Magnifique architecture et chambre globalement confortable.

Une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain ne m’a pas permit de profiter entièrement de l’expérience. Je ne suis rester qu’une seule nuit donc ça n’était pas si grave mais elle aurait dû être vérifiée avant.

Perfect position in the Medina, amazing breakfast with a view over the whole Tunis. Kind staff and a crazy attention to details. Really a perfect place for a luxurious experience.

Dar Dorra is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the Medina. The room was clean, beautiful and provided many extras (eg. slippers, loufa for the scrub, etc). I have tried the Spa and booked the Bien-etre package, which included the scrub and a massage, and I especially loved the scrub. I would recommend booking the Spa the week before your arrival, as spots are limited.

I'm sharing this detail as an improvement opportunity, although it does not depend directly on Dar Dorra: in the alleys next to the hotel there were many cats that were sick and needed medical care. I would really appreciate if you could help in taking care of the local cats

Struttura meravigliosa, pulita e confortevole, ricavata da una tipica villa tunisina nella Medina. La stanza è accogliente e intima, curata nei minimi dettagli; il bagno ampio e funzionale. Colazione abbastanza essenziale, ma buona. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo fatto l’hammam gratuito, e anche un trattamento scrub a pagamento alla spa dell’associato Dar El Jeld, con cui la struttura è comunicante. Bellissima la vista serale di cui si gode dal ristorante sul rooftop, nel quale abbiamo cenato (cena nell’insieme buona, ma niente di che). Consiglio questa struttura a chi desidera vivere un’esperienza più intima e autentica, rispetto ad un soggiorno nelle anonime grandi catene di hotel della città nuova.

A wonderful, traditional hotel. So beautiful, comfortable, clean - you can take pictures of every corner. Rooms are comfortable, has everything you need, they even brought us fruit and little chocolates. We absolutely loved this hotel.

L'accueil de la réceptionniste, quasi aucune information et visite, le minimum syndical prise des passeports et accompagnement à la chambre, j'ai du demandé le code WiFi à 1 bagagiste. Même pas de l'eau proposée alors que nous sommes arrivés à 14h et il faisait 41 degrés c'est vraiment dommage.

Musique à volume très élevé sur le rooftop lors d’une soirée privée organisée par l’hôtel, jusqu’à 00h50 le samedi soir. J’ai appelé la réception à deux reprises ; le personnel d’accueil s’est montré courtois, compréhensif et s’est excusé pour la gêne occasionnée. Cependant, cela n’a en rien atténué le fort désagrément subi. La moindre des choses serait de mentionner clairement ce type d’événement dans la présentation de l’établissement et d’en informer les clients avant leur arrivée. Cela permettrait à chacun de réserver en toute connaissance de cause. J’ai également été très déçue par le manque de flexibilité de la direction, et plus particulièrement de la responsable commerciale. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles bénéficiant de bons avis, je m’attendais à davantage de considération lorsqu’un client expose une contrainte légitime qu’il est en mesure de justifier. Malheureusement, j’ai eu affaire à une interlocutrice faisant preuve de peu d’écoute et d’empathie. Cette même commerciale est venue à ma rencontre lors du check-out, après que j’ai signalé le désagrément de la veille, pour m’offrir un cadeau afin de préserver une bonne image de l’établissement. Malheureusement, l’image de l’hôtel avait déjà été entachée avant même mon arrivée …Je transmettrai les détails de cette expérience particulièrement décevante directement à Booking.

La connexion wi-fi était assez inégale selon les endroits dans l'hôtel (ex. Rooftop), mais super dans ma chambre et son patio au moins. Avec la gentillesse du personnel, j'ai pu finalement réussir à me débrouiller pour réussir à travailler partout! :-))

La difficulté d'accès au lieu pour être déposée avec les bagages à mon arrivée à l'hôtel. La rareté des prises de branchement électriques pour les appareils de connexion comme l'ordinateur portable, le smartphone ou la montre connectée (aucunes prises USB et USB C dans les chambres).

Endroit magnifique, personnel accueillant, chambre propre et très agréable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Petit bémol concernant le massage : l’expérience était un peu en dessous de nos attentes, moins professionnelle et relaxante que prévu. Cela n’enlève rien à la qualité globale de l’établissement.

Très bon établissement : propre, petites attentions déposées dans la chambre, personnel discret et souriant, sécurité, la piscine et l’espace bien être pour se détendre, la vue depuis le rooftop, proximité du souk.

Dar Dorra fa parte dell'elegante complesso Dar El Jeld, hotel cinque stelle con SPA e ristoranti (internazionale sul tetto e tunisino al piano terra), boutique di prodotti artigianali (di lusso e qualità) del Fondouk el Attarine. Il complesso è interamente ristrutturato, le camere sono insonorizzate e silenziosissime. La colazione è servita sul terrazzo, al chiuso e all'aperto. Panorama su tutta la Medina. Ottimo servizio e colazione di qualità. Piscina sul tetto. Al piano terra numerosi spazi e salottini per rilassarsi.

Impossibile trovare qualcosa che non ci è piaciuto.

I stayed at the Dar Dorra which is the poor cousin of Dar El Jeld - they are connected. They are both beautiful hotels in a great location on the edge of the médina. Numerous wonderful restaurants nearby.

Driving through the old town is a nightmare to be avoided at all costs and I'm someone who drives in central Rome frequently. Also parking is a bit of a miss initially but once you discover where and how it's quite easy.

部屋はとても可愛らしく、暖かくお湯もたっぷで、フルーツとチョコレートが毎日届きます。 ステキなセルフカフェでは好きな時にくつろげました。 ハマムは無料なので大したことないかと思いきや、とんでもない！個室でゆっくり入れますし、シャワーやドリンク、フルーツの用意まで備わっていました。 スタッフも優しくて親切で、至れり尽せりの静かで便利な快適な滞在でした。

実はハマムに行っている間にとても残念なことがありました。 無防備に財布を出しっぱなしにしたこちらも悪いのですが、戻ったら少額ですが、抜かれていました。 フルーツとチョコレートが届いていたので、鍵を開けてスタッフが出入りしたのですが、特定もできません。 たとえ鍵をかけていても、貴重品はきちんと管理すべきだったと後悔しています。

The location and hotel style ,it is clean and staff so cooperative .

During my visit to the underground floor, I noticed the presence of small insects and cockroaches in the washroom. Additionally, I find the glass door and wall of the bathroom to be less preferable. Lastly, the water temperature during the shower was not warm.

The intriguing design of the hotel and furniture. Excellent combination between Arabic / Islamic and modern design. Very cozy environment.

the breakfast was ok...it had what I wanted, the staff was exceptionally warm and friendly which is a great customer experience, the venue of the restaurant is Amazing and romatic.

there isn't anything to complain about, maybe the bed was a bit to soft for my liking, but that's just a personal preference.

Très bel hôtel au coeur de la medina de Tunis. Très belle déco. Toît terrasse avec possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en extérieur. Très bon petit déjeuner. Une excellente base pour découvrir la medina. Le restaurant Dar El Jeld, appartenant au même groupe, à trente metres dans la rue est exceptionnel.

Attention car le périmètre n'est pas accessible aux taxis qui ne sont pas appelés par l'hôtel, car c'est proche de la zone du palais du gouvernement. Donc si vous arrivez de nuit avec un taxi de l'aéroport, il devra vous laisser place de la Kasbah, ce n'est pas loin mais il vaut mieux repérer le plan avant. Je ne l'avais pas fait et mon avion étant en retard, je suis arrivé tard, j'ai demandé mon chemin à un policer qui a eu la gentillesse de m'accompagner une bonne partie du chemin...

We loved everything about this hotel! The smell of orange flowers is everywhere! The reception stuff is supportive and informative. The cleaning lady was extremely efficient and super nice, she left us some chocolates in the evening and it was a lovely surprise for us.. The location is excellent and couldn't be better. Breakfast has plenty of options, and the stuff is very keen to explain every dish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is in the middle of Medina, with a very nice rooftop. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the room is nice and clean. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant staff are helpful. They also serve fruits, dates, and chocolate every evening.

The first impression of the hotel was terrible. First, the hotel is very difficult to find in the middle of Medina. Taxi do not go inside the Medina. I walked around in circles for a long time to find the hotel. They did not offer pick up or give instructions how to find the hotel. Then the check in experience was not pleasant. They could not check me in at 2:00 pm, the hotel regular check in time! They said the room is not ready. As far as I can tell, the hotel is not full either. I travelled to 160 countries, and have never run into a hotel that can not check me in at the regular time! At first, they offered me a drink to wait. I have very short time in Tunis, and was eager to look around. Finally, they offered me complimentary lunch at the rooftop restaurant. That was a nice gesture. And at 2:50 pm, the room was finally ready. I would not recommend this hotel, given its hard-to-find location and the unhelpful reception staff.

Très bel édifice avec un toit terrasse remarquable. La situation quasi dans la médina est top de top. Le parking peut être un problème, mais il faut aller au parking de la Kasbah juste à côté (souterrain et payant)

Absolutely fantastic! Staff were amazing and very helpful. Great bed, water pressure (just takes a few minutes to get the water super hot, turn it on 3-5 minutes before you get in) location is perfect. Breakfast and morning staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond. Housekeeping was also lovely and very friendly. I’d definitely stay here again. I was in room #3

A unique place with a unique atmosphere short distance from the heart of the medina. A wonderful terrace with beautiful view, a nice pool (cold water), where everyone can find a spot to relax. Beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and quiet room. Very good restaurant with all kind of drinks. If you are looking for a relaxing break after exploring the city in comfortable conditions, this is the place for you.

Hyggeligt ophold centralt i den gamle bydel (medina), som gør det til et perfekt udgangspunkt at udforske byen fra. Morgenmaden var okay - bestil æg som du kan lide dem tilberedt. Personalet meget søde og serviceminded.

Dar Dorra was a fantastic experience. Room was perfect - nice size and most facilities you would expect in larger hotel chains. Breakfast buffet was great but was same everyday but there was enough variety to not get bored. Location was perfect for the bazaar and for sightseeing. Complimentary fruit and chocolate every night which was very nice. The property is well maintained and very beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you want to stay in the Medina this is the go to place you won't be disappointed.

メディナが徒歩圏で行けて便利な場所にあるが、このホテルの近辺は景観も良く清潔に掃除されている（チュニスではこの点がかなり重要）ホテルの屋上は眺めが良く、部屋もかわいい。眺めのいい屋上で食べる朝食も美味しかった。ホテルの人もフレンドリーで、とてもコスパの良いホテルでした。

This is a gorgeous property. We absolutely loved it and immediately wished we had stayed longer. It was right next to the Medina, breakfast was provided on the rooftop, has free access to the pool

Instalações modernas e confortáveis, um café da manhã esplêndido no rooftop. O restaurante do hotel também é muito bom e bastante procurado. A localização, apesar de ser dentro da Medina de Tunis, permitia um acesso bem próximo de carro.

A água para o banho demorava um pouco para esquentar, mas nada que incomodasse muito. Nem chegamos a reclamar.

El personal de recepción es un desastre. Lo calificaría de incompetentes. Evidentemente, una zona muy visitada por españoles. Un Hotel de estas características debiera tener personal de habla española. El principal problema que me he encontrado en este establecimiento es que se equivocaron y las tres primeras noches dormí en una habitación más pequeña de la que había pagado. Hasta este momento sigo sin recibir el abono correspondiente. He pedido factura de empresa cinco veces y en el último momento me entregan la factura a mi nombre cuando en realidad la había pedido reiteradas veces y en moneda euro. Las señoritas que atienden la recepción de este Hotel, más vale que la sustituyeran a todas.
