we like the location and the facility is near to the main road. very suitable for families. i would like to thanks Elif and the reception team for the cooperation in tha last day for late check out.

I split my time between two cities — Bursa and Istanbul — and I also travel internationally for work. TSL has truly become my second home in Istanbul. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need, which makes it perfect even for longer stays. A special thank you to the reception team — Baris, Emre, and Veysel! They always welcome you with a smile, are incredibly polite and attentive, and are always ready to help with any issue. You are one of the main reasons I keep coming back again and again! I definitely recommend TSL! It’s a place where you truly feel at home. ❤️

Voor de derde keer hier geweest voor familie reünie. alles was weer perfect voor ons. Deze keer vooral Baris en Veysel hebben ons goed geholpen, waarvoor dank.

The flat was well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, 2 pillows per person 😀 They upgraded our booking for free to fit our family from 2 bedrooms apartment to 3 bedrooms apartment Thanks for the receptionist who was there upon our arrival. Housekeeping clean the room after our 3rd day. Location was good too

The mixed spa, gym Pool timings were also very limited

The apartment we had was spacious, and clean. The cleaners were lovely too.

When we booked we had a studio booked for 2 adults and a child. We quickly learned that it wasn't going to be big enough, so we paid extra to move to a 2 bedroom apartment. There was only two points of that apartment that weren't the greatest. For a self catering apartment there was no dishes, cutlery, pots etc. The hotel did give us stuff after asking but it still wasn't enough to make a proper meal, so we ended up eating out. We were also on the front across from the motorway so it was very loud at all times of the day and night. Its not enough to stop us booking again though.

Die Größe der Zimmer hat uns positiv überrascht.

Die Sauberkeit war unter aller sau. Frühstück für diesen Preis ist sehr minimalistisch. Vor unserm Balkon, einer der hauptautobahnen, wo 24 Stunden durchgehend Verkehr und Stau ist. Die Nacht haben wir halbwegs geschlafen. Und am folgetag ausgecheckt. Meine Anfrage auf Rückerstattung auf die nachfolgenden Tage, wurde sofort abgelehnt. Der Betrag der nicht Rückerstattung wurde, tut einer 5 Köpfigen Familie schon weh.

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern angereist und hatten die 80 qm große Wohnung. Das Apartment ist absolut spitze für Familien! Die Ausstattung der Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr angenehm. Auch das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend, alle Wünsche wurden sehr schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls bestens für Kinder geeignet: Schwimmbad, Spielplatz und viele Sitzplätze unter den Bäumen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und möchte mich herzlich für diesen tollen Aufenthalt bedanken!

We were delayed entering the apartment for an hour and a half because they claimed it wasn't ready, that the door needed maintenance and cleaning. They offered us two options: the apartment on the third floor or the apartment on the twelfth floor. When they finally told us we could enter and that it was ready, we went up to find it in a deplorable state of filth, with a foul odor and dirty bathrooms.

They didn't consider or respect that the booking had been made in advance and paid before arrival. I had three children with me who were tired of waiting inside the reception area and weren't even allowed to wait in the garden outside because the woman at reception refused them entry, even though the delay was on their end. They didn't tell us beforehand that we had to pay a 4000 lira deposit upon entry, a separate amount from the apartment's value. When I tried to pay with my Visa card, it didn't work for them, and they told me to go to the bank because they needed cash. The bank didn't have any lira, only US dollars. I asked them to wait until we were settled and we would pay later, but they refused to let us in before I paid. Is it reasonable or acceptable for customers to behave in such an unprofessional manner? We paid them $700 for our stay for 4 days in advance, so will our business be put on hold because of a $100 insurance policy?! ا We deeply regret choosing this hotel for our four days and will be filing a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism to prevent similar incidents and the inappropriate, unprofessional, and unpleasant treatment of tourists, especially families and children.

The apartments are spacious with decent room sizes and balcony with views

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and the facilities were below expectations. Basic kitchen items such as cups, plates, knives and forks were not provided and had to be requested. There were also no cleaning brushes or mops, while cleaning was only scheduled every three days, which was inconvenient as we were travelling with young children. We reported a broken shower head in the master bedroom from the first night, but it was never repaired. Several electrical sockets, USB ports and bedside lamps also did not work, leaving us with limited options to charge our devices. The TVs were outdated and not Smart TVs, with no access to YouTube or Netflix. Despite clearly stating at the time of booking that we were a family of seven, the sleeping arrangements were insufficient on arrival. We had to request extra beds and were initially told there would be an additional charge. We were eventually given an extra bed and baby cot but still had to make do with the arrangements. Breakfast was very limited and, in our opinion, not worth paying extra for. The overall customer service also needs improvement, although Mohamed at reception and Zahra in the restaurant were helpful and pleasant. Overall, the property has potential, but maintenance, facilities, guest preparation and customer service need significant improvement.

EMPLACEMENT : à 15 mn à pieds du métro Goztepe et 25 de Mahmutbey. Les navettes étaient vraiment appréciables dommage qu'elles s'arrêtent à 21h, 22h aurait été plus pratique. Commerces et quelques restaurants et cafés au pied de la résidence. APPARTEMENT : très agréable et fonctionnel nous avions un 3 pièces (2 chambres + salon), machine à laver, lave vaisselle, four et ustensiles de cuisine disponibles. La résidence pourrait être vraiment top si quelques ajustement étaient faits.

APPARTEMENT : Le ménage est vraiment fait de manière TRES superficielle, balcon et vitres de la rambarde sales, joints de la douche également. Une mauvaise odeur était présente dans la plus petite chambre sûrement dû à la climatisation. Nous ne passions pas la majorité de notre temps dans l'appartement donc ça allait, mais si cela avait été le cas ou si nous étions des gens exigeants +++ nous aurions demandés un changement d'appartement. PISCINE : elle est bien mais, il fallait demander un ticket à la réception TOUS les jours qui indiquait le numéro de l'appartement ainsi que le nombre de personnes, à donner à l'entrée de la piscine. La 1ère fois pourquoi pas mais quotidiennement cela devient pénible. Un listing remis à l'entrée de la piscine serait plus simple. PETIT DEJEUNER : Pour une nuit ou deux ça va, pour 14 jours en famille IMPOSSIBLE, il est sous la forme d'un buffet qui est TOUS les jours identiques, les 3 même plats chauds, les mêmes crudités, fromages présentés de manière identique. ACCES APPARTEMENT : comme dans tous nos voyages j'ai demandé à avoir une 2ème carte, car une famille ne rste pas H24 ensemble de surcroît sur 14 jours. Le soir où je l'ai demandé on m'a gentiment dit de repasser le lendemain matin. Le lendemain on m'explique que ce n'est pas possible car pas assez de cartes disponibles. Donc à chaque fois que nous faisions des choses séparément, il fallait passer par la réception pour qu'il puisse mettre la carte dans l'ascenseur pour déjà accéder à notre étage ET m'ouvrir l'appartement si le reste de ma famille n'était pas encore revenue.

Faites quelque choses pour les cafards svp!

Hôtel vraiment pas propre, avec une hygiène déplorable. Nous avons également trouvé des cafards dans la chambre!!!! C’est inadmissible et j’espère que la direction prendra rapidement des mesures pour améliorer l’hygiène et la propreté et surtout pour les cafards car c’est degeulasse!!

Все очень сильно понравилось,персонал приветливый.На ресепшене Baris помогал во всех вопросах.Бассейн всегда чистый.Клининг молодцы поддерживали чистоту в номере.

Нам все понравилось. С детьми максимально комфортно. Все есть для удобства! Персонал всегда на связи. Любое решение проблем. Бассейн супер и есть детский. Супермаркет под боком. До метро далековато, конечно. Но за такую цену все супер👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Apartment was nice and spacious.

We came back to the apartment one day and found that the entire curtain beam, which is made out of solid wood, had come off the ceiling. If it fell on us, there's no way we would have lived, especially our small children. We no longer felt safe to stay there with young children so left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. We kept thinking it could happen in the other rooms. After this very dangerous incident happened, I was told we will get a full refund. The next day, this wasn't the case. They offered to give a partial refund instead. Considering that incident could have killed us and our babies and that we had to completely uproot, I find this very disappointing. The whole trip was interrupted. They did not stick to their word. I felt like they didn't care about what happened to us and only cared about money. They offered to change rooms but my kids were asleep and it was late night. They gave a short apology letter and some old fruit as a gesture, sent to our room. Location is very bad if you are looking to travel to the main attractions (museums, palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and bazaars etc. It's not close to the metro or tram station. And the journey itself is far. The rugs are filthy. I don't think they've ever been cleaned. I wanted to request having them removed. I couldn't let my kids walk barefoot, within minutes their feet would be covered in dirt. Their entire foot would be black. Quite disappointed in the staff. Spa staff were quite rude because we only spoke English and they just were not approachable. Management did not stick to their word about our refund and handled the whole situation like they weren't bothered. They wanted me to do all the correspondence with Booking.com. They were useless. I don't advise to stay here.

Vrrsenyre mentünk. Fogyasztani kellett volna, nem működött a szauna, pedig reggel még üzenetet is kaptunk, hogy van. Számítottunk volna rá. A lokáció nekünk tökéletes volt. Szép nagy volt a szoba is.

يوجد غسالة ملابس وصحون ولاكن لايجود المواد الخاصه بالغسالات. إجراءات التنقل دخال الفندق معقده نوعاً ما مسألة ان خدمة نظافة الغرف كل ثلاث ايام اشوف انها غير جيده.

Disappointing experience — be careful with the deposit We booked a large room with a terrace, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, at check-out we were accused of smoking in the room and damaging/burning the sofa. This was completely untrue. There was already a hole/damage on the sofa when we arrived, and we had not caused it. The hotel initially refused to return our deposit and kept it for a long time while insisting that we were responsible for the damage. Fortunately, I was able to prove that the damage had been there from the beginning, and only then did they agree to return the deposit. Overall, this was very disappointing and stressful, especially being falsely accused of something we did not do. I recommend taking photos and videos of the room and any existing damage immediately after check-in, especially if a deposit is required.

Cleaner only came once, we did clean ourselves as we’re clean people but there is only one cleaner I think Well I only seen one. Balcony we bought a brush and pan and cleaned it then it was fine

Het appartement was niet compleet. Er was niets aan keukengerei te vinden, de kastjes waren leeg. Hier moesten we om vragen en dan nog was niet alles beschikbaar. Er waren niet genoeg handdoeken en ook na meerdere malen aangeven werden er niet genoeg bezorgd. Het is niet prettig om te moeten vragen om spullen die aanwezig zouden moeten zijn. Lastig om te communiceren met het personeel. Er is weinig tot geen openheid, vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid. Vooral in verhouding tot wat we hebben betaald is het onvoldoende. In de omgeving is niet veel te doen.

Сам номер апартаментов соответствует действительности.

Один из худших опытов из-за того, что персонал ввел в заблуждение относительно часов работы и условий пользования бассейном. Мы выбирали отель специально с бассейном, но в этих апартаментах нам не удалось им воспользоваться и отдых был испорчен. Причины: 1. Персонал на регистрации сказал, что бассейн работает до 19 час. В реальности, когда мы пришли в него около 18 час, нас не пустили 2. Чтобы попасть в бассейн, нужно брать некий листочек на ресепшение - нас не предупредили и пришлось ходить туда-сюда. 3. Бассейн не принадлежит апартаментам, он относится к всему жилому комплексу и находится в другом конце огромного двора. 4. Персонал никак не стал помогать решить проблему с бассейном, менеджер отказался разговаривать с нами. Ужасное решение проблемы, которую сами и сделали из-за неверное инфомрации при регистрации, введения в заблуждение в описании и низкого качества менеджмента.

Die Größe des Appartements

Bei Eintritt ins Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. Allgemein roch es unfrisch. Der Boden war an manchen Stellen teilweise klebrig. In einem der Kinderzimmer fehlte der Verdunklungsvorhang. Die WC Spülung ist immer wieder „hängengeblieben“, sodass das Wasser durchgehend floss. Der Gang zwischen Aufzug und Zimmern roch alt und unfrisch - insgesamt unsauber. Das Klientel ist meistens arabischer Herkunft. Zu wenig Handtücher für 4 Personen, musste extra nachfragen. Keine Handtücher in SPA Bereich, es sei denn, du buchst eine sehr teure Massage. Hamam-Nutzmöglichkeit nur zwischen 10-12 Uhr, da sonst nur Gäste mit Buchungen „bedient“ werden. Solche Infos stehen natürlich nirgends vorab (negative Überraschung)

الشقة وسيعة ونظيفة والمطبخ متكامل طلبنا منهم الأدوات واحضروها لنا يوجد غسالة اتوماتيك الأثاث مريح للعين تعامل الموظفين جميعهم متعاون كان معنا اكياس كثيرة والموظف ساعدنا وطلعها فوق حتى الموظفات وضحو لي كيف تشتغل الغسالة لأنها بالتركي هدوء الفندق مافيه ازعاج والحديقة يوجد بها ألعاب ومساحة واسعة للمشي أيضا الشيك آوت سريع ورجعو المبلغ في الفيزا على طول ان رجعنا لاسطنبول سكنا فيه مرة أخرى

فقط نرغب في تركيب شطاف دورة المياه أيضا التنظيف ياليت يكون متاح كل يوم لأن دورات المياه ماتكون معنا ادوات لتنظيفها

La pulizia é stata scarsa e molto superficiale, siamo rimaste due giorni senza asciugamani ,( Io ero appena stata operata). Ci dicevano che erano terminati ma nei carrelli per le pulizie era pieno di asciugamani puliti. Non abbiamo ricevuto un saluto da parte di nessuno del personale né della reception né delle pulizie, se salutavamo per prime neanche ci rispondevano. L'unico dipendente che ci ha accolte con un saluto e un sorriso Rd é sempre stato disponibile con noi é stato il dipendente Emré....solo solo e solo lui! Soggiorno da dimenticare ..non lo consiglio assolutamente come hotel.

Dit was de derde keer dat we in dit hotel verbleven. Helaas merkten we dat de kwaliteit ten opzichte van onze vorige bezoeken is achteruitgegaan. De hygiëne kon beter en we moesten meerdere keren om dezelfde zaken vragen. Zo hebben we na vijf keer navragen ruim drie uur moeten wachten op een kinderbed. Ook vonden we het personeel minder vriendelijk dan voorheen. Daarnaast was er ’s avonds bij de fitnessruimte een groep medewerkers die luid praatte en regelmatig schold, waardoor de sfeer niet prettig was en mijn vrouw geen gebruik heeft gemaakt van de fitnessruimte. Positief zijn de airconditioning, de eigen parkeerplaats en het kleine buitenzwembad. Al met al een redelijk verblijf, maar we hopen dat de service en hygiëne weer op het niveau van onze eerdere bezoeken komen.

Positief vonden we dat het hotel beschikt over airconditioning, een eigen parkeerplaats en een klein buitenzwembad, wat het verblijf wel aangenaam maakt.

الشقه واسعه ، متصل بالفندق سوبر ماركت وعدة مقاهي مثل ستاربوكس واسبرسوا لاب، مناسبه جداً للعوائل والي معهم اطفال حيث فيه ساحة لعب واسعه وحديقه

بعييده جداً عن كل شي ، مانصح الا للي معهم سواق وحتى مع ذلك بيضيع عليهم الوقت ، التنظيف كل ثلاث ايام مع ان سعرهم سعر فنادق المفترض يومي، مافيه شطاف مع ان اغلب روادها حسب ماشفت من الخليج وعرب المفترض يوفرونه

The Apartment is very good especially if you have a family. Plenty of space, loads of shops and restaurants near you.

Basic general maintenance needed and do take the breakfast option, do ot take breakfast with the Apartment, go outside, there are plenty restaurants next door. Their breakfast choice and service is absolutely disgusting.

Все понравилось номера чистые убираются каждые 3 дня. Локация удобная каждый час есть бесплатный трансфер до станции метро Mahmutbey. Бассейн для детей супер. Персонал Nurcan, Kaymaz, Metal Yilmaz очень благодарны им отзывчивые и заботливые убирают очень быстро и качественно

الموقع جميل و رائع و الشقة نظيف و اثاثها جميل و نظيف لا كن بعيدة عن الاماكن السياحية يفظل من يختار هذا الموقع ان يكون لدية سيارة الموقع مخدوم بالمطاعم و المقاهي و سوبرماركت

لا يوجد اي شي من ادوات المطبخ دولاب كبير من غير ادوات الطبخ هذا شي غريب كذالك التراس لا يوجد غير كراسي عادية بدون اثاث

الموقع ممتاز قريب من مولات كثيره مثل مول اوف اسطنبول وتيما مول وفادي اسطنبول وبحانبه سوبر ماركت اونور فيها كل شي والفندق تطلب منه ا ي شي يوفره لك وهنالك في موظف الاستقبال اسمه فيصل ساعدنا كثير وشخص جدا راقي

الحمام يحتاج تصليح وصيانه واتمنى ان يكون التنظيف الغرف يوم وترك بدلا من كل ثلاث ايام بدون تكلفه اضافيه

What i liked the most was the staff. Front desk there was Veysel, Emre an Furkan. And the cleaning crew: Meral, Nurcan, Kaymaz and Aziz. The beds where super clean and comfortable. There was a 100 euro deposit charged at check in and returned at check out.

The shower had mold, one of the sinks was cloged and the toilets bowl could be cleaner

I luv the fact that it’s comfy, gardens, facilities, shops around, especially mosque, Other great thing about this place is the staff! Elif, Muhammad, Emre and Furkan provided the best service for us.

Perfect as usual. Enjoying every day our stay. Wont hesitate to repeat my call about the how staff helping me a lot. Elif was lovely and helpful on desk Muhammad is taking care of my parents needs Emre and Furkan is the one who’s always on call, sending what I need.

That’d be wonderful if u could include the breakfast next time.

Long balconies, Fifa world cup matches available on TV, Nice restaurant in downstairs. And ofcourse nice and friendly staff, from security to the desk manager, cleaner ladies were nice to my parents. They just loved it)) Nice n clean

الشقق واسع ومريحة وتعامل الموظفين وحسن استقبالهم كان رائعا جدا وبالذات أمير وفيصل ومحمد

الغرف المفردة صغيرة جدا وكان يفترض ان يتوفر فيها سريرين على الاقل بدلا من سرير واحد .

i think this hotel best in the istanbul for a family stay because they has a big rooms and a good location the hotel is so near to the airport just 25 minutes. i want special thanks for the front desk staffs mr muhammed mrs elif and mr furkan
