Construction on main Street made noise at 5am.

Abandoned shopping cart in the parking lot. Still there a day after I checked in, as well as litter. The carpet in the room was filthy. The chair had hairs from a prior guest. The curtains didn’t open properly and the desk chair was broken.

Tv viewing features had Netflix .A different change from normal hotel cable. The complimentary breakfast at WhiteSpot was Excellent. We enjoyed the way they did the potatoes and the breakfast sausages we big and delicious. Was also given a generous bowl fruit as I could have breads.

Parking was very difficult due to the small lot but was extra challenging due to the street construction. Glad we had a smaller SUV. Parking would be an issue if one had a much larger vehicle or truck. Definitely not the Hotels fault . If I had to list anything then there was no stocked coffee whitener nor stir sticks and the body wash soap container in the shower was empty. My wife didnt like that the electrical box behind the bed didnt have a cover on it and looked dangerous. We need to plug in her sleep apnea machine.

In centre of downtown

Very dirty. Carpet in room felt unclean. Mirror in bathroom dirty. Mold in the air conditioner that barely worked. Had to turn off because of the mold and noise. Window have algea and curtains broken. Could go on but no point.

Clean room, excellent mattress and good Wi-Fi. Very helpful reception staff Convenient on-premises White Spot restaurant, too. Walking distance to the best shopping area.

The street in front of the hotel is closed and under construction, making access challenging.

The whole hotel REAKED like cigarette smoke. It was actually disgusting. When I complained the staff pretty much said nothing. Not worth $245!

Good location, breakfast was included and there was a restaurant on site. The room was large. Parking out back was convenient.

Loose power outlets in bedside lamps made charging inconvenient. The property should check these and make sure they are working. There was a set of about four stairs between the elevatot and the hallway where our room was located; not a big deal for us, but could be chllenging for some people moving their luggage.

The location was close for my event I was attending. The property was great for having a restaurant attached to each as the construction messed up the street.

The location was great except there is major construction going on at the moment. This made it hard to get to the location so it would have helped to have signage to assist getting to the hotel. They need to update the television so you can cast or use streaming apps.

The room did not seem clean, the whole place gave really bad vibes.

Major street construction that limited access. Several unhoused people in the neighborhood. Less than ideal Not a great breakfast selection.

It stinks - I known which part of the world that smell comes from and it’s not pleasant.

The bed was very comfortable. It was clean and the restaurant was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there.

Very few electrical outlets. There is one in the base of the lamp but it is small and doesn’t accommodate the new phone cubes that hold the C cords. I had to plug my phone in the bathroom outlet and the outlet only works with the light on so I had to leave the light on and the bathroom door closed.

There should be a clause that after a certain hour people are not allowed to play loud base music. It’s like the walls were coming in on me!

Average room. I liked the prices advertised by booking.com and trivago. This room and location is not worth the price advertised by DAYS Inn

The television screen was cracked right across when I arrived. The male staff on duty did not seem to be too eager to replace it. Not a safe place in town lots of homeless in the immediate area. If you depart before 7am you can not get your free breakfast. So, if you are working or on a course, there is absolutely no food for you As it is in the restaurant on location. Even if it is in a restaurant, your have to check and find out what is part of your continental breakfast. As Example, scramble eggs are free and sunny side up... not. They select the portions and you get one serving and no extra.

The room was clean and everything worked, the bed was comfortable. Wifi was good and the breakfast was good too.

There was construction on the street in front of the hotel which caused issues with hotel parking (could only enter the parking lot through a back alley which was tight to navigate in a large pick-up truck. Also, their were street people milling around the one end of the parking lot - which may cause some guests to feel uneasy. It would be nice if the breakfast started earlier than 7am, as there are large scale construction projects coming to Terrace and the work crews will want to be leaving before 7am.

The breakfast is a really good value, though it can be slow to get it.

Not their fault but the road in front is ripped up so it was a challenge to figure out how to get in. Also most in am. But not their fault!

We have stayed here a few times over the years. Always happy with our rooms and staff

Blue water sushi at the end of the parking lot as well as Don Diego’s another two minute walk away. Great shopping a short walk as well. Breakfast at white spot was a huge meal and included. Bacon , toast and sausage and a mound of scrambled eggs and hash browns plus coffee. Great service- leave a tip for them. 🥰

Tv sound not working but they got a tech to come and fix it two hours later. It needed a part.

The staff were all warm and welcoming any time I saw or spoke to them. Which is rare. Considering I was traveling to attend a family funeral, it made all the difference in the world.

Too short a stay.

It was nice and clean plus quiet..great location by many stores and there is not only one but two resturaunts downstairs.

No room service(food)

Did not feel safe from other guests. Language barrier with front desk. Experienced alot of stereotyping. I stayed at this establishment through the years and had a great experience but not this time. I wouldn't stay at this establishment again. A person needs to feel safe. I definitely did not feel safe.

The breakfast as always was great. Scrambled eggs, 2 bacon or sausages and potatoes. The room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Good location.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and having a fridge in the room was perfect. The free breakfast was very good. And the fact that it was close to all amenities was perfect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and that's one thing that means a lot to me.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like about our stay.

That i didn't get a refund for the nights I did not stay there because I prepaid for my room. I didn't make the first night due to tbe ferry schedule and the lady that called said because I didn't check in on the date I picked they automatically checked me in. She said they try call but I did not receive any call until the second day. The day before the original day we were suppose to check out we got the ok to stay in the room until we had to go get the bus back to prince Rupert I was told can't get a refund because I prepaid

I booked a single room with a king bed. They refused to put me in the king bed room refused to cancel the room and put me in a double room same price. Then they demanded a $50 incidentals deposit then they refused to provide a receipt for the deposit. Then they said they can’t provide a receipt for the room that I’d have to request one for Booking. To much hassle

I loved the peaceful environment. Took a break from home to relax and we LOVED it 😁

I was asked to swipe my credit card twice and believe it was charged twice. I’m hoping they are able to resolve it and I’m not double charged for my one nights stay.
