bathroom should have some form of ventilation. bathroom should have somewhere to put your sponge, a little shelf, very inexpensive but would uplift things. make it clear where the staff can be found

A localização é excelente. A cozinha tem tudo o que é necessário para a confecção de PA ou outra refeição. O ar condicionado foi imprescindível. Ficamos no 3 andar, mas não foi problema porque tem elevador.

No período da tarde/noite vinha um cheiro intenso de comida que não conseguimos perceber se era da rua ou de outro alojamento. A falta de estacionamento privado foi um problema. Tem um parque privado 24h, mas acaba por ser dispendioso.

I book apt with balcony, they gave me one without, the window was not possible to open, the airco made a lot of noise, so we could not sleep, when we stopped it , it was very hot

The location was in a great spot, easy access to a lot of shops and buses to get about. The TV was really good and could connect to our phones and some English channels. Bed was comfy and room was a great size, sofa could turn into a bed also. All the appliances worked well.

There was a cockroach which we had to capture, and despite having the windows closed there were gnats coming in. The aircon possibly needs a manual just to say it takes a few minutes to turn on. The notice on the wall said that we would get a physical key but there wasn’t one provided so we had to input the code each time. Sometimes the shower temperature was iffy.

The location is just perfect. All the necessary facilities are in close vicinity. Marina is walking distance away. The place is modern and all necessary info was provided beforehand.

The air conditioning unit was acting weird. It just turns on whenever he wants to, programming is non-existing.

Skvela lokalita! Blizko centra. Restauracie a obchodiky “za rohom”. Parkovanie St.Lucia cca 7 min chodze. Cez vikend parkovanie na nedalekom namesticku.

Fridge, freezer, washing machine and all kitchen supplies are available. The bathroom was very spacious. We received the codes of the doors via email. There is an elevator serving some of the rooms. The position is very convenient to reach bars, restaurants and the arbor.

We would have loved to have the apartment cleaned every 3-4 days included in the price (instead we washed the towels ourselves; and cleaning material is said to be present in a dedicated room of the building, but we didn't check). The pillows were very uncomfortable. There is no clothesline to dry clothes. At the entrance hall you could always find cucarachas running around.

Molto complessa la comunicazione con l’assistenza, abbiamo dovuto chiamare diverse volte per avere le istruzioni di accesso, e inoltre abbiamo perso molto tempo perché la serratura automatica non funzionava. Mancavano asciugamani e i condizionatori centralizzati facevano o troppo freddo o troppo caldo non dando la possibilitá di controllarli.

Ottima struttura nel centro di Funchal. Posizione perfetta per girare la città a piedi e molto vicino al parcheggio privato e separato Archi di San Francesco per parcheggiare l’auto. Stanza grande e pulita in linea con le nostre esigenze.

Beautiful spacious and bright apartment, perfectly located in the centre of Funchal old town. Plenty of bars restaurants and shops. Also walking distance to the marina. But at the same time quiet area.

Only the quality of the pillows could be a bit better.

Apt location was excellent. Clean and well maintained. Door codes very convenient.

A welcome pack of soft drinks, wine, beer coffe or tea would have been the icing on the cake.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, I felt that the cleaning could have been more thorough. The couch appeared worn and could use some cleaning. In addition, I experienced multiple bites during my stay, which raised concerns about the condition of the mattress or bedding (for bedbugs?!). I would recommend that this be checked. Aside from these issues, the apartment is in a great location.

Estaba todo limpisimo y nuevo además esta en pleno centro pero sin ruidos y con todo aún paso.

No es una queja pero si se tiene coche como nosotros tienes que aparcar en un parking cercano o buscar en la zona hora por las noches porque las plazas blancas son para moradores

L’ architettura storica stile coloniale, comodo l’ ascensore, l’appartamento completamente ristrutturato e pulito, e la cucina è ben fornita.

Porta finestra rotta nel bagno, che non ci permetteva di arieggiarlo, in ogni caso c’era la ventola. Mancanza di una stanza per il deposito bagagli, la struttura ci ha proposto un deposito bagaglio a pagamento negli dintorni.

Apartment stylish, very comfortable and cozy. Good location. Hairdrayer broken first morning, but they change same day in to new one.

One thing needs to be fixed is ventilation in the bathroom.

The property was nice, at comfortable location.

There was no tea/ tea bags etc only coffee, no chair near mirror to dress, door lock was broken. Checkin was extremely difficult as they posted wrong code in email. And no reply on msgs. We requested early checkin but they didn’t give us early checkin and did not even tell till last min

To był bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy 8 nocy. Bardzo ładnie urządzony apartament jak i cały hotel. Czysto. Bardzo dobrze oświetlone pomieszczenie, dużo naturalnego światła. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Po 4 nocach wymieniono nam ręczniki oraz pościel. Łazienka spora z dużym prysznicem. Dla Pań suszarka do włosów z 4 wymiennymi końcówkami. Jeśli chodzi o kuchnię, to skorzystaliśmy tylko z pralki. W szafkach są kapsułki do prania, więc nie musieliśmy się tak naprawdę o nic martwić. Suszarka do prania znajduje się w pomieszczeniu gospodarczym na 3 piętrze wraz z deskami do prasowania i żelazkami. Jeśli chodzi właśnie o suszarkę do ubrań widzieliśmy tylko jedną, więc warto przed praniem sprawdzić czy nikt z gości jej nie zabrał. Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. 7 minut od parkingu. Kontakt z obsługą świetny. Bardzo polecamy ❤️

Jedyny minus, który może się nie spodobać to fakt, że za oknem jest restauracja. Pracownicy zaczynają pracę o 7:30-8:00 puszczając głośno muzykę i włączając np. kostkarkę do lodu co nas budziło. JEDNAK nie przeszkadzało nam to, ponieważ właśnie o takich godzinach mieliśmy budziki aby wyruszyć na szlaki, ale warto mieć to na uwadze, jeśli lubicie pospać. Chociaż Madera jest od maratonu zwiedzania a nie do odpoczywania ;)) 😜

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Great location. Clean apartment, bathroom, kitchenette with all the kitchen utilities, and electronic equipments. I had a very pleasent stay and would 100% recommend to anyone satying in Funchal..

Perfect location in the city center of Funchal.

La localisation est super et est tres proche du vieux centre de Funchal. L'appart est entouré de restaurants, transports en commun et est à proche distance des activités de Funchal & Monte. La propreté du lieu et le rapport qualité prix sont aux rendez vous.

La difficulté de se garer le soir si vous avez une voiture de location ainsi que le parking payant la journée dans le centre. Aucune vue des fenêtres vers la ville ou la mer mais nous n'etions pas souvent dans l'appartement la journée. Pas de gel douche ou shampoing disponible meme échantillion.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, à proximité de la cathédrale ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et lieux d’intérêt, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. L’appartement était très propre, bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé, ce qui l’a rendu très confortable pour notre séjour, y compris avec un bébé. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’attention de l’agence, qui a pris la peine de nous appeler à notre arrivée pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien. Un service très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Depuis notre appartement, le vis-à-vis était assez important, car il donnait sur une cour intérieure, ce qui limite l’intimité. En raison du fort taux d'humidité, un système de ventilation ou d’aération plus performant dans la salle de bain pourrait être un plus.

The location is good, but everything else was unacceptable. We arrived late to find no sheets for the sofa and not enough towels for four guests. The host told us to search other rooms ourselves, which led to us accidentally entering an occupied apartment—completely inappropriate. We were promised a refund for the first night and that everything would be fixed the next morning. However, the next day only towels and pillowcases were delivered—still no sheets. Our messages were ignored, and for a second night in a row, three people had to share a bed while one had to sleep on an uncovered sofa. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. Only on the third day, after repeated complaints, were the sheets finally provided. Despite the identical situation, they refused to compensate us for the second night.This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Basic hygiene standards, such as clean sheets, are the minimum requirement when booking accommodation. We should not have had to deal with this. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom on arrival which added to the overall negative experience. This is by far one of the most unprofessional hosting experiences we’ve ever had. Basic standards were not met, communication was poor, and responsibility was avoided. DO NOT STAY HERE !

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Funchal. Fußläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen. Wer ein Auto gemietet hat, kann dieses einpaar Meter weiter in einem Parkhaus lassen ( Parking Santa Luzia ist nur zu empfehlen, da zahlt man nur 5€ /24h). Die Ausstattung ist top. Wir hatten alles hier, Kaffee, Filter, Öl als auch Salz und Pfeffer standen in der Küche bereit, auch Spühlmittel, Waschmittel und Dushgel waren vorhanden.

Wir hatten leider Probleme mit dem Türsystem. Bei dem Check in kamen wir trotz richtigem Code nicht rein. Der Support kam uns aber helfen. Und danach hatten wir keine Probleme mehr.

Apartamentele sunt situate fix în centrul orașului .Am fost încântați când după i zi obositoare de hike doar am coborât jos și am avut foarte multe restaurante .

Am stat o săptămână ,în a treia zi am încercat să facem rost de prosoape curate și hârtie igienică,am fost refuzați și îndrumați,ca prosoapele să le spălăm noi la mașina din cameră,iar hârtia să ne-o procurăm singuri ,total dezamăgiți .Puteati bine sa pune hârtie de rezervă în camera unde erau și uscătoarele ,ca nu zbura nimeni cu ele din Madeira 🤣

Schitterend appartement midden in de stad en op loopafstand van diverse highlights. Bij bezoek aan Madeira is dit verblijf een aanrader, alles goed voor elkaar.

De straat is wat lawaaiig maar dat is verbonden aan een verblijf in het centrum

Hervorragende Lage, um die Insel mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden, sehr saubere Wohnung, Ausstattung war ausreichend mit modernen Geräten, selbstständiger Check-In mit Code. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Gebäude. Gerne wieder :)

Bardzo polecam to miejsce! Wszystko, co potrzebne, znajduje się w pobliżu obiektu – sklepy, restauracje i komunikacja. Apartament był bardzo czysty, jasny i przyjemny. Wygląd oraz standard w pełni zgodne ze zdjęciami. Pobyt był komfortowy i bezproblemowy. Na pewno chętnie wrócę!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w tym obiekcie. Wszystko było czyste, a wyposażenie wyglądało na nowe i zadbane. Na miejscu znajdowało się wszystko, co potrzebne – nawet żel pod prysznic i mydło. Łazienka była czysta i zdezynfekowana, co dawało duże poczucie komfortu. Lokalizacja obiektu jest świetna – w pobliżu znajdują się knajpki i różne miejsca gastronomiczne, więc łatwo coś zjeść lub napić się kawy. Mimo tego okolica jest cicha. Dużym plusem był również bardzo łatwy meldunek i wymeldowanie. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.

This was a beautiful and very comfortable apartment. Spacious and extremely well prepared and clean. Located in a great part of the city. Reasonably quiet except when the windows are open out onto the street but the bedroom is at the back and is quiet.

Could be noisy in living room when the windows are open Also while the veranda is quiet and secluded it does not have a veranda view

C'est trop impersonnel à mon goût, nous n'avons rencontré personne pour nous accueillir, même si les informations fournies ( codes d'accès) sont données.

The studio apartment was in a great location, very well equipped & very comfortable, perfect for a single person or a couple. A great find!

No microwave provided and it was mentioned there was to be one, there is nose all night from the heating/water system inside the door, it's not too bad but when your used to silence it may bother you, it couldn't be turned off so I didn't get proper sleep for the 5 nights
