solo parcheggio a pagamento in zona, con moneta la loro applicazione non funziona con le carte di credito europee. Attenzione a rispettare orari di pagamento parcheggio perchè mettono i ceppi

O hotel tem uma pegada mais intimista, com poucos quartos e um ambiente super confortável e tranquilo, além de ser tudo muito bonito. O quarto era muito espaçoso, a cama enorme e com um cantinho super funcional com pia, geladeira e cafeteira pra lanches rápidos. Na área comum também tinha um microondas. A localização era ótima, sendo bem próxima da quinta avenida, mas em uma rua mais silenciosa a noite. No calorão de lá, a piscina fazia uma super diferença. As funcionárias me deram muitas dicas de cidade e foram bem atenciosas.

O único problema que tive, que fugia do controle da acomodação, era uma obra no prédio ao lado que tinha bastante barulho de segunda a sábado, desde umas 8 da manhã. Além do barulho, peguei um quarto com varanda e não consegui desfrutar do espaço porque estava ficando muito suja e por várias vezes com sujeiras da obra caindo lá.

It is a lovely property that has a nice pool, cafeteria area to sit and some other seating to enjoy some drinks if you wish. The rooms are smart and have everything you need. The location is great too as you are close to the nearest beach and also close to the majority of good bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately there is some construction next door but it’s not the fault of Malish and disruption was minimal while we were there.

Malheureusement, il y a un immeuble en travaux collé à l'hôtel donc vous êtes réveillés dès le matin par les travaux. Nous n'avons pas dormi la première nuit car il y a cause du marteau piqueur .

Beautiful aesthetic. Very comfortable beds and cold AC. We only stayed overnight after arriving late so we didn't use the facilities.

It was a little difficult to find as it was down a side street and not on the block we expected/directed to.

Malish was very nice and beautiful place, location and staff was amazing.

The bed wasn't good and comfy...not luxury at all. Missed the option to have a brekfast.

Gostei muito da acomodação: era limpa, arrumada e muito confortável. Aceitaram fazer o check-in tarde e entramos na acomodação sem problemas.

Chegamos de madrugada, não sei se o aquecedor demorava mais para ligar, mas tomamos banho de água um pouco fria. Tinha barulho mas era aceitável, não é tão perto assim dos bares. Nada que o plug de ouvido não resolvesse.

Perfekte Lage, mittel im Zentrum aber dennoch etwas versteckt! die unterkunft ist mit viel liebe eingerichet, es gibt einen umfangreichen Service und die Zimmer inkl. Terasse bieten viel privatsphäre.

Emplacement idéal à deux minutes de Coco Bongo et de la Quinta Avenida.

Chambres vieillissantes, photos plus flatteuses que la réalité. Pas de ménage pendant deux jours. Parking payant non signalé, uniquement en espèces. Travaux à côté de la chambre, beaucoup de bruit.

L’hôtel est très beau, confortable et super bien placé ! Le personnel est très gentil. Du café et quelques trucs à manger le matin sont disponibles en libre service.

Un bâtiment collé à l’hôtel est en cours de construction donc les travaux commencent à 8h jusqu’à 17h et donc beaucoup de bruit ! Impossible de dormir après 8h ou faire une sieste la journée ! Les chambres sont très sombres et la piscine très sale à cause des débris de travaux qui tombent directement dedans. Le ménage n’a pas été fait le jour avant notre départ et pourtant on l’a demandé.

Desafortunadamente durante nuestra estancia mi pareja se encontraba con su periodo menstrual, lo que ocasionó diversas manchas en sábanas y toallas. Comentamos en recepción el hecho y por supuesto asumiendo la responsabilidad nos comentan que el cargo de limpieza de las prendas asciende a 1600 Pesos Mexicanos, un precio absolutamente desorbitado, desproporcionado y fuera de mercado respecto a las prendas manchadas. Estamos hablando de sábanas y toallas de reutilización de un hotel boutique de Playa del Carmen no del Ritz o el Palace en cualquier capital mundial. Lamentablemente no reservaré en el futuro aquí ni en ningún establecimiento del grupo MAO Hotels. PD: todavía estoy esperando mi factura por el cargo de limpieza

No lift to the first floor, no milk for tea or coffee

Malish is one of the cutest hotels I've been to: large, prettily decorated rooms, comfy beds, great blackout blinds, and AC that handles the heat and humidity well. The courtyard decor is lovely, and being able to lounge by the pool was a nice touch. Nighttime music and next-door construction were both non-issues. Breakfast is simple but sufficient (juice, coffee, bananas, pastries), and spa services are available. It's within a 10-minute walk to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Housekeeping followed my instructions daily, thanks, Mary. Biggest highlight was Isa: booked my Chichén Itzá tour, rescued me after a late-night lockout, and gave phenomenal local snack recommendations found at Walmart. Malish does exactly what a great small hotel should: makes you feel genuinely valued and goes above and beyond.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ I'd stay here again.

El personal muy amable y respondió a todas nuestras dudas, la estancia esta muy cuidada y limpia. Habitaciones comodas y espaciosas. Quedé encantada, repetiré. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la 5ta avenida donde hay sitios de ocio y comida. Tienes donde aparcar afuera del hotel y muy cerca hay estacionamiento privado. Ademas proporcionan desayuno de cortesia, que incluye cafe, infusion, fruta y pan, self service.

Nada, todo perfecto. Aunque habia ruido por una construccion cerca, tuvieron el detalle de darnos tapones de oidos.

I chose the Hotel mainly for location. It was about 5 -7 min walk from ADO bus station. Everything else is walkable too. I love the modern contemporary aesthetic of it. Bed is comf'tbale, I slept through everynight. Everything feela and smell clean. They provide complementary fresh juices, fruits and, pastries in the morning at their lounge area. Their staff are available from certain hours only but when they are available they always make sure you' re comftble. Very nice and friendly staff

Because it's at the center, it could get noisy but they do provide those tiny foam ear plugs which i find helpful. No exhaust fan in bathroom.but there we're tiny windows that you can open to let the steam off the shower.

The location is great. 5 min walk to and from ADO bus terminal. Staff is available only at certain hours but they are amazing and always attentive to your needs. The beddings, towels and robe are spotless. Feels and smells fresh. I also love the modern , contemporary, spa-like aesthetic. They also provide complementary fresh juices, fruits and pastries at their lounge area in the morning. Fairly priced.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the décor, general ambience, location was fabulous, access to coffee when I was awake great, but no access to coffee if your an early riser. The staff Isa, Nathaly ,Maria and Alexander were exceptional so helpful and friendly and noting was too much trouble for them. Even before we arrived I received a welcoming message which I thought was a really nice touch.

Unfortunately there were renovations happening right next door which meant the pool was not really a relaxing place to be, which also meant for us we didn't book any spa treatments, and although it was a great location, it was really close to the night life which could be heard from or room.

Le duplex était parfait pour notre famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants), très joli, propre et proche de la 5eme avenue et de la place centrale . La réception m a proposé plusieurs fois de prendre la place de parking réservée à l hôtel , j ai pu économiser le parking. Ils ont été extrêmement serviable . Le petit déjeuner a été finalement inclus alors que cela ne l’était pas (café, jus de fruit, fruits frais, viennoiserie) Dans la chambre, du café, eau et thé sont mis à disposition .

Hinter der unscheinbaren Eingangstüre öffnet sich ein kleines Paradies, klein, aber so unheimlich schön und einladend. Ich war auch begeistert von der Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, jeder hat sich persönlich vorgestellt, wow. Und das Zimmer war einfach der Hammer. Auch die Lage ist top, 200 m bis ins Zentrum. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt.

Le lit double qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un établissement du standing voulu, l’insonorisation…le matin on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors au niveau de l’espace commun, le petit déjeuner n’était pas inclus et finalement on y a eu droit mais il se limitait à quelques fruits et quelques mini viennoiseries. Le prix du spa élevé.

This was our second time staying at Aalaya (now Malish) and it helped us to reaffirm that it is a little gem in Playa del Carmen. It provides everything we needed for a couple of days of peace and quiet. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you for your support Nathalie and rest of the team.

The location is pretty decent

Found a cockroach on our bed the first hour we checked in. The property did not refund or cancel either of our nights. We were advised to move into another room/hotel but neither of those options would work because of our fear of the cleanliness of their hotel. Bathroom was also worn down and the AC was leaking into the wall. Would not recommend at all.

Bel établissement avec une piscine très agréable pour se détendre. La chambre était joliment décorée, confortable et plaisante à vivre. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville, parfait pour profiter de toutes les commodités à proximité.

il n’y a pas de parking inclus (mais parking public payant à environ 5 minutes à pied, 10€ / 24h). L’environnement est assez bruyant la nuit à cause de la proximité avec la 5ème avenue (prévoir des boules Quies pour les personnes sensibles). Enfin, la douche de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien (jet d’eau très faible).

La propreté, le lit, l’air conditionné, et une très jolie piscine pour se détendre, très vide et calme

Le bruit. Évitez la chambre 201, qui donne sur un grand caisson d’air conditionné (ce n’est pas celui de la chambre car il est constamment allumé) — c’est assez bruyant (s’entend la nuit comme un petit moteur de voiture en continu) et vous ne pourrez pas profitez du balcon. De plus, les boîtes de nuits sont vraiment en face, du coup si comme nous vous venez pour faire de la plongée ou des activités en dehors de Playa del Carmen qui vous demande de vous lever tôt - le lieu n’est pas très approprié. Nous avons entendu de la musique jusqu’à 2h du matin malgré le double (ou triple) vitrage - avec des boules quiès. Aussi nous nous sommes sentis un peu seul, pratiquement aucun staff et pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner ou collation.. c’est peut être indiqué sur la page, mes excuses si je ne l’ai pas vu, mais dommage car cela enlève du standing à ce bel hôtel !

Enorm veel lawaai tot in de vroege uurtjes. Wij kwamen hier om tot rust te komen op onze eerste nacht Mexico, maar hebben geen oog dichtgedaan. We verbleven hier normaal 2 nachten, maar zijn na onze eerste nacht vertrokken wegens het lawaai. Helaas geen refund gekregen van de tweede nacht.

Overall good but my room had few issues and staff is not available frequently. Security box wasn’t working , bathroom lamp had some issues and I couldn’t use the TV. It needs to be upgraded.

The pool was great because it was very hot when we stayed. We also appreciated the fridge in our room. Aircon was also lovely.

The hotel is a few streets away from the noisy party bars in Playa Del Carmen, but close enough to walk to any of the restaurants. Lovely courtyard with small pool on the other side of the keypad-locked front gate. Rooms are on 3 floors overlooking the trees in the courtyard, where they also provide filtered drinking water. Rooms are roomy and have all the expected amenities, including chairs outside to enjoy the warm weather.

We stayed on two occasions, going to/from Cozumel; unfortunately, our second one-night stay was severely marred by our hotel room being broken into. Even though there was video footage of the intruder in the courtyard it seems strange that someone could get in so easily and then found at least 2 rooms on the ground floor with the windows unlocked (ours was not the only one broken into). I admit, we did not check the windows before we left for dinner - a mistake we won't make again - and that cost us 2 laptop computers. Thank goodness our passports were in the safe, which was not compromised. The hotel did refund that night's stay once we reported it, though.

Lovely stay in the center of PDC. The room was nice and great shower as well. The pool and shared patio were wonderful.

At night you do get a lot of noise of the nightclubs nearby so bring earplugs + the airco only worked so-so, which kept us awake in a 30 degree celsius night.

The noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. The nearby busy street remained loud until 2 am, and this wasn't mentioned during the booking process. The room itself was quite different from the photo online, which showed a large window, while our room had a very small one with an external view. While the room was clean, the overall finishing and quality were subpar. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel on google, it felt more like a 2.5 or perhaps a 3-star property. Additionally, the electronic key lock was repeatedly glitchy, often requiring at least five attempts to unlock the door.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need. The property looks exactly like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Even though my room faced the street, the noise cancellation was excellent — I wasn’t disturbed at all. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

There was a power outage with no water and electricity for about an hour and we were left in the room with no fan or AC or lights or running water in the heat of 32 degrees celsius. When tried calling the hotel staff, there was no response from them and they just kept informing that their colleagues will look into this but gave no timeline or alternatives.

I absolutely loved my stay at Aalada. I loved the central location and the amazing rooms. I can’t wait to come back here again.

There isn't any reception so it's more like an air BnB. Sleeping was difficult on the 3rd floor because of the really loud noise from the clubs nearby. The qr code to scan to chat with "reception" in my room didn't work. Otherwise the place was nice and clean.

Perfect location close to the main busy area in Playa del Carmen without the late night noise. Big comfy bed and was nice to have a small kitchenette area to have breakfast. The staff were lovely and the ease of check-in/out was perfect for us!

There is construction in the land next to the property so early morning was very loud with the construction noise. Thankfully we went out during the day so by the time we were back in the evening it had stopped.

there is no reception area, in fact door to courtyard is locked and requires a code. only maids on staff, most unfriendly limited help. there are hotels in the same area same price that are a 100% better value. We have stayed in Playa 4 times in 3 months and will never stay in this property again.

Idyllic location just far enough away from crowds to be mostly peaceful. Room very comfortable and functional. Although no reception, response to questions or requests very quickly answered over WhatsApp. Small pool was clean and lovely central atrium just tops off the whole place. Totally recommended.

There's a local disco that doesn't shut down until 2am-ish, but that didn't spoil our stay.

I would not stay here again it was an ok place to land but everything is a bit dated and every morning there was no hot water it took like 30 or more minutes and me calling them to get the water hot .. the room smelled of musty mold smell and we located the mold it’s in the cement in the shower we paid extra for a suite and that was not worth it either .. you have to pay parking so elect to Put many pesos coins every day all day into the parking machine .. also the whole putting a long gate code in every time you e there the property was a hassle just not that great of place … and honestly I’m not that picky … its right next to 5 th street and all the cafes but there is done Kate night noise from that bit didn’t really bother us that much .. if they cleaned up this property a bit made it nicer to be outside like a fire pit in the seating area made it more inviting and updated the interiors just a bit it would make all the difference.. pay $25 more a night and stay ina nicer place is my advice
