設備がきれい。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれる。

融通がきかない。 コインランドリーで洗濯機が終了して取りに来ない人に対してフロントに確認しましたが、館内アナウンス等もしてくれず、部屋に戻って待ってたら、別の人に使われたりしていました。

Bardzo duży wybór dań w restauracji - zarówno kuchni japońskiej, jak i "zachodniej" - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Codziennie kilka rodzajów ryb, napojów ze świeżych owoców i warzyw. Wszystko na bieżąco uzupełnianie przez obsługę. Hotel w odległości 1 przystanku autobusowego od stacji Nijo. Rzut mokrym beretem od Family Mart :-)

Osobiście wszystko mi się podobało. Córka narzekała na zbyt małe naleśniki ;-)

So the breakfast had a ton of options, a little something for everyone. It being included into the price was a big benefit. The hotel room is very clean. One of the cleanest I've ever experienced at that price point. In the hotels in a very good location being close to the castle.

The hotel room is small, the pictures do not do it much justice. If you are a bigger person or you have a lot of luggage just be warned it might be a little hard to move around. Otherwise this place is a very good stay.

Un hotel modern , curat si elegant. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult. Am încercat și baia japoneză, o experiență unică.

Din neatenție nu am am rezervat cameră cu mic dejun și la checkin nu ni s-a spus. Aș fi plătit suplimentar dacă știam pentru acesta.M-am simțit stânjenită a doua zi când am vrut să mergem la restaurant.

The staff were very understanding and acommodating. Our requests were also approved regarding our rooms close to each other. As a group of 11 these approvals were very appreciated. The rooms were clean and the location was very good because across the street is a 7/11 and a few mins walk is a Life grocery store.

My room, a Standard Double Room, was quite spacious for a solo traveler like me. Not at all cramped like a lot of the rooms you get in Japan. So, that was a big plus right off the bat. Then, I hit the public bath soon after checking in around 4:00 p.m. and nobody else was there, so that was a relaxing treat after trekking around all day in summertime boiling hot Kyoto. The front desk staff, restaurant staff, all get high marks. Efficient, with lots of smiles and a welcoming attitude. Much appreciated. And the breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options, quality ingredients. I got the feeling that whoever is in charge of the breakfast takes pride in what they're doing. Location, a less than 10 minute walk from Nijo Station, so not bad. There are restaurants around, but personally I often like to pick up things in a supermarket and relax and eat in my room, and there were two large supermarkets near the station, so that worked out well for me. Also, I might add, a (sake no) Yamaya just two minutes away. Paradise! I also liked the fact that this hotel isn't in the mega-overtouristed section of Kyoto. I felt like I was in Japan.

"Didn't like" is a bit of an overstatement, but the bed wasn't as comfortable as most other places I've stayed in Japan. And the "free drink" in the lobby, in this case anyway, was just a bottle of water, which often comes in the fridge in your room. Nice to get it, but "free drink" is stretching things a little. Anyway, thanks for a very pleasant stay!

大浴場もあり、ベッドも広く、連泊料金も安くとてもお得でした。

ランドリールームが暑く、100円玉しか使用できず、両替機がなかったのが残念でした。 あと、冷蔵庫な冷凍室が無かったので、真夏の京都にはあると助かるかなーと感じました。

距離東西線和山陰本線不遠，走路10分鐘可到，飯店門口前也有公車站，交通方便。 早餐豐富，一樓有咖啡機.飲水機和冰冰涼涼的宇治抹茶.檸檬水，超級讚！ 茶道體驗教學的小帥哥，和認真服務的全體服務人員，增添了飯店的CP值。

朝食が種類も豊富で美味しかった。 トイレとお風呂が別々で、部屋との仕切りに引き戸もあり、隣の部屋の音や外の音も聞こえず快適だった。

風呂場に着替えを置くスペースが無く、棚でもあると良かった。

К сожалению, 90 процентов сотрудников не знают Английский, что затрудняет коммуникацию.

Das optische sehr ansprechende Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Burg Nijo etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, die aber dank der guten Busanbindung des Hotels schnell erreichbar ist. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Tipp: Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine kleine Konditorei, die sehr leckere Kuchen und Teilchen anbietet. Unbeding antesten.

温泉施設。部屋の広さ。 清潔さ。部屋着の快適さ。 欲しいものが全て揃っている。 例えば，電子レンジとか，お茶とか。 お風呂もクレンジングから，化粧品、乳液とかあるので、時にこだわりがなければ、手ぶらで行ける。 お茶もコーヒーも無料なのに、クオリティが高い。

四条河原町とかには、少し遠い。 でも、その分静かでいいと思う。

Hotel bardzo ładny, czysty i zadbany. W pokoju panował porządek, lokalizacja całkiem dobra!

Niestety w pokoju było bardzo głośno, co znacznie utrudniało spokojny sen. Dodatkowo rozczarowało mnie to, że osoby z tatuażami nie mogły korzystać z jedynej atrakcji hotelu, czyli onsenu.

朝のビュッフェの内容は素晴らしい。和洋と品が豊富です。スクランブルエッグ、ベーコンなども美味しかった。デザートのわらび餅は感激した。Netflixとyoutubeに対応してるのも良い

朝食時間は遅めの8時30分頃でしたが、少ない利用者が料理を取っている横でテキパキ新しい皿やコップを補充しているが、片づけモードに入っているように感じさせるのが残念。まだ食事を始めている人が少なからずいる時の行動には気をつけてほしい。

Muy buen hotel, buena habitación y buen cuarto de baño. El desayuno es espectacular, con muchas opciones, tanto orientales, como occidentales. El spa también está muy bien.

1. 飯店在京都二條站(Nijo)從京都車站搭JR快車的話，只要一站就到二條站(Nijo)約5分鐘，普通車是第2站或第三站。 2. 我們旅程中要去嵐山與天橋立等地區，直接在二條站(Nijo)上車非常便利，省了車資與住宿費。 3. 在優惠期用很棒的價格訂到2晚含早餐，但是給的322房，雖沒有吵雜聲，但是窗戶外是整個鐵板遮蔽，看不到任何景色。 4. 飯店的早餐接待人員非常客氣有禮貌，餐點種類算多，日 中 西 式都有供應，還可用鬆餅機自製鬆餅，值得加購早餐。 5. 一樓提供飲水機，也有供應煎茶跟咖啡。 6. 溫泉浴場開放到凌晨，浴場乾淨，吹風機，飲水機，保養品，寄物櫃等設施齊全。房間內有附泡湯用提籃。給的浴衣是休閒風，舒適好穿。 7. 飯店員工熱情有禮貌，寫信詢問問題，也都禮貌的回覆。 8. 飯店外面有公車站牌 9. 大約300m遠，有超市。

1. 從JR二條站(Nijo)走路到飯店約650m 10分鐘路程，也可搭乘公車，如果搭計程是500日圓，所以也都還能接受。 2. 6樓有自助洗衣，是可以選擇洗+烘或是單洗或單烘，而且是可以上4位數密碼的，但是洗衣機僅有3台，總是有人洗好不拿走，整個晚上佔著洗衣機的。 3. 房間走道稍小，我們是把行李放在沙發前與床的空間。不過，以2晚3人房含早餐及泡湯的價錢，沒甚麼可挑剔的了。

二条駅からも近く、車で行っても近くにコインパーキングもあり上限700円。バス停も近い。公共交通機関でも自家用車でも利用しやすい。大浴場があって疲れもとれる。コーヒーなどのドリンクサービスもあって朝食を外で買って部屋で食べるのもあり。近くに喫茶店もパン屋もあります。

特にないが、強いて言うなら、部屋の手拭き用のタオルも置いてほしい。

Es un buen hotel para el precio que tiene. Un 4 estrellas por menos de 60 euros en habitación triple es un regalo. Tiene una zona de piscina de agua caliente interior perfecta.

La ubicación, en una avenida ruidosa y transitada, no es la mejor opción. No es un barrio bonito, la verdad. Pero está a 10 minutos de una buena estación de tren que combina con el centro en poco tiempo.

La struttura è grande e molto frequentata. Delle 3 lavatrici/asciugatrici una non funzionava e quindi era difficile trovare il momento per poter lavare

De ligging vlakbij station was heel prettig. Koffie/thee/limonade in de lounge erg fijn. Bushalte en 7/11 bijna voor de deur en metro korte wandeling.

Niet echt een lounge om in de avond nog even te zitten en drankje doen.

Habitació gran, còmode i tranquil.la al mig de la ciutat. Spa/Ofuro net i agradable. Bon tracte amb el personal. Proper al castell Nijo-jo i amb comerços al voltant. Ben comunicat per bus.

The laundry 1 doesn’t work

Very spacious and clean rooms, drinks and coffee available 24/7, very good position well connected to bus stops and trains. The onsen at the end of the day is definitely a plus!

The staff was not very welcoming, they would barely smile. We paid for the breakfast service as a plus (not included in our reservation), they made us pay but the waiters were cleaning and taking away all food and drinks in a very unpleasant way even though we were still in the timeframe for breakfast service. Hospitality and kindness need improvement.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and the onsen was wonderful — I was almost always there by myself.

It was maybe a little noisy in the evenings, with lots of cars and motorcycles passing by. I’m quite sensitive to noise, so I often had trouble falling asleep.

The location was perfect for us for a 3 days trip in Kyoto. There is a bus stop just a few steps away from the hotel and it was very convenient for us. We had buffet breakfast and the food was tasty (Japanese style cuisine) and there is even free refreshing drinks from 06:00 to 25:00.

No dislike but maybe the food should have been served a bit hotter for those who have breakfast a bit later than normal breakfast time. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Breakfast a bit pricey for the tiny selection. I suggest looking at cafes within the area. It’s far from main tourist strip and have to use cabs for ease of transport (15 minutes) But still worth the money

Upon Arrival, staff were quick to help, keeping our bags until the check in time. They were suite supportive and provided sufficient explanation for the use of the on site onsen. The room was great with comfortable beds and duvees, a sofa as well and ofcourse a tv. The hotel has a laundry room which is coin operated and this is connected with the tv so you can check on the status from the comfort of your room. The onsen is delightful with a nice shower area followed by the onsen bath.

Connecting to the tv to stream things from our personal devices would not work after following the instructions, It would be nice if a quicker method is identified and installed. It was so frustrating we gave up. Also we started drying our clothes at 2 and couldn't get them dry by 6 am. Not all the washer dryers were working as intended.
