A combinação piscina interior e exterior é excelente. O pessoal do hotel é extramente simpático. A voltar de certeza.

Hotel sensacional. O melhor hotel de Portugal! Atendimento de primeira. Quarto grande, muito silencioso e muito cheiroso. Roupas de cama e toalhas excelentes. Hotel muito bonito, bem localizado e com uma piscina e saunas incriveis.

Very nice hotel. Staff was courteous and very helpful.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this hotel’s service was so great that I have to write something this time. The staff was wonderful. Great service. Amazing breakfast and even more amazing dinner.

This hotel was amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the property was gorgeous! The rooms are clean and roomy. I loved our stay and would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful and extremely comfortable Solar hotel. Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, very friendly staff. Very nice spa with an internal and external swimming pools. Right by a beautiful river and 5 mins walk to Arcos de Valdevez. Highly recommend

Perfect. Staff was so nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved it.

Very good overall 👍

A lovely and secluded space to relax. The food options were plentiful and delicious. The pool/spa area was relaxing and the pictures on the website do not show how spacious it feels once you are there.

Staying at this hotel has turned into a nightmare. My husband and I arrived on Sunday to spend our vacation here. On Monday, when we went to the pool, we found it dirty, and the jacuzzi was very filthy. The Turkish steam room was not working. The spa and pool were one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Throughout the day, we went to the reception several times to ask when the pool and jacuzzi would be cleaned. On Tuesday, nothing had changed. We had to go to the reception three more times to get someone to come and clean. I wrote a letter to the hotel manager but never received a response. Eventually, a staff member came, skimmed the pool for 10 minutes, and left. The pool water remains murky, full of bugs, and the jacuzzi is unusable because it continues to be dirty. I will also write separately about the hotel's terrible service. It’s now the third day that I can’t use the facilities I paid for, and no one at the hotel is doing anything to resolve these basic issues.

This place was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Can't say enough good things about this resort! Where to start? Service was beyond reproach, property was spotless and and perfect in every detail. Food was great, specially breakfast! Location was close to all main attractions. Even the price was a surprise!! I'd give it 5 stars for the service!!!

This place is amazing. Ty

The place is amazing and the staff extremely attentive and courteous. Also, one of the best breakfasts we ever had. The hot water pools and spa were extremly enjoyable.

Superb service and beautiful accommodations. I would rate it a 20 if I could. Exceptional staff and the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I will definitely stay there my next visit.

Great place with a lot of effort put into the restoration - excellent food well presented and truely superior service. In addition a nice spa facility - everybody made an effort to make it a very pleasant stay. Comes with the highest recommandation

Absolutely amazing place. Everything you ever dream of- i would allways come back

Hotel fantástico com um serviço nota 10. Custo benefício muito bom . A estrutura e os serviços são maravilhosos

By far one of the best hotels I have stayed in a true 5 star, comfy and easy to navigate also staff is has such attention to details! Love this place
