All of the staff were amazing. They were polite, conversational, and fun. The bar and restaurant staff were especially good. When I checked in I absent mindedly left my hat downstairs at reception. Within 5 minutes of getting to my room there was a knock at the door and my hat was returned to me. The restaurant was excellent. Whilst staying there I had some very good lasagne as well as some excellent steak. The included breakfast was good quality, plenty of variety, and the staff made sure that everything was kept stocked. They were very helpful and sorted me out with a decaf coffee when I asked.

I really can't fault them. Next time I stay in central Rome I'll absolutely be booking a room at the Adesso.

Excellent location for metro and exploring city . Staff were incredibly helpful . Room was nice . Very clean with a decent sized bathroom. We left our luggage there as we were early and it was in our room on our return . Taxi rank outside hotel also useful.

Breakfast could be more varied but was ok. Evening meal was expensive for what it was.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. I particularly appreciated the fresh coffee machine after a long journey! The staff were attentive and friendly and the receptionist very helpful when I needed to change my booking at the last minute. Very nice buffet breakfast with lots of choice.

La douche était un peu vieille, elle aurait besoin d’une bonne mise à jour.

Very close to the train, bus and metro stations, as well as the taxi stand. The surrounding area is residential. Very kind and helpful staff, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The place is clean but feels a little worn. There were some traces of mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite poor, with limited choice and quality.

- ďaleko od centra - pomalá obsluha v bare na streche hotela - izba, v ktorej sme boli ubytovaní (vyzerala ako spojovacia chodba častí hotela) bola na prízemí s mrežami, čo nevytváralo príjemný dojem z hotela. Pri rezervácii odporúčam zvoliť si izbu s balkónom, tie sa nachádzali v hlavnej časti hotela.

La struttura è molto accogliente e il personale molto gentile. Le camere sono belle e moderne con una TV perfettamente funzionante e facilmente collegabile al telefono.

Colazione un po' ridotta e i prodotti da forno non erano molto buoni.

Milý personál na recepci. V pokoji funkční klimatizace, rozměrná televize.

Ubytování rozhodně neodpovídá standardu 4*. Problém je především stav pokojů, jak už bylo psáno v recenzích níže. Obecně, nábytek i (papírové) zdi v pokojích jsou na úroveň 4* hotelu nadměrně odřené a poškrábané. Ihned po prvním dni také přestal fungovat mrazící box a všechna voda vytekla na zem (nešlo o důsledek špatného zavření dveří, ale sám od sebe přestal mrazit). Problém byla ale především koupelna a její vybavení. Sprchový kout byl naprostá šílenost. Celý držel pohromadě jen silou vůle, kdyby se o něj nedopatřením někdo opřel (například by dítě podjelo při sprchování), celý by havaroval. Ve spoji dole i nahoře byl uštípnutý, šroubky, které šly vidět, držely tak tak. Dveře byly také šílené, ihned po prvním odsunutí mi “zůstaly v ruce,” když kolečka na spodku dveří nedržela v trajektorii, dveře v nich byly prostě položeny a při každém odsunutí vyjely pryč. Když jsem vyndávala sprchovou hadici z madla, celé madlo se zakymácelo a také až po šroubky vyjelo ze zdi (vše viz foto). Za gumou na dolní části byla také nevyčištěná nečistota, která postupně zčernávala. Zrcadlo bylo zespod oprýskané, toaleta byla schopna sama 10x za sebou splachovat. Pomíjím už úplně estetické prvky jako vypadané spárování mezi dlažbami. Drobnosti bych zmínila bačkory a župany (úplně chyběly), jakýkoliv produkt ke koupi v minibaru, skleničky (byly jen papírové kelímky) nebo příbor (nebyl žádný). Oproti stavu koupelny šlo ale o nepodstatné věci. Snídaně nebyla také taková, jak by bylo možné očekávat. Slané pečivo sestávalo pouze z 2 druhů výhradně toustového chleba a 1 druhu (okoralého) netoustového chleba (ten byl pochopitelně většinou ihned rozebrán). Nebyl tedy k dispozici jeden běžný chléb, rohlík, houska, cokoliv. Suché bylo také malé sladké pečivo. Šunka nevypadala, že kdy viděla vyšší procento masa, stejně tak pomerančový džus celý pomeranč. Víčko zásuvného plastového boxu na šunku mi po otevření zůstalo v ruce.

Excelente. Staff atencioso, quartos e banheiros amplos, modernos e confortáveis. Café gratuito no quarto, que também dispõe de frigobar. Está localizado em frente à estação de Tiburtina. Esta não é a principal de Roma, mas leva a muitos destinos dentro do país e é muito mais tranquila do que Termini. O acesso ao metrô fica a poucos metros da recepção do hotel. Apesar de afastado do centro, acredito que o custo-benefício é realmente bom neste caso. Não me arrependo de ter optado por um hotel melhor embora afastado do centro, pois com o metrô e Tiburtina ao lado (que inclusive é terminal para diversas linhas do ônibus da cidade), em alguns minutos se chega aos principais pontos turísticos. O Coliseu, inclusive, é acessado pela mesma linha, sem baldeação. Vale a pena!

É preciso considerar um tempo a mais de deslocamento, especialmente em ida para áreas mais afastadas como Trastevere e Vaticano mas, ainda assim, vale o esforço pelo que o hotel entrega.

in der Hotel Lobby wurde meiner Schwester die Handtasche gestohlen . Sie hat sie zwar wieder bekommen aber das Barged fehlte.

Really friendly and helpful staff. I wish I'd got their names. The check in desk, bar, and restaurant staff were all particularly helpful. Even ran my hat up to my room when I absently left it laying around.

Tudo foi impecável ! O atendimento foi a melhor parte (durante e após a minha estadia), mas a organização, comida, localização e limpeza estavam sempre perfeitos também. Passei apenas uma noite lá, mas já quero voltar ! A recepção 24h para mim foi essencial, consegui usar o locker durante o dia que fiz o check-out sem custo, e a noite no outro dia passei para jantar lá e de fato, toda a equipe é super solicita e ótimos profissionais. Parabéns! 10/10!!!

駅前、とにかく駅が近いので、フレッチャロッサやイタロを降りてすぐホテルに着けるのが良かったです。長距離バス乗り場の目の前なので、バスを乗る人にも便利だと思います。 ホテルを出てすぐ左（駅側）のバールはコーヒーも焼き菓子も美味しいです。店員の方も親切なので何回も通いました。

何故か巨大なベビーベッドが置かれていました。（ダブルのシングルユースなのに）一人だから問題なかったのですが…誰か違う宿泊客と間違えられたのかも？ 駅前なので昼も夜も治安が悪いです。

Sconsiglio vivamente la colazione. Al costo di 12 € a persona, l’offerta mi è sembrata piuttosto limitata e non all’altezza del prezzo richiesto. Inoltre, il cappuccino preparato al bar prevedeva un supplemento di 3 €, una scelta che ho trovato eccessiva considerando il costo già elevato della colazione. Nelle vicinanze della stazione di Roma Tiburtina ci sono diversi bar dove è possibile fare una colazione di qualità spendendo meno

We met a very nice man in the reception when we arrived named luigi, he was very helpful all the way but the days he was not working were not so great.

The room we got looked nice but had hidden flaws like the showerdoor being broken. The toilet who flushed out the water thru whole night. We had an unpleasant experience trying to tell the staff that there were some flaws in the hotelroom. The guy that came up to «help» us told us that it is normal in an aggressive way it seemed like that so he could get out and continue his other work. Our last day we left our luggage’s in the hotel because our flight was later. We went out to the balcony and ate some storebought sandwiches cause we didn’t quite enjoy the hotel breakfast or the dinner menu. Then a worker came out from the hotel in a very rude passive aggressive way telling us that it is not allowed to eat food from outside in the facilities. We understand the rules but there are nicer ways to approach someone about a situation. We found it as very unprofessional and it topped up our not so great experience.

Tempi di attesa al check in. Nonostante ci fossero 2 operatori, solo una si occupava di registrare gli ospiti. Bagni attrezzati di tutto ma migliorabili, rispetto a tutta la struttura super moderna sono rimasti un po' indietro.

Non c'è molto da dire era tutto PERFETTO, siamo rimasti poco solo 3 notti per il concerto di Tor Vergata di Ultimo, ma l'albergo era davvero comodissimo con posizione e il personale e la struttura Favolosi, lo raccomando a tutti. Grazie ci vedremo presto.

Molto accogliente, siamo arrivati per pranzo e abbiamo potuto pranzare all'interno, cibo ottimo a prezzi onesti. Le stanze accoglienti e pulitissime, molto apprezzata anche la presenza di una macchinetta del caffè e bollitore con cialde, infusi e bottiglie d'acqua offerti dall'albergo.

Location- excellent location if you are travelling by train, metro anywhere in Rome. Lots of affordable food options, general grocery stores around the area. Friendly staff- can secure your luggage before and after check in/out.

The hotel was welcoming & in an excellent location. Our room was large & comfortable with a balcony. The room was very clean & serviced daily. The staff were very helpful with any questions. The location was excellent. Tiburtina train station & bus station is across the road from the hotel. There is a taxi rank out front of the hotel & a local bus takes you into Rome central, very convenient.

Albergo 4 stelle a due passi da tiburtina. Davvero molto accogliente con camere molto ampie, dotate di tutti i servizi. I letti sono grandi e comodi e anche il bagno molto ampio. Bella la hall, in genere tutto molto curato.

Forse la colazione potrebbe essere più varia, anche se i prodotti proposti sono di qualità. Magari il caffè dalla macchinetta a colazione sarebbe meglio di no. La zona di Tiburtina non è il massimo, ma quello non è colpa loro, c'è il vantaggio comunque di essere a due passi dalla metro

Z plusów: bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, tuż obok stacji kolejowej, metra i autobusów, w pobliżu sporo kawiarni, dobra izolacja akustyczna od zewnętrznego hałasu, smaczne śniadania, pomocny personel, dbałość o czystość, przyjemna restauracja hotelowa.

Z minusów: ściany wewnętrzne dość cienkie, przez co łatwo można usłyszeć sąsiadów, dość dziwna aranżacja pokoju hotelowego (biurko-telewizor w nogach łóżka, dziwna szafa-nie szafa), wybór produktów na śniadania mógłby być bardziej zróżnicowany, a sam chleb dziwnie czerstwy... Na szczęście dawało się zrobić z niego tosty, ale przy 4 gwiazdkach powinno być lepiej.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean upon arrival.

The behavior of the restaurant and bar staff was extremely disappointing and often unfriendly. The breakfast was far below expectations. There was only one type of toast bread available, and overall the selection and quality were very poor compared to other 4-star hotels. The daily housekeeping service was inadequate. The bed was made every day, but the rest of the room was hardly cleaned, if at all.
