La zona abbastanza centrale, zona strategica sia per il mare che per il centro città

Poca cura per il cliente, poca cura ai servizi e al comfort, la struttura un po lasciata andare, pochissima manutenzione. Bagno molto scomodo, non c’era nessun ripiano dove poter appoggiare le cose, nessun armadio per riporre i vestiti. Atmosfera? Fredda.

Limpio y ubicación perfecta

No hay respeto por las horas de música permitidas y el personal no hace nada para respetar las horas de sueño de los huéspedes, permiten que extranjeros tengan música a volumen alto pasada la media noche y no dicen nada si están a las risas y gritos pasada la medianoche

La piscina

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la quinta avenida y terminal de ADO. Ideal para personas que realizarán tour por su ubicación a menos de 5 minutos caminando de los puntos de encuentros para estas actividades

Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas, mucho ruido en la noche. Parece que hacían fiestas nocturnas en pleno día de semana

Recepção nos ajudou. Na segunda estadia como estávamos cansados de viagem, foram bem rápidos.

En relación precio calidad 10/10 . Está bien ubicado a tres cuadras de coco bongo y al lado de un terminal ADO y a tres cuadras de Walmart. A la quinta avenida llegas en 5 minutos. Las áreas comunes son geniales tiene dos piscinas la del primer piso y una en la azotea, tiene mesa de Pool, libros y lugares de descanso, hay un bar frente al piscina y vendían cafecito y te! La habitación que reservamos era muy simple, pero con lo necesario para la estadía no nos faltó nada. Los dos últimos días no hicieron aseo pero creo que fue porque era fin de semana , pero nada que haya afectado nuestra estadía. La verdad es que full recomendado, tuvimos un excelente estancia.

Solo un detalle para considerar el hotel es de tres piso y no tiene ascensor así que con maletas grandes cuesto un poco .

Buen lugar, un poco lejos de la playa pero muy cómodo y con piscina agradable, tenías las 3B así que me encantó, sobretodo me gustó mucho la recepcionista argentina quien era guapísima.

The staff were very nice, the hotel is in a quiet area, the rooms were comfy.The breakfast offered a nice variety of toast, eggs, vegetables, fruit, pastries, cereal, meats.

The hotel was directly across the ADO station and a close walk to the main streets of Playa del Carmen. The rooms were clean and spacious.

It would be nice if the dorm rooms provided some more individual comforts like small lamps, privacy curtain or lockers etc. That way if people went to bed early, you could still be able to do things without disturbing them. There was no social atmosphere, probably due to this property being a hotel first despite offering hostel type rooms.

All everything - cleanliness was exceptional. Housekeeping for the most part was outstanding. They were very friendly always happy. Manager was extremely helpful. Enjoy the day.

Lovely relaxed vibe, great to have food available, quiet, easy to walk everywhere, helpful staff, lovely swimming pools. If you're going to stay in the small double room be mindful that there is nowhere to put clothes. This wasn't an issue for us as we were expecting it, but just a reminder for others to be aware of.

A tiny thing was that we had to prompt to get the room cleaned and had the same towels for the two weeks. It would have been nicer to have a change of towel after one week. But that's really not a big issue for such a lovely, great value for money place!

Emplacement proche de la station de bus ADO, et proche des points d’intérêt du centre et des plages.

Accueil tres austere, on a l’impression de déranger.. le responsable qui semble hurler des instructions à notre sujet, dans une langue que l’on ne comprend pas. Chambre très petite, sans aucune lumière. Porte de douche mal installée, l’eau coule dans jamais sécher, pas de tapis de douche. Chambre toujours très humide, les serviettes ne sèchent pas et il y a des moustiques. Impossible d’aérer la chambre, la VMC ne fonctionne pas et fait un bruit infernal. L’hôtel est désert lors de notre venue, probablement un repère pour le spring break ? Ils donnent des houles quies dans la chambre, l’hôtel doit recevoir des groupes qui font des grosses fêtes.

Mucho ruido de las cañerias de agua que pasaban por el lado de la habitación, en la noche sonaba como corría el agua y no se podia dormir muy bien

El hotel es genial, buena infraestructura, una linda y gran piscina, habitaciones bien equipadas y limpias, se nota desde que uno llega al hotel que hay preocupación por el mantenimiento y la limpieza. Los chicos de administración son muy amables y atentos, realmente este hotel es para descansar y pasar maravillosos días en playa del Carmen. Estamos dispuestos a volver al mismo hotel porque su ubicación es céntrica y se encuentra a una cuadra del terminal alterna de ADO, a dos cuadras del Walmart y dos cuadras de la 5ta Avenida. Es totalmente recomendable.

Me gusto todo del Hotel, pero solo por sugerir, agregar unas consolas Arcade o Pinball a la zona de juegos lo haría aun mas increíble. El resto, todo excelente.

Le bruit...la musique jusqu'à minuit mais ensuite des personnes alcoolisées qui rentrent vers 3/4h du matin et qui parle fort. Ce n'est pas en hotel pour les personnes cherchant du repos ou souhaitant faire des visites tôt. C'est plus un hôtel pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire la fête. Pour améliorer les chambres je dirai qu'il faudrait ajouter des lampes de chevet, un tapis dans la salle de bain et une étagère prêt du lavabo.

Just the location

The room was the size of a closet. The bathroom was great. There’s no storage couldn’t put your clothes anywhere when you opened your luggage on the floor that was the only space on the floor to walk and the place The resort allowed people yelling at 1 PM in the morning playing pool playing the soccer game or ping-pong. It was really loud underneath our bedroom. The place wasn’t busy, but the noise was. Would not recommend anybody to stay there, but maybe one night I’ll say one thing it was safe. The girl at the front desk was friendly.

The room was very spacious and the beds were new and comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean and in good condition. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet, and the pool is great. The air conditioning worked very well and the room temperature was very pleasant.

The room did not have any hooks on the walls and did not have coat racks. The bathroom needed a rug cause the shower water run everywhere. Tv was not working.

All services was fine . I love the breakfast most ,atmosphere was fine. Staff was so friendly and helpful.Room was so clean and big,

Bien équipé, calme et bien situé

A localização é boa, é junto ao terminal da ADO alterna e fica a umas quadras na 5ª Avenida. O quarto partilhado tinha boas condições, estava limpo e a casa de banho e o chuveiro no quarto tinham boas condições e estavam limpas. As áreas comuns eram boas, todos os quartos dão para a parte central onde está a piscina. A piscina tem bom aspecto, mas efetivamente não experimentei. Tem uma zona de estar com mesa de bilhar, também tem cadeira e zona para apanhar sol.

Não tem cozinha para quem está no hostel, nem nenhum sitio onde guardar comida até fazer um café (quem procura um hostel normalmente procura também este tipo de facilidades). Na descrição do que existe no hostel, diz que tem serviço de lavanderia, mas não tinha, na recepção disseram que não sabiam que estava isso escrito no booking. Na prática tem um serviço de lavanderia no mesmo quarteirão. Tive um dia que faltou a agua no quarto partilhado, ficamos sem água na casa de banho e tivemos de ir tomar a outro quarto no RC. No período que estive, tinha um hospede que parecia que estava a viver no quarto e não de passagem, pois tinha um "altar com fruta" no quarto, comida e total domínio do quarto, de manhã abria a porta do quarto e prendia com uma garrafa de água com as pessoas dormindo, deixando a porta aberta - foi um pouco constrangedor.

La ubicación

Muy deteriorado , un día me estaba cepillando los dientes y salió toda agua sucia de la canilla , me dio vomitos . Un asco la verdad . En su momento habrá sido un buen hotel . Hoy cama muy chica , el colchón angosto . Se escucha cuando jalan la cadena del baño . Malos olores , la alberca es muy linda pero se le están saltando las cerámicas , la mesa de Pool del balcón está rota.

Die Lage dws Hotels und die beiden Pools sind schön, aber zum Bahnen schwimmen nicht geeignet, weil die Pools unterteilt sind. Ausserdem gubt es kostenfrei Pool-Billard znd Tischtennis.

Das Zimmer war sehr beengt. Aussserdem givt es keinen Kleiderschrank. Es gibt lediglich 3 Haken im Zimmer und drei im Bad. Bad war schimmelig, kein Fenster.
