1000 RMB collected & card swiped, but never explained what the money for , explicitly and clearly! And on check out, the staff also never explained clearly about the 1000 RMB, and just said the amount of RMB 753 charged and printed out the transaction script! Very bad communication & resulted all the misunderstanding payment process!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025Friendly staff overall. Facilities and room nice and clean. Free use of laundry was a nice bonus. Location was OK with food about a 10 minute work away. If all else fails there is a McDonald's downstairs. Shunfeng Park is about a 20 to 30min walk away and is a huge and beautiful place to explore.
Mosquitoes. Being close to the river there were plenty. The hotel was good to provide mosquito repellent for the room.

She is truly outstanding — attentive, professional, and always a step ahead in making sure guests are well taken care of. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the free laundry and dryer facilities, which are incredibly convenient for travellers. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Hebe, for making our stay so memorable!
