К сожалению, проживание в отеле оставило неприятное впечатление по нескольким причинам. После уборки номера я нашла свои очки сломанными. Особенно неприятно, что сотрудники клининга ничего нам об этом не сообщили, а персонал отеля никак нормально не отреагировал на произошедшее. Розетки очень плохие — вилки из них буквально выпадают, пользоваться ими неудобно. На дверях много чёрных полос и следов, которые явно стоит отмыть, на стенах в номере также есть заметные загрязнения и потёртости. Очень много шума с улицы

Sehr moderne Ausstattung, das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Möglichkeit Wäsche waschen und trocknen zu können hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch direkt an der U-Bahnhaltestelle der Linie 5 gelegen. Fussläufig gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel liegt in einer belebten Gegend, was wir toll fanden. Die Dachterasse ist auch schön mit toller Aussicht. Das Zimmer war super sauber und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Het appartement is top gelegen, je zit op korte loopafstand van alles in het centrum. Het is er super schoon en er is een rooftop bar.

Het ligt helaas wel aan een drukke weg waar de hele nacht muziek wordt gedraaid. Ik had helaas pech dat mijn kamer ook echt aan die kant was gelegen.

The hotel is perfectly located walking distance to touristy places as well as different means of transport. Great access from airport as well. The room was immaculate everyday! Shoutout to the staff for making the place a great one to come back to after a long day of walking.

Excellent location. We could walk to a lot of places. The area is really good. Nice outdoor area on the roof. Clean. The staff was mostly polite and service minded.

It is a bit worn down. The facilities with a play room seem to have children more as a target group than boomers. Small room.

Komfortables Zimmer, Bett bequem, Bad gute Größe. Coole Dachterrasse, netter Staff. Leckerer Kaffee beim Frühstück. Einzig: Beim Frühstück sehr wenig vegetarisch/vegan (Teigtaschen mit Schwein, Tacos mit Schwein usw) und vieles (Z. B. Eggroll, Rührei, Kimchi-Pfannkuchen) kalt.

Vieles kalt beim Frühstücksbuffet. Vegetarisch/vegan wenig Auswahl.

Excellent location and staff were extremely helpful with an issue we had in our room.

I could hear people around so not 100% sound proof and the aircon switching on and off all the time was annoying.

Locatie is perfect in Insadong. Metro voor de deur dus je kunt alle kanten uit. Veel reuring in de buurt maar geen last van gehad. Heerlijke douche en prima enorm groot bed. We hadden geen ontbijt en hebben dat gebruikt in de diverse koffiezaakjes in de directe omgeving.

Alles was prima niks op aan te merken.

The hotel was perfectly located in a lively area while still remaining quiet at night to get a good nights sleep. I found my room well set up with everything that I needed. It felt very clean and comfortable and in walking distance to many sight seeing areas.

I liked everything about Moxy :-)

The wifi seemed a little slow on the first day, temperamental. Can be a wait sometimes for the lifts. It was my fault but for the price I thought (was sure) I had booked the breakfasts.

Amazing stay, super clean, good location, comfortable beds and pillows. Really worth staying! And also good size rooms and nice bathroom.

L'emplacement par contre il y a 15 sorties a la station de métro privilégié la sortie 3 ou 5 pour etre près de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, on a un cocktail de bienvenue, les chambres sont bien faites et les pantoufles sont changés tous les jours, a disposition a la salle du petit déjeuner du thé et café 24h/24. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est copieux et bien diversifié. A disposition également t des bouteilles d'eau tous les jours dans la chambre. Insadong est pratiquement t prêt de tous, beaucoup de restaurant et de commerces

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Insadong, direkt an einer abends belebten Straße, die aber nicht zu hören ist. Man kommt aus dem Eingang und kann direkt in die U-Bahn steigen. Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt und es ist sehr sauber.

Location was perfect. The room has many smart features for better organizing your stuff. Very pratcial set-up.

The shower space was clogged and not very clean. The toilet dirty and smelly too. The check-in and check-out on the 16th floor are not very practical.

Fantastic location - seconds from metro. Loved the food market opposite. Roof top bar - much better in real life than photos suggest. Very friendly staff.

Room on the small side but fine for 3 of us including all our baggage.

Todo! Comodidad de la habitación, amabilidad del personal, desde el personal de recepción hasta el de limpieza! Situación inmejorable en Seoul: saliendo del hotel tienes una estación de metro y muchísimos sitios en los que comer o comprar comida. Y si quieres caminar, puedes llegar a los mejores puntos de interés de la ciudad: museos, templos, etc.

Posizione eccellente, attaccata alla fermata della metro (soprattutto se si arriva a Seoul da Gimpo si può arrivare comodamente con la metro senza fare cambi). Staff disponibile, colazione ottima e ricca (anche se un po' costosa, ma ne vale la pena). Il quartiere è ricco di vita, sia per quanto riguarda negozi, che locali e bar. Buono il locale lavanderia e il box per i bagagli.

It is hard to find a really spacious hotel room in Seoul with a city view, a big, comfy bed with multiple pillows, a clean bathroom with a separate shower and toilet, and big, fluffy bathrobes, all within a reasonable budget. Moxy Seoul Insadong has all those qualities and more! The location is the best, as it was right in front of the subway and Ikseon-dong Hanok Village. Anguk and Insadong were just a few steps away. Staying there during Seoul's August heat wave was the best choice. We kept coming back to our hotel room to cool off. The rooms are soundproof. You cannot even hear doors opening or people passing by in the hallway. I now measure all Seoul hotels by Moxy standards.

A stylish little hotel in a cool location steps from lots of restaurants and shops. Close to the Metro stations and within walking distance from many attractions.

We liked it so much we came back again! We had stayed here for 7 nights at the start of our South Korea trip. We needed to book somewhere for the remaining two nights of our trip after travelling around SK; there was no doubt in our mind to come back to Moxy! The room was really well appointed. The beds were really comfortable and we slept really well here. The room wasn't overly spacious, but it was cleverly appointed with enough space for everything considering we stayed a week and had two large suitcases with us. The bathroom was really good with a bidet toilet and very large shower. What we particularly loved was the location opposite Ikseondong Culture Village. It was fabulous to be able to wander around the shops, restaurants and cafes situated in these little lanes. We had our breakfast most mornings at Onjisim which I highly recommend. In the evenings the street comes to life with the street lined with food vendors who had set up outside dining spaces. Despite what was going on outside of the hotel we did not hear this at all and it did not disturb our sleep. We were easily able to walk to local attractions such as the palaces, Tapgol park etc, - however, the subway was directly outside of the hotel which made the city really accessible and easy. We did use the airport limousine bus service which costs 17,000 won. This was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff can speak really good English if this is required. Laundry facilities was great to have which we did use. A small fee of 4,000 won was required each cycle. Overall, a fabulous stay.

Moxy Insadong is a great location with subway entrance directly in front of building, especially critical during summer when there is a heat wave. Rooms are typical size for Korea which is enough and most importantly clean. What we enjoyed were the relaxing atmosphere and great food served for breakfast ŵhich was a great addition to start the day. Our chefs Lee Sung Je and Lee Su Jae were fantastic in making breakfast each day. Soul food, well prepared and clean continental breakfast. Huge thanks for making our trip memorably FULL. :)

We have selected this place because of Bonvoy status.The app give us a great price + i have had a consistent positive experience with Moxy in other geographies. usually great value for money and great vibe. This place didn’t disappoint. Can’t call our room spacious, however it was ok for two adults and 11 yo kid. Functional bath/sink/toilet area in the room. We stayed 6 nights but never asked for cleaning. Cleaning ladies were ready to help, however, it was enough to take garbage and change towels. The room was clean. Never tried breakfast. Check in area is on 16th floor. Reception english capability is just enough to communicate. The ground floor has a playing area with table soccer and air hockey. Really enjoyed few times with my daughter. The `Insadong is vibrant at night. A lot of people and a lot of choices to eat. There are few convenience stores nearby where you can find everything you need. Good place to to stay at Seoul at reasonable price.

The hotel is supposed to cater to younger people but our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in the spacious family room. Check-in is on the 16th floor, there is a bar there and seems a little overwhelming after arriving tired from a flight. Our room on the 14th floor had one queen size bed and 2 single beds, there was a hallway where we left shoes and some luggage, a living room with sofa and a chair, a counter with pot, sink, mini fridge with water bottles. The bathroom had 2 separate areas, one had a bathtub and a sink and the other area had a shower, sink, large counter space and a Japanese style toilet. The bathroom area was very nice with pink toiletries bottles. We went with our teenage children to breakfast one day and they did not care for the breakfast. They had Korean style foods, some pastries, fruit, yogurt. My biggest complaint was that there is no cappuccino or other espresso drinks, only black coffee. We went back to the breakfast because it was convenient but I would not pay for it again had I known. Location is great with many restaurants nearby. We took uber everywhere because it was not expensive and we did not want to start figuring out the train. We also walked places. Laundry on the second floor was convenient, though not the cheapest. No need for detergent, it is already in the machine. You need to download the NAVER maps app because Google and Apple Maps don’t work there. We walked to Myengdong for color analysis in English at Cocory, my teenage daughter enjoyed it. We also went to the Olive Young store and shopped for beauty products at great prices compared to the US. The family room at the Moxy was pricey but we enjoyed our stay in the spacious and comfortable room.

Ubicación inmejorable frente al metro en barrio céntrico y bonito (Insandong e Iksandong hanok) Habitación grande. Buen baño (separado ducha de inodoro). Cama cómoda. Buena insonorización (la calle está siempre muy animada con puestos de comida callejera y en nuestra habitación, a pesar de estar en la tercera planta, no se oia nada!).

Para un europeo es un poco extraño que un hotel tenga la recepción (check-in y check-out) en la última planta/azotea del hotel. Se pierde un poco más de tiempo en el ascensor, pero no es mayor problema.

Third time staying here. Rooms are smallish but clean and comfy and great location to walk to station and cool cafes. LOVED the communal games room area and great buffet breakfast.

The elevator has loud publicity, the iron in the basement was not functioning. I went to another hotel in Seoul during the same stay for a similar price and found it was better value for money.

Fabulous location, great breakfast, cool and fun vibe

The location is perfect, on a street that comes to life 8pm onwards with street stalls of local food bustling with residents and a metro top right in front of the hotel too. In the mornings it's a short walk from Hanok village. Couldn't have chosen a better spot to stay in.

Loved that there were laundry facilities but the inside of the washing machine drum could use a little cleaning (I cleaned it myself).

Staffs are super friendly, and the facilities look new and clean! I like the design :) The gym was also great, with water to refill.

I lived at 3F, a floor above the common area. I don't know if it's from there, the street, or buildings nearby, it was really noisy at night. I couldn't fall asleep unfortunately, which defeats my main purpose of the stay -- to rest. But otherwise it's good! Maybe it will be better at other floors.

Breakfast opens at 7:30 am. I think it would be better at 7 due to tours, traveling schedules. It's a hip breakfast place serving American dishes like sunny side up eggs, scramble, bacon, sausage, toast, tater tots, and pastries. Besides that they had chicken, miso soup, veggies, kimchi, and fermented rice dessert and drink. Kid friendly. I used their kid friendly plates.

I had a very good stay at this hotel overall. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions. The subway station is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, and the airport limousine bus stop is just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hotel also has excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a convenient self-service laundry.

The only downside is that the hotel is located in a very lively neighborhood with many outdoor restaurants and bars. While this creates a vibrant atmosphere during the evening, it also means that it can get quite noisy at night. The restaurants and bars remain open until around 3:00 a.m., and I could hear constant street noise from my room, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

Staff was great. Location was superb. Overall feel was fun, casual, and pleasant.

Location was superb but was a double edged sword. The night market, food court was quite lively and boisterous. Not recommended for light sleepers. Also the gym was tiny and I was expecting a little more having stayed at Moxys in Osaka and Lisbon.

このホテルの魅力はビューと設備だと思います。部屋のゆとりと景色のおかげで、賑やかでエネルギッシュなソウルを楽しんで戻ってもゆっくり回復できます。

窓がもう少し綺麗だとなおいいかなと思います。以前泊まった部屋は違ったのですが、今回泊まった部屋はシャワーブース外に水漏れしたので外に置いておいたスリッパが濡れてしまいました。

It gets noisy in the night because it’s a vibrant area, so it wasn’t unexpected for us.
