Ik verbleef in de kamer terwijl er aan de weg gewerkt werd, waardoor het soms wat lawaaiig was overdag.

No se puede hacer pagos con tarjeta. No tiene ascensor por si no pueden subir escaleras pero es una planta solo

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Inmediatamente hice mi reserva Jhonny se comunico conmigo, me envió la ubicación exacta y respondió mis dudas de manera amable y clara, mi visita fue corta ya que solo necesitaba un lugar donde descansar y tener buena conexión a Internet para poder trabajar y el lugar definitivamente cumplió las expectativas, Jhonny fue muy atento, respondía rápido ante cualquier duda y definitivamente te hace sentir como escuche a otro huésped mencionar mientras estuve ahí ( como familia ) el lugar es cómodo, limpio, tranquilo, fresco, y todo lo relacionado a la habitación funcionaba bien, definitivamente volveré por más tiempo para disfrutar de la ventaja de estar tan cerca de la Zona colonial, y si tienen tiempo preguntenle a Jhonny por la historia de la casa ❤️

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026De este alojamiento me gusto que sus camas son muy comodas, el lugar es tranquilo, tuve mucha privacidad, me sentia como en mi casa, Johnny mantiene el lugar siempre limpio y ordenado, el hostal huele muy rico, los baños estan muy limpios, los espacios bien decorados con un tema COLONIAL, te transporta a otras epocas. Johnny es muy amable y atiende a sus huespedes como reyes. Esta cerca del parque donde esta la estatua de Colon y la primera catedral de america. A la vuelta hay una calle donde hay Burger King, Pizza Hot, zonas comerciales Y EL RESTAURANTE DE LA COLOMBIANA QUE ES MUY RICO. Este hotal le daria 20 de 10 si pudiera. Siempre que vaya a RD este sera mi casa. ❤️

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026El alojamiento está a escasos minutos caminando de los principales lugares turísticos. Además, cerca de una calle principal que tiene muchísimos restaurantes y supermercados. Jony, su propietario, nos recomendó lugares donde comer y quedamos muy satisfechos. Además, nos recomendó buscar el freetour que ofrecen en la ciudad que también se puede reservar en civitatis y que ofrece una experiencia muy bonita y enriquecedora de Santo Domingo. Por último, la habitación está muy bien equipada y tuvo especial atención con mi mujer al estar embarazada.
Que el centro de la ciudad se encuentra en obras y es difícil acceder y aparcar, aún así nosotros tuvimos la suerte de encontrar aparcamiento frente al alojamiento.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Location was superb! Right in the heart of Zona Colonial, few steps away from Colon Street where there are souvenir shops, FOREX, restaurants, fast food and National Supermarket. And few meters away from Christopher Colombus Square and Primada Cathedral de America. Staff was accomodating, friendly. Easy to deal with.
The rooms are in the second floor and there’s no lift however, this is not an issue ; staff can even help you with your heavy luggages. They do not provide airport pick up and transfer however, they provide advice on WhatsApp and here regarding airport transfers, and taxi, and traffic situation within Zon Colonial and from the airport.

No me gustaron las reparaciones de las calles en la Zona. Pero ya estan al parecer concluyendo. De todas formas incluso así, la Zona Colonial es un increíble espacio.

I wasn’t not able to make the hot water to work, and , it was too early to ask the staff.

Está muy bien ubicado, pude recorrer a pié la cuidad colonial, está cerca de muchos restoranes y cafes muy agradables. La atención fue increible y personalizada. Me contactaron para saber mi hoar de llegada, siempre muy atentos a mi itinerario. Fueron flexibles con el check-out y se ofrecieron a guardar mi equipaje mientras yo recorrí la cuidad.
