Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Nothing much is great with the house a with the price we paid not enough facilities for simple cooking even have electric stove. The frying pan looks dirty. We have no chances to have simple cooking also. The swimming pool oh dear.... it's bad experience. The reason we took the apartment and pay so much just to make sure our kids have fun at the resident but the Marble silky surface feels scratchy or abrasive on feet and can injured our body/leg. (Go and feel your self and check what I'm trying to say) And the water play/park for kids it's close some of it and can't be used by the children. Corridor no light for 4 days our stay. And when we ask owner and host what floor is our Apartment no answer till the day we reach there. I'm not complaining but feel pity to other next if they plan and spend this amount of money and Disappointed for what they choose.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026I liked the speedy reply and quick response to fixing the fan when the remote was missing. I stayed on the seaview 3br unit.
Sofa is old and torn. There's tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Minimum amenities. Entrance to apartment is clean. But there's no proper signage. Furniture, windows is worn down and tired looking. Swimming pool use requires bookings at specific times. There's no drinking water, body soap or shampoo.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026- Nice city view with a large balcony, which was one of the highlights of the stay. - Plenty of visitor parking spaces available.
- The floor was sticky when we got in. - There was an unpleasant smell throughout the unit. - One of the rooms smelled particularly bad after turning on the air con. - Luckily, there was a big balcony, so we had to keep the doors open throughout the day to prevent the smell from being trapped inside. - Some of the pillows had stains. - One blanket had a blood stain, so we decided not to use that bed. - The towels looked quite old, and two of them were torn. - The kitchen rubbish bin was dirty and stained, and there was an unpleasant smell whenever we opened the lid to throw rubbish away. - At the kids’ swimming pool, the slide was not usable during our stay. - Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit and facilities could be improved significantly.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026El apartamento es absolutamente perfecto, muy limpio, muy grande, muy cómodo, el trato con los administradores es fantástico.
Fuimos con nuestras hijas de 2 y 4 años y había franjas horarias para acceder a la piscina, cuando consigues entrar te das cuenta de que está llena de gente y además la zona infantil estaba estropeada. Hay unos guardias en la puerta de entrada de la piscina que continuamente están regañando a la gente por cualquier motivo, la banda sonora de la piscina es el silbato del guardia. Hay que reservar hora con antelación para ir al gimnasio, en los parques no pueden entrar los adultos para acompañar a los niños. Los guardias de la puerta principal son de lo más desagradable que nos hemos encontrado en Malasia. Conclusión: el apartamento es un 10 pero el complejo y las instalaciones del edificio es un 0, de ahí mi 8.
