Det beste var renholderne fra Bangladesh, utrolig effektive og hyggelige. Kom alltid til rent rom med alt ferdig påfylt, fra shampoo til håndklær. Det nest beste var bussjåføren. Han kjørte i ett sett mellom hotellet og moskeen. Stakkaren måtte i ny og ne spørre om tillatelse for 3 min pause fra passasjeren. Utrolig hyggelig kar fra Indonesia.

Maten var dårlig. Jeg anbefaler i gen å booke med frokost inkludert. Det finnes mange gode pakistanske restauranter i området med meget bra mat. Det er billigere å spise der enn å betale for frokost på hotellet.

L’hôtel était tres propre et les chambres très spacieuses. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je reviendrai sans hésiter. Il a une navette qui nous amène à la mosquée même si c’est proche et qu’on peut prendre pour rentrer à l’hôtel. L’accueil est très chaleureux je recommande !

Honestly, I can’t even find the right words to describe how amazing this hotel is. It is without a doubt one of the best hotels in the whole of Madinah. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness is outstanding. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned to an incredibly high standard. You can genuinely feel the care and attention to detail everywhere. The service was exceptional. The staff were kind, respectful, professional, and always ready to help. They made the whole stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The restaurant and breakfast were fantastic as well. There was a great variety of food, everything was fresh and well prepared, and breakfast was honestly something I looked forward to every morning. I also really appreciated the laundry service, which was convenient, efficient, and made the stay even more comfortable. But what I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere and vibes of the hotel. There is something incredibly calming about the place. After a long day, coming back to such a quiet, clean, and peaceful environment was exactly what I needed. I have stayed in many hotels, but this one genuinely stands out. Amazing service, perfect cleanliness, great food, excellent facilities, and the most peaceful atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again without thinking twice. Highly, highly recommended! ❤️ Madinah has many beautiful hotels, but this one is truly something special. Majority Staffs are very very supportive. Check-In, Check-out are very very easy. Spacious 5 beds room, well cleaned, well organised, inside parking space, etc.

Have a bitter experience, while I was using a toilet outside the restaurant on M Floor. He intentionally switch off the toilet light twice while I was inside toilet. I don’t want to mention his name here. You can call me any time, If you really want to know his name, and improve the quality of this hotel.

The rooms are super clean and the bus is always available.

Every thing seems good

The house keeper contacts should be made available for the guests, should there be need to ask or request for assistant. There should be another staff who guests might want to request information or send for errands, though, this might attract charges base of the term and Conditions, remember 95℅ of your guests are visitor in Makkah Town.

There should be tea boots for your guest at a vonurable locations.

I couldn't order room service because the phone was not working. I called the receptionist so they can send someone up to fix it but no one came .

I had a very pleasant stay at Zaha Taiba Hotel in Madinah. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم تاريخ الإقامة 27-08-2026م نوع الغرفة ثلاثية أهم و أول نقطة حاب انبه عليها ان التقييم يعتبر أمانة فلا تجعل بضع سلبيات تغطي على كثير من الإيجابيات (لاني ترددت في الحجز بعد ماشفت بعض التعليقات السلبية الله يسامحهم ويهديهم) الفندق ماشاء الله جميل وكبير الموقع ممتاز خلف القبلة أقرب لمصلى النساء يبعد عن باب الحرم 17 دقيقة إلى الداخل وليس إلى الساحة الفندق في منطقة إزالة مما يجعل الطرقات إلى الحرم غير مزدحمة مثل باقي الجهات السعر كان ممتاز بالنسبة للقيمة (غرفة ثلاثية مع الافطار 300 ريال) البقالات متوفرة طول الطريق الفندق موفر باص توصيل للحرم من 3 قبل الفجر إلى 6 صباحا وبعد ذلك من 11 صباحا قبل الظهر إلى 2 ومن قبل العصر إلى 10 أو 11 ليلا (كل 20 دقيقة) الباص يحتاج صيانة حيث المكيف شبه لا تشعر به اوقات النهار السواق الباكستاني ماشاء الله عليه نشيط كل رحلة يقول قيموا في قوقل يقول (إذا كويس اكتب إذا مافيه كويس برضه اكتب 😊) مصداقية ماشاء الله 😊 ممكن تركب سيارة اوقات عدم وجود الباص ب 10 ريال ممكن تجربة السكوتر ب 29 ريال يوم كامل له موقف في ساحة الحرم وموقف في الشارع العام قريب الفندق (تجربة الابن) الافطار جيد ولكنه محدود ويحتاج الى تحسين يليق بفخامة المكان (ماعجبتني تجربة الطعمية نهائيا) عندهم وجبات غداء من 45 إلى 55 ريال (شفت اعلاناتها في المصاعد وما جربت) تمنيت يكون فيه بوفيه عشاء صالة الافطار واسعة واطلالاتها كثيرة صالة الاستقبال واسعة ماشاء الله وفيها مصلى صغير و محل قهوة ويقدمون القهوة العربية والتمر مجانا (التمر يحتاج تحسين) طاقم الاستقبال سمحين الله يوفقهم والواحد يعذرهم وقت الضغط لأنهم بشر اعجبني ان الممرات مشغلين قناة السنة النبوية بصوت منخفض جدا وما أجمل كلام رسول الله عندما يعم المكان المصاعد كثيرة وسريعة الغرف ودورة المياه مساحتها جيدة ومستغلة جيدا الأسرة اتوقع جيدة لاني ماشعرت بملاحظات واضحة المواقف ماشاء الله لاقوة الا بالله كبيرة وواسعة

Only one bus meant that sometimes some people were left waiting in the heat for upto 45 minutes during traffic times. Also on Fridays, starting time needs to be earlier than 10am due to Jummah considerations.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The receptionist was very friendly. They allowed early check-in. The basement parking was spacious and was available all the time. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you are traveling by car. Even for those who don’t have a car, the hotel had shuttle service for free every 20 minutes. The breakfast was also good and the restaurant was nice and clean. Especially I should say that it is not over crowded. So you can have your breakfast in a calm and peaceful environment.

Although the location is quite close to Haram, it is not recommended for those with kids to walk from the Hotel to the Haram. However, it is not a big deal as they had free shuttle service.

Konumuna ve imkanlarına göre gayet ucuz bir fiyatı var. Yaya olarak mescidi nebeviye uzaklığı yaklaşık 1.2 km. Otele özel servisi de var zaten. 15 dakikada bir gidip 15 dakikada bir geliyordu sanırım. Görevlilere sorarsınız. Sabah kahvaltı olması gerçekten iyi oluyor. Odalarda buzdolabı var. Diş fırçası, diş macunu, sabun, şampuan ve duş jeli veriyorlar. Havlu vs vs.'de var. Havaalanından 400 numaralı otobüsle (bilet fiyatına gitmeden bakın) mescidin yanına gelip oradan yürüyerek geçebilirsiniz veya direkt taksi tutabilirsiniz. Yakın olması bu konularda çok büyük avantaj sağlıyor.

Muhtemelen resepsiyonda o an kimin olduğuna bağlı olarak belirlediğiniz check in saatinden önce orada olduğunuzda ellerinde oda olsa bile almıyorlar. 180 Riyal ücret ödedik biraz erken geldiğimiz için. Belki farklı biri olsaydı alırdı tam emin değilim. Wifi Muhtemelen odanın konumundan dolayı sürekli kesilip duruyordu. Stabil bir bağlantı sağlayamadım. Ama bağlantı olduğunda 100mbps hız alıyordu.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vraiment ! L’hôtel était très propre, l’accueil incroyable et tout le personnel était serviable, souriant et attentionné. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier le monsieur qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée, qui a pris nos valises et les a montées jusqu’à notre chambre. Il a également été présent au moment de notre départ pour nous aider avec les valises. Ce genre d’attention fait vraiment la différence ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Jag älskade hur rent det var på rummen, god mat i buffen, väldigt respektfull personal som var väldigt hjälpsamma med en buss som gick till mosken väldigt ofta så att man hann med alla bönerna. Stort tack till Abdurrazzak som hjälpte oss med våra väskor och väldigt fint att få gratis arabisk kaffe cid lobbyn. Även väldigt smidigt med ett cafe nere vid lobbyn ifall man ville beställa något

Breakfast is not that good of a quality and options are very scarce. Staff at reception is a bit strict. no requests are entertained and they say its system. No free room upgrade and no loyalty program for customers staying over and over again. charged me extra for room upgrade though it was my 5th or 6th time staying at the property.

Unfortunately, I have no negative feedback to provide regarding our stay at the Zaha Taiba Hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. I would say that the surrounding area will become even more accessible once the current construction works are completed. There is also a convenient transport service available, which is an added advantage. There was some construction work taking place around the building that we were not aware of beforehand. Thankfully, however, it was not noticeable once inside the hotel and did not affect our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would be happy to stay at the hotel again.
