Kahvaltı müthiş diye bu oteli seçmiştim ama tam bir düşkırıklığı yaşadık. Çok çeşit olmasına rağmen, seçilen ekmek tipi ve sunumu (bomboş bir beyaz ekmek gelişi güzel kesilmiş, hamurlaşmıştı) , peynirler kalitesizdi. Oysa, bu alanlarda isim yapmış bir çok ülke ile yarışacak çeşit ve kalitede ekmek ve peynirlerimiz var. Banyonun havalandırması çalışmıyordu. Havaalanına Yakın olmasına rağmen, maalesef hafriyat kamyonların sürekli geçtiği bir caddede bulunması konum puanının düşmesine neden oldu. Gerçi, hemen hemen tüm Havaalanı otelleri aynı cadde üzerinde bulunuyor.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! I was just looking for somewhere to stay for a long layover in Istanbul but I was so pleasantly surprised. I arrived later than expected and the beautiful front-of-house staff Mohsen and Ozgur answered all my questions and helped me settle in. They were so polite and helpful and the room was great! Big sitting room, bathroom and the bed was wonderful. The hotel also organised a transfer for me, which made getting there from the airport and back so easy. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for somewhere to stay close to the airport!

We had a wonderful stay for our last night in Turkey before flying back to London. A special thank you to Mohsen Mesut at reception, who truly went above and beyond. He kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room with a jacuzzi, which made our final night extra special. He had no idea it was the end of our trip, but thanks to his kindness, we got to finish an amazing journey on the best possible note. Thank you so much!

The room and bathroom were great. The staff brought us a fruit plate after check-in, which was very helpful since we needed the snack.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again soon. It is only about 15 minutes from the airport, which makes it a very convenient choice when you need to stay overnight between flights. The neighborhood is quiet, and the hotel offers a very convenient airport shuttle service. Simay and Serkan were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food is very tasty, and the breakfast is quite good. I would especially like to mention Nargiz at the front desk. She is such a kind and wonderful person, and I really appreciate how she remembers returning guests. After a long journey, she is always so understanding and, when possible, helps arrange an early check-in, which makes such a difference. Everything at the hotel is very clean, the staff are welcoming, and the location is perfect for travelers. I’m always happy to come back here and highly recommend this hotel!

Die Lage war ruhig.

Auf Booking.com wird angeben, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind und diese vorher reserviert werden müssen. Nach meiner Anfrage für eine Reservierung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass eine solche Reservierung nicht möglich ist. Gemeint sind also die Parkplötze auf der Straße, was grundsätzlich kein Problem ist, wenn nicht auch die Angabe gemacht werden würde, dass man reservieren muss, denn das macht den Anschein, dass das Hotel eigene Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen hat.

The property was clean, close to the airport and the service was very good. Especially I wanted to thank Özgür, Mohsen ans Diyar for a very good experience at the hotel.

Rooms were pretty small but it didn’t bother me as I traveled solo.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Thanks for Diyar and Serkan they were very friendly and nice. the hotel location is close to the airport and very convenient for short travel.

I chose the property due to being close to the airport and a rate that was very reasonable in my opinion. Upon check in, the hotel upgraded me to the Junior Suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant had many choices, both local and international options to choose from. My room was very quiet which was great. Ozgur who had brought up my bags was very professional, offering to take all 3 of my bags multiple times, giving me a run down of the room and facilities, as well as bringing up a welcome fruit plate.

Excellent hotel (in the wrong spot). Comfy room. Super friendly staff; the bell boys were really kind and helpful. Large Spa & Turkish bath in the hotel. Close to the Istanbul Airport, which makes it a good location to catch an early flight (or for a one-day transit).

The location (Arnavutköy) is a 'desolate' place. Do not expect to go for a nice walk or find a nearby place to have dinner (luckily, the hotel has a good breakfast and dinner options).

We had a really nice at the hotel. The room is clean and the location is great as the hotel is only a 15 minute ride away from the airport. We had breakfast at the hotel as well, which had a good variation. Thank you to the staff who was kind and helpful! We look forward to booking again soon.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was not clean, and there was visible mold in multiple areas (especially on the wall on the 2nd floor, as shown in photo), which was extremely concerning. The bathroom was badly deteriorated and in poor condition, and there was even an uncovered hole in the wall next to the closet, which gave the room a very neglected appearance. The food was also a major disappointment. The room service was poor, and the breakfast was honestly one of the poorest I have experienced at a hotel. The overall quality simply did not meet reasonable expectations. There was also a brief power outage during my stay, although short, which was quite bizarre and added to an already unpleasant experience. While the location is what it is, the overall condition and experience of the hotel were far below expectations. The photos online are extremely misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. I also attempted to request a refund through Booking.com but received no response, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, I would never recommend staying here. Even if the price seems affordable, it is absolutely not worth it. There are much better options available, and I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere.

I’ve chosen this hotel for my wife and kids to stay overnight for the flights layover. It’s only 15-20 mins away from the Istanbul airport and the hotel offers extremely comfortable and reasonably priced transfer from and to the airport. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful - I would like to mention Nargiz, Simay and Dioyr for their professionalism and eagerness to help every step of the way. Upon arrival my wife and kids not only were treated as dear guests, but even got upgraded to the best room available. They also received a complimentary generous fruit plate. I absolutely recommend this hotel and I am sure it is not the last time we are staying there.

Las camas son super cómodas, pero ellos hacen "camas turcas" y nosotros estamos acostumbrados a poner sábana de arriba, ellos no ponen.... sólo el cubrecamas.... es lo único que tengo para acotar.... el resto de los servicios estuvieron perfectos!!

Stayed overnight between two flights. The room was very clean, a good size with a comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Receptionist Mohamed and bellboy Diryar went out of their way to make everything agreeable. Even had a complimentary fresh fruits plate for me because I had a long journey and arrived late at night. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay near Istanbul airport.

The location is far from central Istanbul, but very close to the airport, so it served its purpose for me on this trip.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff did their best to ensure our family had a great stay, even surprising us with a plate of delicious fresh fruit! The breakfast was good, but refilling items took a bit long and was done in very small portions. Improving the buffet restock speed would make the experience even better

It was very clean and the location convenient - an easy taxi ride from the airport. The staff, specially Can and Diyar, were very polite, helpful and attentive. We had a good night sleep between flights.

I have booked an other Hotel nearby after my operations to recover before I fly back home, and it was a mess. After I walked into Operla Airport Hotel, I felt at home. Simay helped me with a smile on her face, that made me booked the rest of my other 18 day's in the hotel. I am very pleased with SImay's and Ozum , After having a rough day(the first day at the other hotel), they made me feel so comfortable and at home. Ozum is the best !!!! Im still at the hotel untill the 21st of Agust.... I will not change it for anothor hotel nearby. The Cleaning lady is soooo nice also, and also her helper. Also the staff of the restaurant.... The whole staff here is nice and they really make you feel comfortable. Since I come to Turkey 3 times per year this will be my place to stay from now on near to the airport. BTW..... its near the airport but you dont get annoyd by noises or aircraft noises. 10 out of 10.

We chose this hotel for a one-night stay before our flight, and it served its purpose well. The reception staff were very friendly, and a lovely gentleman named Torgun (if I remember correctly) made us feel especially welcome by assisting with our luggage and surprising us with a plate of fresh fruit. Getting to and from the airport was quick and convenient, making it a great option for a short transit stay.

The biggest drawback is the location. The surrounding area felt quite isolated and didn't feel particularly safe to walk around, especially compared with some of the other airport hotels nearby. While this wasn't a major issue for a single overnight stay, it's something travellers should be aware of if they plan to leave the hotel on foot.

Very nice and helpful staff, in particular Simay and Vediyar! Rooms were very clean and staff were super responsive. Breakfast was great. The front desk was also very helpful with figuring out stuff in a pinch (called them from the City to ask for some help about transportation)

If you’re looking for a spot to rest up between flights and reasonably close to the airport then this is an ideal spot. Arnavutköy is full of airport hotels but I really enjoyed the cosy Trademark. You can take a taxi from the airport which is around 18 euro one way and the hotel can order you a taxi to the airport. They are available 24/7 and the food at the resto is great.

Airport shuttle is not available all day long and checkin time is 3pm just like a normal hotel. It must be like an airport hotel giving for checkin options. Because we have arrived hotel at 10 am and had to wait until 3 pm. Waiting area is limited maybe they can offer a dressing room and sleeping areas for waiting customers.

Hotel , a mio avviso, fuori mano per l'aeroporto, come gli altri nella zona. Alla scelta, sembrava molo piu' vicino Non c'era avviso sul fatto che l'hotel non serve alcolici.

A mio avviso, e' fuori mano, come posizione, le fotto pubblicate sono diverse da come si presenta l;hotel in verita' ma, tutto sommato, e' in buone condizioni generali. Il personale e' disponibile sempre. Se non hai l'auto, o ordini un taxi, altrimenti, con i mezzi pubblici e' molto difficile muoversi.

I am staying at this hotel every time I’m traveling via Istanbul. Great location, nice staff, good breakfast and quick transportation. Last night they even brought us the fruit plate. Special thanks to Özgür.

При заезде номера оказались не совсем с такими кроватями как мы заказывали ( мы просили twins, а вместо этого нам дали два номера kingsize bed), но после нашей просьбы парень с ресепшн Can и портье Ozgur тут же решили нашу проблему на номера какие мы хотели. Завтрак в отеле вполне приличный!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is only a 10-15 minute drive from Istanbul Airport (and cheaper than, but just as comfortable as, any hotels within the airport). Also, the breakfast was very nice - one of the better ones I have had in Turkey.

It was a minor thing but the music playing at both dinner and breakfast was an excerpt of a piece of piano music playing on repeat every 45-60 seconds before suddenly restarting all over again. It became quite intrusive.

Das Hotel ist super geeignet für einen Stop-Over, da es in der Nähe des Flughafens liegt und das Hotel einen Transfer anbietet. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr gut, zudem gibt es mehrere Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Das Personal ist besonders zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, insbesondere Can und Daryan haben sich super gekümmert!

Everything was great. The transfer worked perfectly, there are no questions. Breakfast was normal, good. I really want to thank Can Diyar for his help. We liked that it had an elevator because we had many bags. We like that it was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is cozy, above all thanks to the warmth and kindness of its staff, who are always willing to help and make your stay a wonderful experience. Loved that it was quite comfortable for an Airport Hotel. We stayed in a family room, and it was quite roomy for the 4 of us. The staff was very kind and friendly, especially Can and Diyar.

The hotel's location is not the best. But the friendly staff and service make up for it. The basic lunch/dinner menu was well prepared and delicious. The hotel price is value for money.

Hotel was a perfect spot for an unanticipated overnight layover in Istanbul. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Overall, the hotel experience was wonderful. The hotel shuttle service they have listed is a paid transfer - 30 euro one way/55 round trip. I found this to be an acceptable cost given the service provided, and that it was a luxury vehicle (in my case, both directions a Maybach). The staff were wonderful and were attentive and insisted on helping carry my luggage to my room and brought me complimentary fruits and called to ensure that the room was up to standard.

The experience was wonderful, however the only negative was that shortly after my stay (on my flight out of Istanbul) I began to notice the formation of a series of bumps consistent of that of some sort of biting insect. While I am unsure whether this was due to something flying into the room while I was sleeping (the window was cracked due to the AC unit not being very strong), or bedbugs I am uncertain, however it is something important to watch out for and be cautious of. I foolishly did not check for bedbugs due to the overall cleanliness of the hotel so I am unsure whether or not this was the issue, but the rest of the room was very clean.

Perfect spot to be close to the airport for a flight out. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. I enjoyed the spa bath in my room and getting some exercise in the gym before my 14-hour flight.

Clean and tidy… not far from airport so you can make it easily yet not too close so planes don’t annoy your sleep. Nice staff.

There was a mistake in the bookings and our booked suite was surprisingly not available… The staff apologized and offered us a smaller room (as there was no better option) but offered us a complimentary dinner in a nice gesture.
