El alojamiento es agradable y la piscina con los camastros es super relajante, ya no pude aprovechar el área de la terraza por cuestiones de tiempo, pero di un vistazo y se ve super relajante

El espacio de las áreas de cocina y refrigerados esta muy descuidado y se batalla un poco con el touch de la pierta principal asi como con la llave de la habitación

Hemos estado en numerosas ocasiones en Puerto Escondido y sin duda esta vez ha sido de los mejores hospedajes. La casa es perfecta, la habitacion espaciosa, la piscina un verdadero lujo y luego tiene una terraza/rooftop perfectamente equipado para ver el atardecer, las vistas de la playa son excepcionales. Excelente ubicacion, a pocos minutos de los restaurantes (un paseo muy ameno), y lo suficiente alejada como para descansar y relajarte.

Der kleine Pool mit den Liegestühlen waren eine absolute Erleichterung in der Mittagshitze. Das Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und das Bett bequem und es hatte Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Fön, Kosmetik, Handtücher für den Pool, sowie eine kleine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage war gut, in wenigen Gehminuten hat man alles erreicht und war dennoch abgeschieden vom Lärm der Bars/Restaurants.

Die Kissen waren für meinen Geschmack viel zu hoch, auf Nachfrage konnte mir damit leider nicht geholfen werden mit einem flacheren Kissen. Ansonsten hat das Badezimmer etwas nach Abfluss gerochen, daher musste die Tür stehts geschlossen sein.

Fijn hotel, erg dichtbij het strand en een gezellige ‘straat’ met veel barretjes, restaurants etc. De gratis wifi werkt altijd erg goed! Fijne douche, super confortabel bed, smart tv en airco. Super lief personeel en mooie schone kamers.

Één hele dag en middag was erg geen elektriciteit, (licht, airco, wifi etc). Er is personeel aanwezig in de ochtend om schoon te maken, maar in de loop van de dag/avond is er geen receptie of iets mocht er een probleem zijn…

The power went out for a full day/night, the accommodation did nothing about it and refused to provide alternative accommodation. They also refused a refund for the night we could not stay in the accommodation. Booking.com has tried to contact them and they won’t respond, do not book.

Rooftop kitchen and dining area was excellent place to prepare and eat breakfast or light evening meal. Would have been nice to have a microwave and a refrigerator in this location. Ground floor dining area was very good with communal refrigerator, microwave would have improved - WIFI good at both outdoor locations. Small shaded swimming pool was excellent way to end a hot day at the beach. While chemically well maintained, it could use refinishing. Wonderful Malagua coffee shop, bakery and restaurant on main street highly recommended.

El alojamiento es bonito y está bien ubicado

Durante toda la estancia, se fue a luz, en ningún momento tuvimos este servicio, las personas que estaban ahí para “auxiliar” no nos dieron ningún status de que era lo que pasaba ni se acomidieron en auxiliarnos (el airbnb era el único sin luz, toda la cuadra si contaba con luz). Un inquilino que también estaba alojado ahí nos comentó que a él le habían proporcionado el wifi del alojamiento de a lado que es del mismo grupo habitacional.

La estética del sitio.

1. No es claro cuál es la entrada. Yo llegué 11 pm y me costó trabajo encontrar la entrada y saber qué hacer para entrar a mi recámara. Las instrucciones no fueron suficientes y la primera noche que intenté salir a comprar cosas básicas no pude porque la chapa, al ser eléctrica, se le bajó la batería y me quedé encerrada. 2. Las toallas que me daban estaban manchadas 3. Aunque se supone que estaba limpio, aún encontraba arena en el piso 4. La alberca es demasiado fría, el sol no da ni a la alberca ni a los sillones 5. No siempre me cambiaban las toallas del baño o no reponían el tapete

O hotel é lindo. A cama é ótima, bastante grande e confortável. A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo e num sítio muito sossegado.

Although room was a little smelly the first day, reception took care of it and fixed it. Location is a 5min walk from the strip with restaurants, shops and beach through badly lit streets. Aa a couple we felt very safe though.

Nos encantó el alojamiento!

During my stay the electricty and water supply was out for 10 Hours or more. In the evening it still didnt work. As there is no reception nobody was there to help. On the phone they told me they will reimburse me. The only Solution the offered was to sleep in a tent and that there were no other hotels. I booked myself another hotel, and now they don’t want to refund me the Money because I didnt Call back in the evening. I have never experienced such a bad customer service. Stuff Like this can happen, but I expect someone to Show up. And also I expect my money back without having to argue

Las instalaciones del alojamiento están nuevas y bien cuidadas. La cama es cómoda, y está muy limpio. Está a 10 min andando de la calle principal de Punta Zicatela.

Aunque está a 10 min andando de la calle principal comercial de Punta Zicatela y de la playa, el camino es solitario y poco iluminado. Como mujer viajando sola, tuve la mala experiencia tanto a la ida como a la vuelta ,de noche, de encontrarme con un par de hombres que me increparon y uno llegó a seguirme un rato. Obviamente no es culpa del alojamiento, pero ese paseo de 10 min solitario hizo que cambiara de planes y decidiera no hacer la segunda noche que tenía reservada. Por otro lado, no es un hotel al uso, no tiene recepción sino que haces el check in automáticamente con un código… y no es posible dejar maletas en consigna desde que haces el check out si quieres pasar el día en la isla. Además la noche que pase allí había unos vecinos haciendo una fiesta con mucho ruido. Al no haber recepción no hay nadie que llame la atención o que controle que no haya ruidos y fiestas.

El alojamiento está muy cerca de la carretera por lo que puedes tomar transporte muy rápido. Es muy conveniente el tema del acceso al alojamiento y a la habitación. La bolsa y las toallas para salir son muy útiles!

La calle dónde está el alojamiento no está bien iluminada, ni pavimentada, y debido a que se encuentra a 15 min de la calle principal es un poco cansado salir varias veces al día.

La più anonima e insignificante esperienza in questo viagggio messicano, strutta nuova ma che dava un certo senso di abbandono. Tutto funzionante a codici , per entrare nella struttura, per entrare nella camera…contatti personali quasi zero. La stanza si trovava su un ballatoio di passaggio quindi le tende dovevano essere sempre tenute chiuse, venendo così a mancare l’unica fonte di luce naturale.

La ubicación, esta a 10 min caminando del centro, y sobre todo en la noche esta en una calle muy oscura de tierra y bastante solitario. No nos sentimos inseguros en la zona pero si le falta iluminación. El baño un poco descuidado, tenía unas filtraciones, no daba la sensación de limpieza. Lugar promedio para el precio.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We booked the two bed villa and the space was amazing. We loved the lounge net over the entrance, the free drinking water station in the open kitchen and, although we didn't use the pool area much, it was great to know it was there and was well kept and maintained. The villa was cleaned every day and the onsite staff were wonderful. The location was great, a little hard to find at first but just a short 10/15min walk to the main stretch, but away from it enough to ensure it was quiet and we got a good nights sleep.

Looks like it does in the pictures. It’s a small oasis which is close enough to the Main Street in La Punta, but still feels like you can get away from everything if you want to. We really enjoyed our stay here and the cleaning staff seemed nice as well. It is true that you don’t have any general staff walking around but on WhatsApp they respond quickly so for us this wasn’t an issue at all and even added to the tranquility and privacy. The room we booked was a bit on the smaller side so there’s not enough room for 2 full backpacks/suitcases, but this wasn’t really an issue for us. Other than that the property is clean. It’s true that the showers don’t always work properly in terms of temperature, but we’ve found this to be true in all of Oaxaca, so I am not sure we can really fault the property for that.

This is not the hotels fault, but I think it’s good to mention as it could ruin someone’s stay if they are already afraid of dogs. The area is mostly safe, but the final bit (couple hundred meters) you need to cross to get to the hotel feels a bit dodgy. The area there gets more residential and there were some nasty dogs in the streets close to the property and they attacked me and my boyfriend without provocation. We thought this was maybe only during the evening, but we also saw them attack another girl during the day who was just running past. After that we stuck to the big main roads to get to the hotel. We had a friend who stayed in a different area and this also happened to him in one of the more residential areas so it seems a thing about the La Punta area in general.

The villa was beautiful and it was very clean

Loved the architecture and the lay out. The swimming pool was great. It was a quiet place, spacious villa for four people. Loved the net at the top of the stairs to lay in.

The common room in the villa was very warm with no AC or fan. One of the showers did not work properly and we were not able to use it. The dish rag and sponge in kitchen stunk!

Property is great, very safe and comfortable!

Nothing wrong with the property but the condo itself. No air conditioning in the living room but bedrooms did have, that is why I gave it a 9 instead of a 10. Other than that, the place was awesome!

The place was really nice. The pool area is very comfortable and the great for chilling at during the day. The rooms are big and spacious, plus the beds are comfy. In general a very nice stay and the checkin process was very easy.

The location is a bit out of the way, you have to walk about 10-15 mins to the center and it is all downhill, so this means walking back is all uphill. I would recommend getting a scooter or some sort of transportation to get around.

The photos are accurate and its a pretty concrete building with lots of plants surrounding. The wifi was strong, and the shower pressure was great.

The location was a bit far from the majority of the activity or restaurants in La Punta. As a solo traveler, I had to walk about 12-15 minutes to get to any destination, and its pretty dark and empty at night. The rooms are just what they show you - and there is not much else. There is no active staff but can be reached via whatsapp or cleaning can be requested. It was pretty empty when I stayed there (just a few other guests), but they are also very strict about checkout. I had asked to work a few hours in the shared common areas after checkout before my travel, but was told no. They of course dont have to offer this, but it would have been kind. I've stayed at a few other hotels in the area that were much more generous with amenities/space (especially considering how it was pretty empty) for the same price. I realistically wouldnt stay here again because for the price you can get closer to restaurants and bars, more spacious rooms, equal wifi, and a staffed hotel/house.

The hotel is new and clean. There is AC which is good for Puerto Esc which is an extremely humid place.

No privacy. In order to have any one has to keep all blinds over the windows all the time, so no daylight and very dark experience. Also no receptionist. Very bad business model that tries to save costs on staff. There was no real person one can ask things only some WhatsApp number. My coffee machine and safe were not working and had to wait day for someone to repair. Finally location is bad in a street with a dirt-road, surrounded by not good look looking neighbouring houses. It take some time walking to the first decent cafe. Pool looked dirty. Finally there was power cut which lasted half day and when power is gone, water is also gone. In General the hotel is example of investor led urbanism. Investment in fancy facilities and no investment into things like roads, water or electricity supply. Finally there is no reception which is not told in the description. Otherwise I would never support such business. I check out after day one and had to move to some other place.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean building in a really nice location. The beds were amazing and I’d definitely stay there again anytime.

Very small thing, but I asked for a late checkout and the hotel was completely empty but they still wanted to charge me for a late checkout. It would have been nice to be offered that free if charge if no other guests are there anyway.

The blinds are not blinds, light gets tru the window really early and the sink water faucet waste a lot of water it even split all over the bathroom.

La cama no era muy cómoda, el resto del hotel es tal cual aparece en las fotos, no me gustó mucho el área donde se ubica ya que estaba muy oscura por la noche

The hotel was very pretty and clean, the pool was warm and the room was so comfortable. The plus they had with us was that one man let us park the car near the entrance.

The staff always was with a weird attitude, when we got there the keys from the room wasn’t in the box and we had to wait there until someone came… we arrived at 3:20 and got our room at 3:45… really, not cool… also when we enter to our room it was so hot I can barely breathe, it took so long to get cold… then they wanted to turn off the pool and the stairs for the rooms at 22:45 when the closing time was at 23:00 … and when we were making the check out we had a problem and we couldn’t make the check out at 12:00 on point, at 12:08 the house keeper went to hurry us and at 12:20 the owner of the hotel sent us a message to hurry things up… I know that they have schedules, but when we arrived they couldn’t care less about the hour, but when we were leaving they hurry us up… I would recommend the facilities, but not the way they made us feel and the staff.

Muy mala, no es para nada acorde al precio ni lo que anuncian en la página, no hay estacionamiento, la cama que ofrecieron y conteste era king y le dieron matrimonial, los alrededores pésimos y no tienen estacionamiento se deja el vehículo en la calle

Our stay was overall good. However, we had some issues when arriving as they wouldn't let us in to the hotel before we paid for our visit (our booking was meant to be paid in the reception and they didn't have one) meaning we couldn't access the hotel and even less the room before we paid (which we couldn't). Lots of phone calls later we were let in. From there on the place was nice and the cleaning/service staff super kind. We weren't placed in the room we booked and instead ended up on ground floor.

The location is excellent because it is away from restaurants, bars and hostels that could be noisy. It's on a street 5 min from the center. There are a couple of buildings under construction near the house but we did not hear any noise at night. I loved that the pool was cleaned often and thoroughly, it really looked clean and neat.

I wish there was a solution to the access as we were only given one pair of keys for a group of 4. Naturally, groups will divide and sometimes one person might be coming in later than others. It would be more convenient if at least the main gate was openable by a code or if the lock boxes outside the facilities were free to use throughout the stay.
