La cercanía del lugar, esta cerca la 5ta av. El ADO, las salidas de los ferries para ir a cozumel. Lo amplio de las habitaciones, el personal amable. Ofrecen café por las mañanas. Y los utensilios necesarios para la preparación de alimentos. Conexión para cargar el teléfono cerca de la cama. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Tal vez preguntar antes de tirar cosas... nada que afecte la Estancia.

Some of the staff and longer term guests half "living" there were a bit weird vibes. They didn't take a copy of passport/ID on arrival which didn't make things feel very safe

L'auberge est á 2 pas du terminal de bus , c'est propre , le wifi fonctionne bien .Les personnes de la réception sont toujours accueillantes. les dortoirs manquent de fenêtre ,les sdb sont propres .

Posizione comodissima per traghetti e per stazione ado. Camere molto economiche. Personale molto gentile. Terrazza molto carina.

Biancheria letto sporca, stanza umidissima con deumidificatore acceso h24 che faceva il suo rumore, assenza di finestre solo una che dava nel corridoio rendendo impossibile un adeguato ricambio di aria, bagno con doccia arrugginita, assenza totale di privacy si sentono i rumori di tutti!

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación muy cómoda y el baño limpio. El personal estaba pendiente de que estuviera bien, me dieron recomendaciones, muy amistosos.

El baño no tiene una base para poner el jabón u otros implementos.

Es muy buen punto, cerca a centro comercial, quinta avenida, ferry, ADO, la verdad muy buen lugar, acogido y los que atienden muy atentos siempre.

Me quedé en una habitación compartida femenina para pasar la noche y poder salir al aeropuerto de Cancún al día siguiente y todo perfecto. Dormi bien y la ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca del centro, el ferry y la estación de autobuses.

De ligging is goed, in het centrum en vlakbij de ferry. Goed prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Excelente ubicación, a pasos del terminal ADO y de la 5 avenida. Ell personal muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones son adecuadas y limpias, la cama muy cómoda y la habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado y ventilador por lo que es muy fresca. Totalmente recomendable

Solo agregaría una cortina en cada cama para mayor privacidad, por lo demás, todo bien.

Great location. A safe 2 min walk from the Ado terminal if you arrive late. The rooftop space was lovely, very clean and lots of shade. Very peaceful. Friendly staff, loved the aircon.

Great location and staff - the 2 only 'advantages'.

I felt so uncomfortable! The vibe was a bit creepy, and it seemed like some people actually lived in the hostel and because of that, the spaces didn’t feel very clean - especially the shared rooms, bathroom, kitchen. There were also strong and unpleasant smells. I wouldn’t stay here again and would have chosen another place instead.

Nous entendions le moindre bruit dans le couloir mais en soit ca restait ponctuel car peu de passage.

We stayed in the double bedroom on the top floor with a balcony, air conditioning and ensuite. There were only two rooms on the top level which has the pool, lounge chairs and tables and chairs. The door to this part of the hostel is locked at 11pm so it was quiet at night. The private balcony was lovely to sit on. These two rooms were on the third floor so may be tricky for people with mobility issues but we were fine. There was a communal kitchen and you could make a tea or coffee and take it upstairs. Cuauhtewoc on the front desk was friendly and stored our luggage before and after our two night stay. The location was very close to the beach, ferry terminal, ADO terminal, 5th Avenue and places to eat. The rooftop pool was small but clean and great to cool off in. We would stay again if we return to PDC.

Fridge space was pretty limited despite being a double fridge but it is a hostel after all.

Les draps étaient tous tachés dans exceptions sur tous les lits, et les taies d’oreiller également.

O staff é muito prestável e ajuda com imensas informações. A localização é super perto da rodoviária que faz ligação ao aeroporto de Cancún. O terraço é muito bom, com piscina, tapetes de exercício e acessórios para treinar. Limpeza boa.

A única coisa que não correu bem é que fui roubado no meu quarto, deixei a minha bolsa por 10 minutos por baixo dos lençóis enquanto fui tomar banho e um hóspede dentro do meu quarto roubou todo o meu dinheiro da carteira. Lamentável esta situação, mas o alojamento não tem culpa...Não façam como eu e usem os cacifos, mesmo que seja por pouco tempo.

I stayed at 3B Hostel & Wellness and had a really great experience. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use. I stayed in the female dorm: simple and basic, but comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and everything worked perfectly. The rooftop terrace is amazing, perfect for relaxing and meeting people. Also, the location is very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

L'hotel é perfetto per soggiornare a playa del carmen! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, hotel e camera molto carini, bellissima terrazza per il relax, personale gentile e disponibile con clima familiare. Posizione top, a 3 minuti dalla strada principale e dal mare. Assolutamente consigliato, dovessi tornarci tornerei sicuramente qui.

The location: a few hundred meters only to beach, ferry, bus, food, bars, everything! The rooftop terrace with pool was spacious, airy, comfortable for work or socializing. No loud music to disturb the guets. Kitchen was good, spacious, well equipped, tables and chairs, a window view.a/c worked well. Toilets, showers were good. security was good too - a locker, and a combo on the room door.

A lack of signage outside made finding it difficult, nothing above eye level where one expects signs. ONly one fridge, and so, no beer allowed.

Next to the ferry and ado station. Nice atmosphere of calm hostel

The room needed some improvements. Bed sheets were stained, maybe they were just old. The shower curtain needed to be changed too No wardrobe or anything to hang clothes/ store your bags

The staff was so kind and helpful about everything!!

The kitchen was sometimes a little dirty and the rooftop noise could be loud.

The dorm with more rooms is terrible as there are no curtains, definitely take the smaller female room, by checkin in i was moved 3 times between the rooms. as they did not know which one is my bed, kitchen is downstairs next to the reception that is weird

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I stayed there many times when passing through Playa. The roof terrace is a super bonus.

3 min walk from ADO, 5 min from a nice busy town beach or from the ferry to Cozumel. What else? The female dorm is a not that big and only and not much light but it's okay, clean, bathroom in the room, toilet and shower with hot water. Only the bed down have the curtains but I didn't really had a big problem when I was in the one on the top. Brink your own lock but there are quiet big lockers in the room where you can enter with a code and when new check in arrive they always knock at the door! The terrace is amazing, a lot of place you can share, where you can chill, work, meditate, use the nice small and clean swimming pool, sunbath, chill in the hammock. The kitchen is well furnished, space and fridge to store your food. Thanks to every person working there! Cuauhtémoc (bring him some good italian coffee and he will make you a great strong one with his moka! :D), Alex, Juan with his best tour deal!

No hay privacidad en los cuartos ya que no cuentan con cortinas las camas, te roban tanto la comida etiquetada como lo que dejas en el baño de tu dormitorio y cuando solicitas ayuda te dicen que seguramente fueron las personas que se fueron.

I would like to see a designated non-smoking area within the common spaces—perhaps setting aside a specific section for this. I don’t smoke and would prefer not to be exposed to cigarette smoke🙌

Estuve 8 días y en ese tiempo no me cambiaron ni 1 sola vez la ropa de cama.

La ubicación, el personal sobre todo el chico del pelo largo que tiene nombre Azteca. Sabe atender, ayudar y prestar servicio. La terraza es magnífica, el señor que se llama Ernesto que trabaja en la terraza es encantado, amable y muy muy limpio. La terraza está muy bien cuidada y se nota que él está pendiente de todo. En general está muy muy bien, repetiría seguro

Se oye bastante todo el movimiento de los pasillos, sobre todo al poner el código en las habitaciones se oye mientras duermes. Las habitaciones no están mal, pero son calurosas, menos mal que tienes Aire acondicionado y ventilador.

No hubo agua caliente 2 dias seguidos (malisimo) El primer dia el aire condenzaba y tiro agua cerca de la cama.

La proximité de la plage, ferry et proche Ado bus. Le responsable était très sympa . Le fait qu'ils puissent garder mes affaires en sécurité à mon arrivée avant l'horaire check in et même chose au départ. Salle de bain et toilettes en plus, accessibles en dehors des chambres. Une terrasse sur toit avec piscine

Les lits en dortoirs, pas de rideau, avec structure en métal qui tremble dès qu'on bouge. Pas agréable du tout. Il y a 1 toilette et douche dans la salle de bain pour tout le dortoir, mais ok salle de bains accessible dans le couloir. La terrasse c'est bien, mais avec des gens qui fument partout du cannabis et qui partagent l'odeur c'est insupportable. Eh oui, des gens qui restaient longtemps fumaient fumaient fumaient...ça sentait vraiment trop mauvais et je déteste cette consommation de cannabis ... Je travaille en addictologie...et en plus avec les faits qui se se déroulés au même moment au Mexique par le chef de cartel assassiné...je trouvais cela très déplacé. Par contre désolée mais j'ai eu la vente par une personne qui travaillait sur place ou qui était bénévole, cela ne change rien pour moi, qui m'a proposé 2 excursions. Aller sur isla Mujeres en catamaran Aller faire du snorkeling a isla cozumel. J'ai payé au moins 125€ pour les 2...avec un petit prix négocié.... Mais quel regret !!! Le climat n'était pas du tout adapté aux 2 excursions ! Il aurait fallu annuler! Je n'étais jamais montée sur un catamaran donc j'ai voulu essayer . Mais en plus de ça , une organisation naze. Changement d'horaire a 22h la veille, dit a 8h puis 7h30 si je me souviens bien et finalement le chauffeur est arrivé à 8h...donc attente dehors pour rien, puis 2h de trajet pour faire des pick up un peu partout jusqu'à Cancun ....départ a 10h en catamaran d'une plage. Snorkeling était prévu, mais finalement le mec de l'hôtel m'avait dit que non...mais il y a eu snorkeling et donc je n'avais pas pris mon masque (adapté à ma vue).... Avec le vent, on était glacé ! On ne bougeait pas sur le bateau . Puis ceux pouvant faire du snorkeling ont fait . Bah moi j'ai dû attendre ... Et puis arrivée sur Isla mujeres on nous dit , rdv a 15h pour repartir...il était midi ...

La ubicación, súper céntrica. A un par de cuadras del parque fundadores, que es de lo más conocido en Playa del Carmen. El chico de recepción fue súper amable, sino mal recuerdo su nombre es Cuauhtémoc, me ayudó a subir mi maleta y siempre fue muy amable

Qué había un solo baño para una gran cantidad de camas.

Habitación muy cómoda. Terraza súper linda. Los chicos que atienden el Hostel son muy amables y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que pase una excelente estadía.
