, pero me pareció adecuado. Estuvimos solo una noche, pero la limpieza y organización del hotel y la habitación fueron buenos, y el trato del personal muy cordial. Me hospedaría de nuevo ahí, sin duda.
Al estar poco tiempo, realmente no identificamos algún defecto importante en el edificio o en la habitación. En las mañanas ofrecen no un desayuno, sino solo un "snack", el cual no tomamos (preferimos comprar los bueno tamales que están justo en frente del hotel), pero parece que dicho snack es realmente muy poco sustancial. Pero, aparte de eso, todo muy bien con el hotel.

Por la mañana nos ofrecieron un desayuno ligero con fruta, café, té, pan y yogurth, todo muy bien. Y la alberca, deliciosa para esas tardes de calor en Querétaro. La música en la alberca solo era una canción, el género estuvo adecuado pero era la misma una y otra vez, pueden agregar más. También un bote de basura en la habitación estaría genial, no solo el del baño y también en las áreas comunes.

Está muy limpio, impecable, camas muy cómodas, el personal muy amable. Tienen un morning snack. Todo está excelente, me gusta mucho. Ya hemos visitado este hotel en dos ocasiones, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

After reading stellar reviews, I was slightly apprehensive. The property is at best at two star hotel. I’m in my 60s and I’ve traveled all over the world. if people continue to give these types of properties extremely high ratings the visitors will never be completely satisfied.

Hot water was not available during my stay, due to issues with the water heater. But the staff tried their best to find another accommodation to my liking and relocated me there at no extra charge.

The girls at the reception were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was nicely laid out every morning. Last but not least the location of the hotel was perfect because it is in the center and a short walk to the squares: Guerrero, Zenea and Armas. Highly highly recommend this place!

Lovely light pink and white modern decor and very Instagramable! As solo female traveler, I felt completely safe 4 nights and had the large king with balcony. Bed was comfortable, nice sheets and fluffy pillows! Cutest coffee shop next door and convenient eateries close by. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others!

Reviewed Dec 6, 2024Buena atención y ubicación, sin embargo la habitación muy pequeña y no tiene estacionamiento; el hotel, que es una casa habilitada como hotel, tiene convenio con un estacionamiento público a 300 metros, tiene costo y con horario de servicio de 7 am a 11 pm, por lo que fuera de ese horario no puedes entrar o salir.

El costo se me hizo alto ya que el establecimiento no cuenta con estacionamiento y este se paga a parte en un estacionamiento local que tiene convenio con Oxa, queda a cuadra y media caminando. No ofrecen desayuno pero si yogurth, fruta y café en la mañana.

The hotel offered a simple continental breakfast and was close to the historic town, which was awesome. The amenities were excellent, and I definitely recommend this place. It's also very affordable, so I would love to return.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2024The hotel is very well located, just a few blocks from the city center. Everything is very clean and smells good, the bed is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2024El hotel es una casona remodelada muy bonita sin embargo la frialdad del personal hace que no se sienta bien la estancia, carece de estacionamiento y el que dice tener tiene costo extra y finalmente son muy estrictos con los horarios y si te pasas unos minutos te cobran late check out cuestión que jamás había escuchado
