In der Nähe von der La Punta Strand. Ideal für Surfers. Die Gastangeberin ist außergewöhnlich nett. Ich habe gelesen, dass die Zimmern waren nicht hell, aber das ist falsch. Meiner war hell genug.

Vermutlich gibt es Umbau in der Nähe, weil es während der viele Lärme gab, aber das Hotel ist dafür nicht schuldig. Wegen der Hitze wäre es vielleicht besser, die Zimmer mit Klimaanlage zu erstatten. Fernsehen zu bieten wäre es vielleicht ein Vorteil.

La anfitriona es un amor, Pam, tienen flexibilidad para dejar el equipaje si necesitas luego del check out, lo que es fundamental cuando no te coinciden las horas para moverte y necesitas hacer hora. Además te recién muy bien , cualquier duda la responden en un tiempo prudente por whatsapp, etc.

La habitacion no tenia aire acondicionado pero esta acorde al precio

Las 2 noches de estancia tuvimos problemas con la luz, no tuvimos luz toda la noche y la mañana del miercoles

No tengo tema que haya animalitos en el espacio , solo que la noche que estuve , había un perrito que se la paso ladrando pegado a mi ventana ,

La hanitación es bonita

el barandal es muy peligroso estaba muy flojo, el baño estaba afuera de la habitación, la regadera esta a cielo abierto y eso hace que entren mosquitos, habia una tabla en el piso despegada que es peligrosa

El.staff es muy dispuesto y bueta onda, responden rapido y estan atentos.

A fabulous place for a smaller budget. Away from hustle and bustle but you don't need to go far for anything. Staff were great and the room was refreshed each day.

Quiet, relaxing, and clean

Spacious rooms, beautiful and chill garden and good atmosphere. The staff is super kind and helpful. Location is amazing: still close to the beach but not close to the crowded street. Really good beds and a nice outdoor kitchen.

I'd prefer darker curtains.

It was quiet and the staff was nice.

The room we stayed in had a bad woodworn problem. The fans worked but we had to prop them up with pieces of wood because the stands were broken.

The place is a bit worn out. The rooms in the photos look better than they actually are. There is no reception. You enter the property with a code which unlocks a box with a key on a chain. You can have contact with the staff through Watsapp; they will be there when you need them.

El espacio exterior, la tranquilidad y la ubicación.

La relación precio calidad. Nuestro cuarto daba a la cocina y eso lo hacía muy ruidoso. Cuando llegamos faltaban las toallas y el papel higiénico. Cuando nos trajeron finalmente las toallas estas estaban muy usadas (manchadas). No tenía agua caliente y no nos lo habían comunicado.

Bedden waren wat hard, maar ieder z’n voorkeur. De douche kon alleen koud water geven, wat ‘s middags heerlijk is maar ‘s ochtends niet zo fijn.

the apartment was not clean, moreover the pictures are not realistic. the WiFi doesn't work from the apartment.

Muy cómodo, limpio, acogedor y buena la atención. Además estaba muy cerca de sectores bohemios de puerto escondido.

Lo único que no nos gusto, fue que al parecer cortaban el agua durante la noche, y nosotras que tuvimos que dejar el alojamiento muy temprano en la mañana tipo 6 am no tuvimos agua para bañarnos, ni para tirar la cadena del wc ☹️🤣

Absolument tout était déplorable

We loved the room and the king-size bed. The staff was friendly, and the place was well located. The only small downside was that there was no hot water in the shower, but it wasn’t a big deal since it was very hot outside. As for the kitchen, it would just need a few more utensils, like one or two extra pots for cooking. We loved our stay at El Eden Escondido! Thank you for everything

great location about a 5 minute walk from the main strip and beach, staff were friendly and accommodating and kept our space very clean. comfortable bed and room had air conditioning.

there were little gaps in the ceiling so we had a lot of bugs in our room, a mosquito net for over the bed is a good idea for these rooms. noise was an issue from the surrounding hostels and hotels but an easy fix if you bring earplugs.

Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas son muy cómodas , no hay aire acondicionado pero en general la habitación es bastante fresca por lo que no tuvimos problemas con eso. Por las noches hay muy poco ruido asi que para descansar es ideal :)

El baño no cuenta con agua caliente (aunque creo que eso pasa en casi todos los hoteles) y la tapa de la coladera dentro de la regadera estaba rota por lo cual era dificil pisar ya que estaba justo en medio y al ser la tapa metalica si corta , eso deben cambiarlo. Por otro lado para llegar al hotel debes subir una pendiente bastante empinada por lo que si traen maletas grandes o tienen dificultad para caminar , no lo recomiendo.

Habitación con muy buenas vistas, cama grande y cómoda y aire acondicionado. Buena ubicación.

Nos dieron una habitación que no era la de las fotos. Tanto la ducha como el baño estaban a fuera de la habitación, teniendo que pasar por delante de la habitación de al lado para acceder al baño y la ducha. Además, el baño es compartido. No se especificaba en ningún sitio que el baño era compartido o que no estaba dentro de la habitación. Por otro lado, las pareces son tan finas que es como si no estuvieran. Se escucha absolutamente TODO y no pudimos descansar bien porque los de la habitación de al lado volvieron de fiesta y estuvieron haciendo mucho ruido. Por último, no solo se escucha todo, sino que también se huele todo. Se pusieron a fumar marihuana a las 6am en la habitación de al lado, y olía toda nuestra habitación a maría..... además del ruido que hacían. NO REPETIRÍA EN ESTE HOTEL.

WORST STAY EVER! FRAUDE ALERT! We booked the hotel through Booking and the pictures they show has nothing to do with the reality, first strike. I asked them in advance to add a bed because we had another person added to the reservation and they didn’t do it, so we had one person sleeping on the floor because of that. First night we didn’t had water in the toilet, showers, no drinking water and no light in the rooms, so no fan available. If you use the toilet, you cannot flush the water. With the heat, the smell was disgusting. We understood than contingencies can happen, so we went to the beach hopping that when we come back it was going to be everything settle. 5 hours later, it wasn’t. We have a baby and we had to sleep with sand in our body and with no light. We complained and they fixed it. When we arrive to the hotel the second night, same story all over again. We call the hotel administrator, we wrote them through WhatsApp and they ignored us. Third night exactly the same and we were fed about it. And they ignored us as well. Three days without proper bathing, no good conditions and we were paying to have this basic conditions. When they finally took our call we explained everything and we asked them for to give us back our money, because we weren’t able to spend one more day there without proper conditions, conditions that are basic and supposed to be covered because you as a client are paying for it. Please don’t spend your money here and don’t lose your valuable holiday time.

La segunda vez que me hospedo en este excelente lugar Muy cómoda y tranquila Es un lugar seguro y muy bonito

el lugar es agradable pero definitivamente para el precio si hay lugares mucho mejores y justo vimos cerca de la playa y con aire acondicionado

I ragazzi che gestiscono sono gentilissimi e la vista dalla stanza era molto bella!

En los cuartos había cucarachas y no obstante en las camas había chinches.

Wir blieben zwei Tage. Zunächst war alles okay einfach aber akzeptabel, Lage in einer unasphaltierten Seitenstraße mit schönem Garten, Es gab kein warmes Wasser, aber das ist bei +30 Grad zu verschmerzen.

Vor allem in der ersten Nacht hat die benachbarte Diskothek richtig Gas gegeben. Leider fiel dann am zweiten Tag die Wasserversorgung komplett aus, wir waren froh abzureisen..

No host or reception. I had to do my best to find the keyes to open the doors: one separate key lock for the front door, one for the bedroom and one for the shower. Toilet and shower on the hallway. Very basic interior, No chair not table, No mirror.. And mosquito’s and ante in the room. And silverfish and poops of ?? On my bed.

The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and the interior design makes it look very calming. I love the earthy tones and simple look. The staff is also friendly and chill and we had a great stay.

The only downside is that the wifi is a bit weak at times, but it seems to be a common thing here in Mexico

Los mosquitero no impiden el paso de otrso incectos (cucarachas, hormigas rojas) y lagartijas, solo tiene ventiladores que no son suficientes para em calor (recomendación aire acondicionado/clima)

The Location was good as it was close to the beach and main street but far ebough to avoid the noise from party hostels and night life.

there was very little water (shower had no pressure and there was no hot water, sometimes not enough water to flush toilet). internet connection was very unstable no air conditioning (although provided fan helped a lot) provided towels were old and a bit smelly

A pesar de que no pudimos gozar de la estadia por circunstancias ajenas a ellos, siempre nos atendieron bien, nos apoyaron en todo momento para resolver nuestro problema, ampliamente recomendado. Espero hospedarme proximamente con ellos.

Si tienen la oportunidad de ir desaprovechenla, no cuentan con aire acondicionado y se siente un sofoco adentro horrible, no cuentan con agua caliente, el baño tiene las ventanas al aire libre y por ahí entra mucho calor, en la madrugada me cortaron el agua y el wifi, nada confortable, HUYAN

This property was nice, correct to what was described and good value for money. Check in was very easy and it was a good location for getting into town

The communal space was right outside our window (net) which meant that it was very loud and there was 0 privacy, we could not change in the room as the curtains did not close fully.

The setting with all the green around is relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with big terrace adjacent. Community kitchen with basic amenities.

The showers, we knew there is no hot water but the pressure of the water and the condition of the showers/ bathrooms could be improved. You have to shower for a fairly long time to get any sand off yourself and I didn’t even attempt to wash my hair because of the pressure.

The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was very basic and could need an upgrade. No hot water. The key was stored in a locker outside but the code changed and I couldn't get in anymore. They helped me through whatsapp which was fine, but I didn't see anyone around.

La verdad no lo recomiendo mi experiencia fue mala, desde el cobro. Reservé la habitación para pagar en el establecimiento, un mes antes me estaban buscando para que les pagara el total de la habitación según por la temporada que era alta, yo viaje en diciembre. Querían que les hiciera una transferencia a cuentas personales a lo que me negué y les dije que me generaran un link de pago y accedí a pagarles la mitad. Ya el día de llegada de mi estancia, mientras yo iba en camino, me decían que no me podían dar el acceso a la habitación si yo no pagaba el total de la habitación, a lo que me querían cobrar de más, casi 300 pesos más, luego les pedí un link de pago y me querían cobrar una comisión del 5%. Al final hablé con otra persona y le expliqué mi monto total a pagar, lo que había pagado y que no entendía por qué me iban a cobrar más, a lo que ella hizo la revisión y me generaron una liga sin comisión y por el total restante. En resumen: NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO. Su estacionamiento es en la calle de terracería llena de piedras y ramas, las almohadas olían a sudor y las fundas blancas estaban amarillas, nunca interactúe con nadie de recepción, las llaves son por códigos, las ventanas son mallas mosquiteras sin vidrios, en la regadera no hay ventana y todo se ve de la calle, no hay agua caliente y la presión del agua es ridicula. El internet es malísimo. Hay mejores opciones por los mismos precios.

This place is a paradise! Perfect location, nice big beds with two powerful fans in the bedroom, staff are friendly and property feels very secure

We booked two rooms - one on the ground floor with two beds, which had air conditioning, and one upstairs with a huge bed but no aircon. The staff were responsive. The kitchen had drinking water, a shared fridge and cooking facilities.

The bathroom - cold showers with barely any water pressure, no hand towel. No aircon in the king room, only a noisy fan.
