The garden hotel

The staff was so kind and accommodating, especially Mr. Choi! They made sure we had everything we needed and we felt very safe and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, being near both major palaces.

The hot water dispenser in our room wasn't working, but there was one in the common area that we used instead. Other than that, we didn't have any other issues.

This was great value for money and the staff were fantastic. Choi, the receptionist was very helpful!

Location is excellent. Rooms are clean, have good air-conditioning and excellent wi-fi. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staffs were kind and friendly even all the time.

Nothing.

La gentilezza dei ragazzi

I liked the friendliness of the staff as well as the rooms

Sometimes the toilet made a persistent sound, but after a few minutes it was okay!

The bed.

The drain smelt of sewerage and kept wafting into the room. The aircon made a horrendous car motor sound every hour or so and died. Asked the staff to move us, they couldnt because they were fully booked. They put a plastic bag with water in it over the drain which meant our shower never drained. Thank God it was only for one night. We had to just deal with a broken aircon. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The staff was very accommodating and kind plus they gave us a late checkout which really helped

Everything is perfect including the hospitality and the kindness of the man who’s in reception

Reception staff were extremely friendly, and the check in process was fast! The beds were very comfortable.

There was a strange sound in the early hours sometimes due to the plumbing system, but it didn't ruin my stay

Everything was very good room was clean

Localização. Funcionário da recepção muito prestável.

Espaço pequeno com pouca luz

Staff molto accogliente e disponibile.

Convenient Quiet Comfortable Modern Staff contact reliable

Vị trí rất tốt, rất phù hợp những người muốn khám phá ẩm thực

We had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated close to a vibrant area full of great restaurants, cozy cafes, and charming boutique shops, making it super convenient to explore and do some shopping. What made our stay truly unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. A special thanks to the team at the front desk, and especially to Choi: he was extremely kind, empathetic, and always greeted us with a warm smile. He went above and beyond for us, even taking the time to personally walk us to the airport shuttle bus stop to make sure we got off smoothly. His excellent English made communication seamless and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we will definitely return on our next trip to Seoul. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly especially Mr Choi very helpful, professional, and always willing to help. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated their kindness and assistance. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Staff was really kind

The super accomodating and relational staff and the prime location!

Excelente hotel.

The location is amazing and we are welcomed by the host.

The hotel was absolutely an amazing experience especially the staff and front desk were exceptionally always welcoming and knid. In fact I had stayed a few days last year too. They treated their guests with such a pleasure. The hotel location itself is another level of it. Its so perfect for coming from Airport or shopping or eating.

The noise at night from Air-conditioning which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep, but it was good value for money other than that everything was perfect and superb.

Had an amazing stay at the hotels. Everything was 10/10. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to Mr. Choi at the reception, he was absolutely helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable after a long flight. Location, 100/10. Close to many attractions in Seoul, literally Changdeokgung Palace. Would 100% recommend for anyone's stay in Seoul.

Manager was exceptionally helpful and ensured our needs were met during the stay!

Location was great

Very small towels

Best value for the price. Location is a bit hard to find at first but there nice restaurants around the place. Train is about 10 mins walks and there plenty of bbq near the train station.

Toilet a bit small. Room is small for family of 4 but no complaint for the price

Very clean , nice location
