This is my second time booking this hotel because the price was affordable. The beds were really comfortable to sleep and the environment was like in a traditional - modern room. The two - storey room was a marvelous idea. The room also had a pleasant environment and I enjoyed my stay with my family.

The television had no other channels except for radio stations.The water pressure in the bathroom was slow( shower).

Reasonable price. Comfortable for 4 people. The stall outside served delicious authentic food with reasonable price

干净度有待加强（4号房），墙壁发霉，地毯有污渍，二楼风扇老旧很大声，冲凉水量很弱，沐浴露和洗发水没有，二楼清洁不到位（有香蕉皮），煲水机还有前顾客留下的水。厕所门难开，有块玻璃没来（刚好帮助更好开门）

Bilik located betul² atas kedai makan chinese, laluan masuk naik ke bilik kena lalu bahagian dapur kedai makan tersebut. Ada tv, tapi tidak boleh on. Whatsapp owner, tapi tiada respond. Aircond kena on lama sikit baru rasa sejuk.

The shower only produces a bit of water

No toiletries. Air conditioner and fan not functioning. There is stand-fan but not enough for us. The heater for bathroom not functioning too. No coffee sachets/snacks at all. The surrounding quite smelly and hidden. Not recommended especially for muslim & people who care for cleanliness.

The property is very affordable and comfortable to stay. The staff responds to messages quickly and friendly. The amenities are complete and easily accessible. Overall, it was a nice stay and would love to repeat again.

The water pressure was a bit slow and the bathroom door is quite hard to open due to no handle.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. It has a great blend of comfort and convenience,right in the heart of Jalan Burma.

The soundproofing between the rooms was quite poor.Unfortunately,the walls were thin enough that I could clearly hear intimate activites from the neighboring room, which made the stay rather uncomfortable.

Pictures given on the property was probably taken many years back. It's rundown and not well kept. There's a hole on loft ceiling, wall paint already coming out. Bedsheets looked yellowish. Bed board broken.

We like its strategic location for food marathon and the price is very reasonable. They even provide a medium sized fridge, ironing facilities and a hair dryer.

Just need to refurbish the mattress on the upper deck as it is a bit thin.

the room is sooo good. didn’t expect every room to have a fridge and iron inside.. it is more than worth it for the price.. the upstairs area was slightly warm but the hotel thoughtfully provided a portable air conditioner so i think it will be helpful but yah since we just come 2pax so we don’t use the upstairs.

the ground floor looks like an old pub or restaurant that has been left unused so it can feel a little creepy at night bcs so dark.. the surrounding area is also quite especially at night . still we didn’t experience any problems during our stay and felt safe overall. the guest rooms on the upper floor were perfectly fine and comfortable. During our visit, only abt 3 rooms have guest so the place felt rather quiet but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Toilet berbau hancing & x sure bau dr mana. Parking susah sbb homestay ni adalah rumah yang diubahsuai menjadi homestay yang byk bilik. Tiada television & selimut agak nipis. Paling x best gambar x sama lansung lps check in. Waze dlm booking jg salah. Saya x mungkin book lg kt tmpt ni.

Actual Situation During the Stay We did not stay overnight at the property. We checked out on the same day and did not spend a night at the accommodation. 4. Incorrect Information Provided to Customer Service However, the owner later informed Booking.com customer service that we stayed for one night before checking out. Because of this statement, the platform indicated that a full refund could not be processed. 5. Clarification This information is incorrect. We did not stay for one night at the property. We checked out on the same day, and I have evidence to prove this. 6. Evidence Provided I am able to provide supporting evidence, including: • Chat records with the owner • Checkout confirmation / communication records • Any relevant screenshots showing the timeline of the cancellation and checkout 7. Request I am requesting a full refund of RM145.38 as previously agreed with the owner. The statement that we stayed overnight is not accurate, and I hope the platform can review the evidence and resolve this matter fairly.

The place was extremely dirty, and there were bed bugs!!! , a lot of dust on the bed, and the fridge still had stains left by previous guests. It was quite unacceptable. Air conditioning is not powerful enough for the whole room, so the upstairs user will be pretty hot & uncomfortable all the time. I don't know why there are eyelashes on the wall too....

Fridge & laundry machines are in the next door unit, but all good it’s still very accessible . No complaints

Too quiet and deserted. Nobody around at the time I checked in.

The room was okay and generally comfortable. However, the shower water pressure was quite slow, and the air conditioner wasn’t very strong it took a long time to get cold. Also, the bathroom door couldn’t be locked, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, still an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement.

cuma malam agak bising bunyi kereta tapi tak menganggu sangat bagi kami. malam kami stay tu ada kereta excident betul2 tepi tingkap..terbalik kereta tu bunyi hon berpanjangan, jam 3.30 pagi... terganggu la jugak..tali bukan salah hotel pun..

While we enter the room, the carpet was wet n room was a bit smelly...but we manage to spray room perfume. After 2 3 hours already oky... N the every cornerrr of the room was a bit dusty..maybe u guys can upgrade .. Thts all..thankyou

Firstly the AC was not working, they should have checked before we checked in, it was so hot and the technician came 3-4 hrs after checking in. The flush was not working so we had to fix it cause the guy who came to fix he didn’t fix it properly. Also no one at reception
