New and super clean.

The room was very nice comftrable and over all i enjoyed my stay. Great location, and some staff members were really helpful. Its really a good value for what your paying but just some minor tweeks and the stay would have been top notch.

The reception were welcoming and helpful although the cleaning staff seem to want to finish in a hurry when cleaning. Upon arrival one of the towels were dirty. No toothbrush holder. No room service after 11?.

Overall it was amazing but the service on the cafe was a little slow.

I had a problem and was so worried about it I called the hotel spoke to reservations and they solved it in seconds They showed me so much kindness What a wonderful staff and such incredible kindness thy showed me

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat. A special thanks to Samir for arranging my booking and making everything smooth and easy from the beginning. His professionalism, helpful attitude, and excellent service made a big difference in my experience. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I highly appreciate Samir support and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.

This was an overnight stop before a flight. We didn’t use many of the facilities due to late arrival, but the rooms were larger than we expected with a separate kitchen (with washing machine) and lounge. It was very clean and very good order.

Nothing, it met our needs well.

Loved our stay here! First and foremost, service was great from check in, to breakfast, to check out. Loved having a kitchen and several rooms in our suite which is spotlesly clean and well appointed, it truly felt like a hotel stay, just with additional space. The gym was fantastic - it had everything needed for a good workout As the equipment was new, fresh and in great condition. As for the breakfast it was really good and had a nice selection of items. Finally, the sauna was lovely and hot, the jaccuzzi was cherry on top. As for the location it was in an area with lots of shops (in particular gold/jewellery) so for anyone wanting to shop it is great. It is also pretty near a park and also the beach is not far off. All in all a really excellent stay, highly recommended

Great property with wonderful staff. Very modern and clean.

Not in the most walkable location close to souqs or other tourist attractions. But not a huge deal since a short ride to most spots.

Excellent service provided by receptionist Mr Sameer smart guy

Mr.Sameer at the hotel’s reception was very attentive and welcoming and addressed all of our concerns .Thanks for providing excellent service Mr.Sameer. The hotel’s location is super and it is clean with wonderful and quiet atmosphere.

Everything was perfect!

My first stay at DoubleTree by Hilton from February 26–28 was an exceptional and memorable experience from the moment I arrived. As it was my first time checking in, Mr. Brent, Supervisor Reception, warmly welcomed us and made the process smooth and efficient. He also provided us with a very delicious welcoming biscuit, which made us feel truly valued as guests. Mr. Basiouny from the restaurant service team pleasantly surprised us by bringing welcoming fruits and juice to our room, a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. His attentive and professional service throughout our stay was outstanding. Mr. Abdul Rakib from Room Service ensured that the ambiance of the pool and our time at the rooftop were great, making sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication and excellent service made our stay remarkable, and we will certainly look forward to returning.

Very friendly hotel and amazing staff Special thanks to Wissam & Miraj for wonderful hospitality See you again soon

Perfect stay in Muscat for Tour the Oman, we stayed 17 days over to stays here! All good!

Great location, everything is just a 10 to 15 minutes drive. Nice and relaxed atmosphere with nice and spacious apartments. Very nice and helpful staff that are always willing to help!

There was 7 of us staying in two separate rooms. Sameer from reception was a great help and eased us into staying in our rooms. We managed to obtain early check in, as we had an early morning flight. Sameer and his team assisted and provided us with the care needed to rest the morning. Thankyou Hilton and Sameer for a great experience

Staff gentile e disponibile.

Clean. Breakfast. Location.

Getting away from the buzz and immersing in the serene and quiet atmosphere of Double Tree in Qurum, was the best decision for this weekend. Amazing pool on the roof top. Spending the evening on the terrace and enjoying a great breakfast was exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was prepared perfectly. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. A special mention to Mr. Trabelsi, his service was truly incomparable from beginning to end. He made us feel very welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back!

Tolles Hotel, sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Prachtige kamer met alle faciliteiten! Nieuw appartement met mooie woonkamer, slaapkamer, keuken met was-droogcombinatie. Twee badkamers. Behulpzaam personeel.

Highly recommend and receptionist was helpful

Sharif was an absolutely fantastic server! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly hospitable throughout the entire meal. He made sure our food was perfect, checked in at all the right times, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in his service. Because of Sharif, our visit was memorable and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re dining here!

Huge spacious suite with many rooms, perfect for families. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom as well. Comfortable beds, nice complimentary cookies

Bit of a hassle with double bookings but all resolved!

Good location, friendly staffs, very clean rooms. Certainly we will choose Double Tree, Qurum, Muscat for our next business trips.

Tolles Apartement. Schönes Pool. Parkhaus. Lage passend für Ausflüge. Sehr nettes Personal.

Preise für Zimmerservice etwas undurchsichtig.

Very good restaurant smiling staff and a very good friendly smiling manager for this staff and very very good food many thanks for them

We had a lovely stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Qais. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind, always making sure we felt welcome and well looked after. Qais went above and beyond to assist us, and his positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful service — we would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.
