Reviewed Sep 19, 2026I stayed for 5 weeks with 2 children. The hotel staff was super friendly. They cleaned the room every day. The hotel is very kids friendly. Receptionist are nice and always ready to help. Rooms are very clean. Swimming pool is climated so the water always has a nice temperature. Perfect location nearby many parks and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

La limpieza es impecable. Las duchas disponen de una alcachofa donde el agua sale malamente. En general muy bien.

El estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio es un poco lejos y es restrictivo con los horarios en los que puedes sacar tu auto. Pero si te acomodas con esto todo lo demás es perfecto.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The rooms were divine, the small private patio we had enjoyed views of the city, stunning at night. We were lucky enough to get one of the available parking spots on the patio, and the team received our baby's car seat to keep it cool.
We were let into our room at a little late, at 4pm after a short wait in the reception. It was super comfy and fresh even with a lot of sun so we didn't mind. The beds were softer than we like but that happens to us in most hotels.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Nuevamente me hospedé por un día y el lugar es lindo. Pero pienso que pueden fijarse más en detalle como 100% de limpieza dentro de las habitaciones. Los tapetes y alfombras en pasillos están viejos y sucios, les sugiero que los cambien para mejorar la imagen. Igual la limpieza en muebles de recepción, recomiendo la limpieza a fondo. Lo recomiendo pero en esta ocasión cumplió más o menos.

Many of the plants were dead or dying. Much of the time there was no staff to be found. The swimming pool, while it was clean, needed to have many of the missing tiles replaced. Anyone with mobility issues will find it next to impossible to negotiate the long set of stairs with no banister that leads from the street to the lobby.

The architecture is such that voices carry easily from the lobby. While most of the staff was very respectful of this, however a new manager seemed to be unaware and loud.

Mala atención por parte del personal. Las camas son muy pequeñas. La piscina se ve que tiene tiempo si un mantenimiento adecuado ya que las gradas tienen las orillas verdes. Las instalaciones no son para personas con algún tipo de discapacidad, muchas gradas, no hay ascensor y hay habitaciones que no cuentan con ventilación y el olor a un aromatizante que colocan es insoportable. Lo único bueno es que frente a este “hotel” hay un restaurante muy bueno y descubrimos que también cuenta con servicios de hospedaje, por lo que si regresamos a Queretaro, nos hospedaremos allí y no en este lugar.

They use a strong perfume in their cleaners so if you are sensitive to smells even good ones it is a problem. They did take out the plug in deodorizer in the bathroom that helped somewhat.

The room didn’t have any windows, i didn’t notice that on the description, plus it doesn’t have an elevator, at first they had us on the third floor but moved us down to the second floor. . The bed was more on the firm side. There’s only three parking spaces.

We would have loved a kettle in the room to make tea or some milk as we don’t drink black coffee. No cafe or restaurant on site, but they offer free coffee & hot water in reception.
