The staff was very professional and helpful. The staff was punctual and polite.

There is nothing to dislike for this location plus amazing team lead by Mr.Sanjay at the reception. They hear you, accomodate your need, send everything you need for your comfort stay within seconds, if you are totally new to the city like me ; they even help you with itineiry. For this management; Clock don’t matter. You call anytime and help arrives. I am beyond thankful and happy for everything this Rajkot Lemon tree team has provided during my stay. Just Call Mr. Sanjay prior booking if any questions, he will arrnage it all for you. Hotel staff is super curtious. Mr. Pritam, Mr.Ankit, Mr.Wang are man of the action. You ask and they provide instantly. And off course; the very sweet lady Ms.Anita…She take her role with so much grace and passion. She even accomodate you all the way to elevators and Room. Location excellent, cleanliness at peak and tasty food! Ms. Diwa is super curtious…and Mr.Rohit will always welcome ou with Great smile…!!

The stay was excellent and hospitality was awesome, the receptionist Mr. Sanjay have assisted as in the entire stay. And helped us with the transport and local helps.

The room was clean and neat, the beds were super comfortable.

The staff wasn't supportive, we asked for getting the luggage down from our room, no one turned up I waited for 15 mins after when I came down, the guy to pick up the luggage showed up. Also, the manager out there was saying no, to everything that was being asked, when we checked-in and we asked for some help from one of the ladies to help drape the saree, and the manager was like no we won't be able to manage that, however the next day morning the other manager helped us with that request, the point is not about the help but the way he said no, he sounded rude. Anyways, my overall stay was good!!!

Stay was excellent and the service was great and the staff are very friendly and the person at the reception sanjay was very nice to me and helped me with the room booking and documentation and he upgraded my room free of cost

I booked and stayed on April 11th. At the check-in at 5:00 pm the front desk manager told me that a late checkout was possible till 3:00-4:00 pm on the next day. I called from my room at about 9:30 pm to confirm the late checkout and was told that it was only possible till 1:00 pm the next day. The night duty manager said he had checked with the earlier on duty colleague and then said “no one told you that you can checkout at 4:00”. I was taken aback by this accusation, and no matter how much I clarified I was told that I had heard wrong. As a result I had to change my flight and my whole programme of work and travel and was put through much inconvenience. I had to checkout at 7:30 am because of the altered flight schedule and even told the morning front desk manager about this issue. One can understand communication error or trainees not knowing the rules, but an apology would have been better than accusing the customer of lying. Extremely disappointed.

There were lot of noise from outside. It would have been better if they put sound proof glasses. Also the food spread in the breakfast was quite average.

Morning breakfast can be slow when there is a big corporate team around for breakfast. The regular paying guests needs are neglected due to the pressure of serving corp team

Staff behaviour is one of the best I have experienced.

The rooms weren't as clean and as updated as expected. The breakfast and food was okay this time. From my previous stay it has reduced in its quality and taste a little. But it's still better than many outside restaurants.

Reception staff need training in how to welcome guests. A smile alone goes a long way and doesn’t cost anything!! The chef needs to learn how to cater to different guests. Everyone is not able to eat ultra spicey food. This is not asking too much is it?

Noisy, rooms on lower floors facing road are not very comfortable. The restaurant at sixth floor play live band and it’s noisy for guests below.
