Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Condo 223 is a 2nd story ocean facing unit, everything was great. The ocean view was amazing from the living room, bedroom and balcony! We had an amazing stay!
We didn’t have any complaints about our stay. There is a $40 resort fee for parking that I didn’t see when I booked but that wasn’t a problem.

There’s nothing you can do about it, but Seawall Blvd is really loud. Loved the view of the Gulf, though, and it made it worth putting up with the traffic noise.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2023Very heavy on the beach theme, lots of shells, wordy signs everywhere. Very clean. Having to pay $40. to park in an almost empty lot may keep us from returning. Bummer to a great stay. Beware!
