Location was in a relatively quiet area. Very few noisy motor bikes through the night. Fantastic gym on premises! Private indoor parking with 24 hour attendant was excellent and always available. Definitely worth the 200 dollar upgrade to the premium suite for the week. My friend got the regular room and like I said, definitely worth the upgrade. My accommodations were spectacular.

Sheets and pillows had that left in the washer too long funk but looked clean otherwise. Worst offenders put to the side.

The location, it is walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment because we were a group of 5 people, but upon arrival they gave me a 1-bedroom apartment because the unit I reserved was supposedly not cleaned yet. For the first night, they split us into 2 separate rooms, but the air conditioning in the room they assigned to me was not working, so I had to sleep on a small couch in the living room. The next day, after many conversations and arguments with the staff, who seemed completely unaware of what was going on, they finally moved us into the apartment I originally booked. Additionally, we were staying on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of service during our entire stay. We had to use the emergency stairs every day, which appeared unsafe and dangerous .

For anyone interested or just looking into reserving a room at this location you will not be disappointed, not only from a staffing, security and cleaningness standpoint, but absolutely from management. The (CEO) Mr Alexander Maurerbauer, who I can't thank enough for his compassion and quick response in resolving my issue. You know it's a frightening thing when you are boarding your international flight to your location and you receive that text message telling you your reservation has been changed and you've been rebooked at a totally different location. Mr Maurerbauer, this gentleman met me at the resort he listened and understood my frustration and he repeatedly apologized deeply for the mix-up. This is the very reason why I've stayed at this location several times. I can't think the entire resort enough. see y'all again very soon!!

The place is new and well equipped and in a good location. Staff is nice and in general it’s very comfortable and clean.

There is no information that they will charge additionally at the end for the electricity and it’s not transparent how they measure that cost. I paid the cost of electricity for 3 days like for a month in my country. Additionally, there place where breakfast is provided is in the different location and it’s called Infinity Blue. When you go there 1st time for breakfast the staff is behaving weird, trying to sell you additional services like massage but they are very burdening. We had 3 people jumping around us and we couldn’t eat breakfast in peace. They were also asking many uncomfortable questions so I didn’t feel good there and I had to protect my boundaries. That was very uncomfortable.

I was traveling solo through DR and ended up in Sosúa. With no place booked, I searched for something last minute and came across Rizz Suites. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much because of how spontaneous it was but what a surprise this place turned out to be. The check in was smooth and easy. Even though I arrived late and looked completely exhausted, the staff greeted me nice and gave me quick tips on where to eat nearby, and had me in my room within minutes. The room itself was way beyond what I imagined: spacious, spotless, with a modern design and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had on my entire trip. The shower was huge and had strong water pressure (a small detail, but after hours on buses, it felt like heaven), and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls—rare when traveling through this part of the world. At first, I thought staying only one night would be enough, but in hindsight I wish I had stayed longer. The only “negative,” if you can even call it that, is that I had trouble finding the entrance in the dark it's a little hidden. But that turned into a positive—I ended up meeting one of the security guys outside who not only showed me the way in but also gave me recommendations for where to go and what to look out for, that guy in the night shift was a nice dude. All in all, Rizz Suites was one of those unexpected gems you stumble upon when traveling. What I thought would just be a simple overnight stop became one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommended, especially if you want comfort, safety, and a touch of home while on the road. If I come back to sosua I definitely know where to stay.

The entrance is at the Parking of the property which was a little confusing but after I found it that was actually convenient your car stays cool always.

Nice property, large rooms, nice shower! Cold air! Back out the way of all the traffic and action! They don’t clean the rooms daily and you have to pay for electricity! I would stay again.

They did not care about how inconvenient my friends and I were. The said they had no conformation for booking. Com. We were basically stranded for 1 whole day with no where to stay .

Book a superior room and got a junior instead. Only room they had left and they was like take it or leave it. No partial refund or anything.

I did not like that the fact that the cost of the electricity that was passed on to me. The electric meter should have been recorded and shared with me before I entered the room. It was not shared, and I was blindsided with the bill at the end of the stay.

We rented our room for 10 days. We purchased an upgrades room. But, when we arrived, we were given a typical room. After going to the office, we were given the room that we purchased. The bed is very large and comfortable. TV and WIFI was good. The site has a generator(It blew up once though. lol), so we were not without power during frequent brownouts that are common in DR. The breakfast is not on site. Its located across the road in the Infinity blue restaurant. The breakfast options are good enough. The restaurant is nice.

The entrance to the hotel is through the garage off a side street full of garbage. When you enter, you see half of the garage storing the gym equipment that needs to be installed in the advertised gym. It's probably been sitting there for a year. Welcome to D.R!! The actual office is located at the Infinity Blue office. The restaurant hosting the breakfast is located there also. We arrived after 6pm, so the office was closed. The security guards at the end of the garage gave us the wrong room, but at least we got one for the night. I doubt they get paid well and it shows in their general enthusiasm. No one really cares that you are staying there. It was raining a lot during the stay and the bottom floor was always wet. The generator failed once. The place is only 2 years old and it already feels like it falling apart. Everything just feels old and dilapidated. The elevator floor tile is all broken and feels like it will trap you in there at any time. Better to take the stairs, if possible. The side street where the garage entrance is located does not contain any sidewalks and the garbage for the entire complex just sits outside in barrels waiting to be picked up. The area smells bad and is unkempt and dirty. The pool area is mediocre. All the rooms are looking down on the pool. No privacy. There is a bar at the pool, but it is always closed. This whole complex is badly designed and it feels like the management either does not know what they are doing, or just don't care. Any connection to Infinity blue is only a marketing association. Don't be fooled. Our room was an upgraded room on the third floor. It had an ant infestation. They never came once to clean the room during the week we were there. The room has no broom or toilet brush. The shower has only 1 rainfall shower head and it was both defective and rusted. The bedroom has no sitting area, couch nor desk. Just a bed and TV. Crazy!! We did not pay the electricity during our stay. We just left.

Power issues room cleaned 1 time out of 10 day stay. It's not my job to chase down house keeping when they know the room is occupied.

Parking lot was full but that was due to gym equipment so that was understandable.

It was close to everything. I didn’t need to rent a car. The pool area was really beautiful and I‘m hyped for the gym being ready when i come back!!

Bring your own additional towels and make you ask to get your room cleaned daily

My experience at Rizz Suites was not satisfactory, and I have no intention of returning. Construction was still ongoing, with noisy work taking place from 9 am to 5 pm every day, except for the last day due to heavy rain. Unfortunately, as I arrived in the afternoon and the front desk staff left by 5 pm, there was little I could do until the following day. Despite my request for a refund due to the misleading information about the construction, I was denied. The room I was initially assigned had appalling conditions, with blood/vomit stains on the pillowcase, holes and stains on the blanket, and a persistent sewage smell emanating from the drains every morning around 6 am. The TV didn't work properly, and there was a loud noise coming from the refrigerator every night. Coupled with the disruptive noises at night and ongoing construction during the day, getting a decent night's sleep was nearly impossible. Although I requested housekeeping to replace my bedding, they only replaced the sheets, and the issue with the blanket remained unresolved, possibly due to a language barrier. After several attempts, I managed to communicate with the front desk on the third day and requested a room transfer since a refund was not forthcoming. Despite their efforts to address my complaints, including sending security to fix the TV, the sewage smell persisted. Although the subsequent room I was moved to was an improvement, it was too little, too late, and the construction noise continued

Everything was excellent

The property was very clean but I felt like I was being pressured to buy shares so I stayed away from having breakfast not to see anyone also I was surprised that I had to pay for electricity when leaving

I will advise you don’t drop deposit with your bank or credit card do cash and collect cash when checking out . Presently they are not responsive to series of mails or chats regarding returning my deposit of $175 since the 2nd of March. Really a bad experience as am being scammed at the moment . Pls and pls don’t deposit with cards they are not reliable and quick to respond.

They are slow in responding and my deposit not paid despite not told when checking in that Electricity will be paid.

Its a wonderful location away from the noises associated with the local area.
