Quality Inn Sunshine Suites

Super accommodating to schedule changes

The staff made the stay excellent, friendly and helpful at all times. The view from our bedroom left a lot to be desired ace we were offered another room, butt suspected the view was not a lot better! The breakfast was adequate, the staff excellent.

I love that its in the core of Terrace, walking distance to downtown Terrace. Staff is super friendly and breakfast bar is amazing.

It was closer to most of the shopping area.

The wifi was not all that stable. But overall was good.

Amazing staff

The staff were just amazing and Michael was just so attentive.

The property met our needs

Cleanliness, location, staff friendliness - it was amazing

Not a thing

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast

We had a kitchenette, but no coffee pot except the nespresso

The breakfast was very nice. I appreciated that the cook was in the dining room.

The room and the facilities were pristine. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this motel….. 10/10👍

Great breakfast compared to other similar hotels.

Bathroom door.

Great staff

Not “value for money”

It was quiet, clean

We did not know what to expect for breakfast but turn out to be a amazing experience

The ice machine was so far away

The Free breakfast is amazing - GF options (eggs, hashbrowns & fruit). Free shuttle to the airport was quick and easy.

THE COMFORT OF THE ROOM/BED; HUGE BATHTUB, WAS ABLE TO HAVE A RELAXING BATH

PARKING... NOT TO MANY HANDICAP PARKING AND THE PARKING LOT IS VERY TIGHT. JUST IN THE MORNING THE CLEANING STAFF CAME KNOCKING ON THE DOOR AND TRIED TO ENTER 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT TIME. WHEN I WAS LEAVING THE ROOM, I CHECKED WITH THEM THAT CHECKOUT WAS AT 11:00 am AND I QUESTIONED WHY THEY WERE TRYING TO ENTER THE ROOM A LITTLE AFTER 10.

Stayed there before and the breakfast is why we went back. Easy check in. New restaurant in lobby

Parking maybe

The whole stay, free breakfast, the view, the comfort of the room and lots of space in the room. We had a very pleasant stay and will be back for sure!

Early checkout time 11am, wish it was pushed to 12pm.

The potatoes and poached eggs were great.

The rice and noodles were just there.

Didn't have the breakfast. staff were so friendly and helpful

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the general manager was always checking in with guests during breakfast and the front desk staff were always cheerful and got to know you. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and had plenty of outlets for charging. The hotel was incredibly clean, we even saw staff mopping the doors!

Personal taste only, but I would have liked a bathroom door that latched instead of the barn door, but that is minor in the scheme of things.

From the moment we walked into the hotel I was impressed. The facility was clean and inviting. Checkout was amazing, we were greeted with smiles and fresh baked cookies 😊. The staff, no matter what their position was, were very professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent! The kitchen staff as well, were wonderful, every morning we were greeted with smiles and conversations. The food was amazing. I’ve been to other Quality Inns and this one offered so much more variety of foods, no one should leave hungry. Every morning when we came down either for breakfast or to go out for the day, we were always greeted by Dorothy with her great smile and friendliness. Micheal made sure to always stop and have a chat when our paths crossed during the day, usually at breakfast. Angelo even helped carry our baggage to the vehicle when checking out. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay and would highly recommend anyone stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely nothing, everything was fantastic

Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast!

Nothing

The staff is friendly and the location is convenient.

After a few days the breakfast becomes quite boring. It would be nice if there would be some alternative or rotating options.

Too cold in room & no way of turning heat higher.

The room was very clean and check in was fast.

Bedroom could of been abit more comfortable.

The place and the staff made our stay very comfortable

We had trouble with the heat. Our room was quite warm

Friendly staff & helpful

Outstanding breakfast Lovely staff

the staff first informed us that they were not a pet friendly facility then after I had separate arrangements for my pet I was then later told their was no rooms available

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was superb!

Excellent breakfast starting at 6am. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Everything was perfect in here. The receipt was vey kind and thoughtful and the breakfast was good enough as well. All the amenity and the room was clean and good. It was one of the best experience during my whole trip in Canada.

Thi

Excellent customer service from the moment we checked in. Michael (manager) made a point of checking in with people at breakfast. The breakfast offered a great range and set us up for the day. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay. The customer service as soon as you walk through the door is fantastic. The manager Micheal is keen to insure that the guests are ok and enjoying their stay. The room was nice. There was a great selection for the breakfast in the morning and certainly pay sets you up for the day. Whilst we were there, there were a number of basketball teams staying which did make it a little noisy in the evenings when they returned but that just happens.

Well managed, friendly and competent staff, complementary breakfast buffet

This is an amazing food, great people and rooms!

From check in to check out our stay could not have been better. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was sufficient and had a huge array of food. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. There is a gym and laundry. We had a couple of requests and they were dealt with in minutes. The GM was friendly and he and the staff did an excellent job of making us feel at home.

Had a meeting room at the hotel; parking lot is usually full so you have to park far away

From the warm and efficient welcome on arrival to the tastefully decorated rooms and impressive free breakfast, this hotel exceeded my expectations in buckets! The attention to detail is 5 star. Nice to see management clearly engaged in day to day operations and keeping standards very high. This hotel will be my choice for future stays in Terracw.

Extremely clean and pleasant staff

Wonderful service and staff!

Staff was great including the manager lol...The hot breakfast was probably one of the best we ever had at a hotel..waffles, pancakes, eggs benny etc.. we will be back

If you love faux fireplaces featuring lots of crystals hung at eye level - boy are you in for a treat!

The room was super nice and spacious. It had a nice fireplace on the wall with multiple colour options that gave the room a nice warm feel while going to sleep. The breakfast was delicious with the option of a coffee machine that made many different types of coffees.

Staff made check in easy. Room is clean + modern. Would recommend.

Staff was friendly, the room was nice and breakfast was good.

Everything is great at the Sunshine inn Terrace, clean, quiet, good service, good breakfast!

Great room and breakfast

Great friendly staff, awesome breakfast, very clean and newly renovated facilities.

Comfortable bed, clean, quiet and excellent breakfast.

The General Manager was very friendly and asked us how our stay was going. Beds were very comfortable. Will stay there again.

The staff are amazingly helpful and make you feel welcome. We will definitely be staying here again.

I felt concerned about bug traps under the bed/headboard. Was there bedbugs in this room before?

Nice building, and good location in this little town! Airport pick up and drop off were good.

Some of the staff were nice but perhaps needed training on being professional. The cook and another staff in the breakfast area were noisy and rough! So was the dining place! The breakfast was horrible! Too pricy for the quality of service!

Good location, clean, new. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Had eggs Benedict even! The bed was comfy, and it was nice and quiet.

The parking lot is pretty cramped, and the entrance is along the skinny side which made it awkward to find.

Great hotel and great location. Dorthy at the front desk is happiest and most pleasant person in Terrace.

We loved our stay at Sunshine Suites. Everyone was friendly, informative and happy to see us! The food was excellent and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. We'll be back for sure!

Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is very good and value for money. I stay here every time in Terrace. The staff are exceptional and the hotel is very clean. The morning breakfast is one of best included breakfasts I have experienced in decades of travel including upscale chains. I do not go out for breakfast ever! The internet works well and easy to connect. The hotel is very quiet and you won’t be motivated to stay elsewhere

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Only, minor, improvement would be to fit a proper bathroom door - remove the sliding glass. Everything else was excellent.

Great Breakfast

Loved it. Great time

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Nothing

Warmest, kindest hotel welcome ever! I was greeted by name, check-in was easy, and we were offered fresh-baked cookies. I like that this hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle which operates at all hours - the shuttle picked us up at 4:00 AM for an early morning flight. Because we had scheduled the shuttle in advance, we were greeted in the early morning with hot coffee and freshly baked croissants. Fresh croissants at 4:00 AM? I've stayed at plenty of hotels in the past, that advised me that breakfast would not be available until the posted time. These kind people went out of their way to ensure we didn't leave hungry despite our early departure.

Clean room and friendly staff

Front desk very polite and helpful

Staff very good. Breakfast good. Everything well thought out, most things you might need available or provided. Great to use washing facilities and all easy. Nothing seemed a problem to these people!

Very clean. Friendly staff, in short quality.

The room is quiet and beds are comfortable. The breakfast has many choices. The manager is very friendly.

Great service!

Absolutely refreshing good service. Genuine care about your stay. All staff included in this. Fantastic experience. Thank you!

Breakfast is a step above the typical hotel fair. Really a great value. Really liked the eggs Benedict servings on the breakfast buffet. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Definitely plan on staying again the next time I’m through town for work.

Great staff! Especially Mii, Michael and Angelo!

Breakfast was excellent

Too close to down town

The facilities and staff are all great

It took a long time for the room to warm up when we turned on the heat. Otherwise, very nice.

Lovely place, great staff

The staff was very very nice and considerate. I like the rooms, very nice rooms.

I don't like the sliding bathroom door. I don't like that it's glass.

Was great as always

Spent two nights at this clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel. Staff and management extremely friendly and service oriented. Breakfast included with room. Room was comfortable with fluffy pillows and firm mattress. Will definitely rebook for future stays. Hotel accommodated request for late check out.

Friendly staff
