Everything! The room was well appointed and comfortable. The location was close to everything without being in a noisy part of the city. The breakfast was really impressive and different every morning! Everyone who works there is charming and kind. No complaints at all.

O Hotel é de extremo bom gosto e muito confortável. Os funcionários são ótimos e a piscina no terraço foi um bálsamo pois estava muito calor, 35 graus celsius, além do ar estar seco.

Incredibly friendly staff, delicious breakfast and perfectly clean room and shared areas. The hotel provided a very luxurious feel and we'll definitely stay there again next time we're in Lecce.

Elegancia total

The warm welcome of the host was lovely, she showed us where to park and which part of the city is worthwhile to explore and see. She even provided us a full list of restaurants and help us reserve a table at one. The rooms are spacecouse especially the bathroom with a large bathtub and two showers. The pool on the rooftop is excellent for enjoying the late afternoon after walking in the city. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which included made to order eggs, lovely sweets from the region and coffee in the style you desired.

I think the only small downside is that there are some pigeons on the rooftop which is expected in a city, nevertheless our stay was amazing and we would come again!

I would like to give special recognition to a wonderful member of the hotel team who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Valentina was warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. She anticipated our needs, including being so so kind to our friends who were not staying, and going home. Valentina offered excellent recommendations, and handled every request with professionalism and genuine care. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is outstanding and truly enhanced our experience. We had an incident where we had unfortunately left some valuables in the hotel room after leaving for a new destination, we had been incredibly stressed with our mistake, but Valentina not only handled everything for us, but also saved us time with our holiday. Staff like her are the reason guests return, and she is an absolute asset to the hotel and this brand. We cannot thank you enough, the hotel was just beautiful, we came from Gallipoli and we had not had the best experience, our stay at the Palazzo Leece restored our confidence, the amenities, decor, staff were outstanding. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

La piccola piscina privata è un’oasi di relax e la colazione in terrazza ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Struttura bellissima, curata e in posizione perfetta.

Una struttura semplicemente meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli: ogni cosa è perfetta! Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, con un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Valentina, che ci ha accolto con grande cortesia, assegnandoci una camera ancora più bella di quella prenotata e permettendoci di posticipare il check-out. La posizione è ideale, nel cuore del centro storico di Lecce, con tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La colazione è incredibile, ricca di scelte e davvero deliziosa. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per rivivere questa esperienza straordinaria!

The property is simply stunning. In the city center of the old town of Lecce. If you are sensible to architecture and design you can only be impress by what has been done in Palazzo de Lecce .. and the roof top .. well you have to see it to understand !

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Lecce – Epoca Collection. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant decor and excellent facilities. The rooftop terrace with a small pool is a real highlight — sunny, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Our room was spacious, very clean, stylish, and well-equipped. We slept really well. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations to explore Lecce. We highly recommend this hotel, whether you’re visiting for a short stay or a longer trip. A true gem in the heart of Lecce!

Extremly slow elevator. Lights in the room were partially flashing but the host responded very quickly with solutions. Roof top pool is more of a big jacuzzi but surrounded by a nice breakfast terrace.

Location was great, the amenities and design/detail in the room was above expectations - especially artwork and lighting. Loved it and pleasantly surprised. Whilst we used the stairs for everyday commute, having a lift was a bonus for our luggage.

Property is amazing. A proper palazzo in Lecce. Full of art and amazing rooms. Everywhere you look there is something amazing catching your eye. Rooms are also nice and clean. Location is perfect and the hosts could not be friendlier and more attentive to our needs. Breakfast on the roof terrace is just the cherry on top.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of all amenities. The property is beautifully decorated throughout and with only 6 rooms, you feel extremely special. The rooftop pool area has incredible views of Lecce during the day and also at night. Most of the time we had the terrace to ourselves. Our host was extremely helpful and always on hand with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place

The roof top terrace was a perfect spot to have breakfast and look over the roof tops - we would highly recommend the omelettes! We loved the plunge pool and did spend time reading on the terrace in the beautiful sunshine. The position of Palazzo Lecce is right in the heart of the old town and perfect for visiting all the sites.

We had two very different experiences at breakfast time. Overall the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, but one of the breakfast staff was not attentive and forgot our order and was slow to serve us. This did not at all spoil our stay, as Palazzo Lecce exceeded our expectations but we thought it would be helpful to share our experience.

Everything here is just wonderful. The start with beautiful welcome from lovely lady Catherina .Our room was with a small private pool , so so wonderful.No words to describe, truly this amazingly beautiful place with a great great feeling & people . We will be back , very soon ! ❤️

This botique style hotel was decorated beautifully with a minimalist sandstone esthetic. The lighting and stonework were mind boggling. There was no expense spared in the design.

The spa bath room category was absolutely beautiful in its decor, so when I say the spa bath was a disappointment I don’t want it to sound harsh. The “pool” was located outside of the rooms bathroom, I did not realize this aspect as I thought it was all one space. The pool was freezing cold and dirty. I did not want to swim in it personally. The pool area has an open air concept so this allows the pigeons to fly over (non stop) also creating a mess. It was not the “relaxing space” I personally envisioned. The space is also walled so the availability of a breeze is not possible and it became very stagnant in that space. There is also the noise transfer from outside, so if you wanted to relax and maybe read a book this would be very distracting. The other part we did not care was the valet system. When you want to claim your car there is one person to tend to it and this person is not only operating the palazzo Lecce but also another facility. We waited for over an hour for our car and it was not even returned to us by valet, my Husband had to get our car himself because the valet attendant was unable to move our car in the garage himself because it was so full of other cars he did not feel comfortable in moving our car. This definitely should have been “communicated” to us so that we could have helped the situation as my Husband is a very capable driver and moved the car in the garage for the valet attendant. At 35 euros a day, I do not believe this was a good value given the wait and the system they use. I’m lucky we didn’t not have to catch a flight somewhere as we would have missed it.

Location, great quality building and stylish architecture and rooms. Enjoyed an upgraded room first two nights. Staff attentive and helpful.

Air conditioning failed and didn’t work last two nights which was disappointing as it was very warm weather and difficult to leave windows open in city centre environment with ambient noise.

Breakfast was delicious! Rooms were petit, but very well distributed with spaces. Overall excellent for the price! Valentina was great explaining recommendations. They even had a mini sauna, that made it very convenient since it was chilly when we arrived.

Very stylish, comfortable hotel in a perfect location for exploring Lecce. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the roof top terrace after a day's sightseeing.

Even though I found the hotel being only with 6 rooms still we have enjoyed our stay very much and were happy to stay there due to the proximity to almost everywhere in the old town Lecce on foot.

Great location in old town. Close walk to the train station with reasonably priced parking (12 euros a day). Caterina went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Take her restaurant recommendations as they are spot on! Beautiful roof top patio (even in February). Breakfast was amazing!

What a remarkable place! Exquisite design, rooftop pool, few minutes walk from all the main places of interest.

My room was small but it is so smartly designed and beautifully decorated you don’t feel it. The staff does everything to help, they treat you like family.

Beautiful boutique hotel, amazing attention to detail in the decor. Lovely rooms and fantastic balcony. The breakfast was the best we had in puglia - coffees, a selection of cold fruit / traditional food and optional cooked. The staff were great and accommodating through out the stay.

Lecce was a total hidden gem for us and this hotel was fantasti - great location, super comfy bed and the rooftop pool was such a total bonus! Great stay.

There's no staff there at night so just need to make sure all your queries are sorted before the end of their work day but other than that no issues at all!
