Reviewed Dec 23, 2024The location and view was great. However the staff in cafe, housekeeping,etc lacked understanding probably from poor training. The check in experience was horrible as we were assigned room which had not been cleaned yet and had no windows. Aanchal at front desk checked us in and was not apologetic and blank faced. Aakshi and Jiya at front desk finally corrected the situation. Will not stay here again.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2024Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language. The guys were on it and friendly so made up for it. Overall the food is really good but not a place I looked forward to going for breakfast.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2024Wi-Fi stopped working in between I was watching TV and we not informed that the Room Key Cover bears the Wi-Fi Password, so could not watch TV in the evening or even in the morning. Desk Staff must update such details while handing over the Room Key.
To climb the staircase on the top floor for having morning breakfast.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2023The hotel Lords inn in Rajkot stated that they had received no reservation on my name from Booking. Com. As a result I was given no room and I had to search for a room in another hotel. Even when I showed them the confirmation paper from Booking. Com they said it was a mistake made by booking. Com. I urge Booking.com . to take up this matter urgently with the hotel. I should be compensated for the harassment, and the immense difficulty I faced looking for another place. All hotels were full in the city of Rajkot. I found a place in a hotel 50 km away. Please reply to my concern and to this complaint of mine. This matter should be taken up with the hotel.

Housekeeping department is missing. Room, bed, bathroom - nothing was clean. It took us 30 minutes to get someone to change the bedsheets etc. There were hair on the bed. The floor wasn't mopped, the drawers weren't cleaned of the waste left by the earlier guests. What more, overall not a good experience.
