⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay — My Second Stay in Madinah! This was my second stay at Shaza Regency Plaza Hotel in Madinah, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it very convenient for visiting Masjid an-Nabawi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall quality of the hotel, cleanliness, facilities, and service were truly excellent. You can clearly see that the hotel management takes great care of its guests. What makes this hotel even more special is the warm, respectful, and professional behavior of the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. I would like to give a very special thanks to Mr. MD Shakil and Mr. MD Sayem. They went above and beyond to provide us with the best service and made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Their kindness, hospitality, and dedication deserve special appreciation. This hotel has everything a guest could wish for: an excellent location, great service, cleanliness, comfort, quality, and wonderful staff. After staying here for the second time, I can confidently say that Shaza Regency Plaza is one of the best choices for accommodation in Madinah. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. I will definitely choose Shaza Regency Plaza again on my next visit, Insha’Allah. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Keep up the excellent work! ❤️

Easy access to hotel, on main road. Only 5 mins walk to Masjid Nabwi…amazing!!! Clean, tidy, fresh, plenty of staff on hand for any questions or queries. Front desk staff were good and friendly Room service cleaners MD Sakil and MD Siyam were there when we needed them. Excellent customer service from these two. The breakfast was always fresh, so much choice to cater for everyone and again great attentive staff. Overall highly recommended from a very fussy person!!!👍🏽😎 Get yourself booked, enjoy a great stay during your visit to the Holy Prophets Mosque.

Excellent staff. Really really helpful and mosque entrance gate is just 5 mins walk away

Close proximity to Masjid Nabavi

Room and bed size was different.

Hotel located close enough to the Haram, which was helpful. It is surrounded by shops, but more importantly restaurants and a local pharmacy (which definitely helped us, pharmacist spoke fluent English and genuinely helpful!) All walking distance and loads of sides streets to lead you in and out of the Haram masjid. Staff are genuinely helpful, ESPECIALLY team lead Amani in the hospitality front desk. She catered to all our needs and checking on our stay. Very efficient, professional, customer services at it's highest. We normally stay in 5 star hotels, but since we discovered this little gem it has been very satisfactory to focus on our purpose of being in Medina, for our pilgrimage. Amani treats you and welcomes you with hospitality of a 5 star hotel. The house keeping team, hotel services, porters and restaurant staff are fantastic. Always ready to provide a service with a smile. Good quality food provided in their restaurants too. In terms of location, if you cut through the main shopping centre - Taiba Centre, you can walk straight into women and children's prayer area. Gate 330-331. Very handy if running late and convenient to pray outside.

This is not the hotels fault, but the way the roads and traffic system have been designed. The area is being significantly being redeveloped. Taxis / transport sometimes are reluctant to pick you up or to drop you back at the hotel due to the location on the main road, during peak hours/prayer times. Please select the times you go out for ziyarah or a visit of nearby/distant places. Ensure you have a picture of the map of where the Haram masjid is, in order for you to be able to navigate. Very easy and straight forward. Bit of forward planning if you have children or people who struggle with walking.

The location was of great convenience. Cleaning staff was always there to help us. Checkin was very smooth.

Buffet breakfast price was quite high.

Hotel pleasant and very clean. Housekeeping exceptional. We stayed on floor 10 and were looked after my room boys Rakib and Mamun. They were absolutely amazing and always asked us if we needed anything and they cleaned the room everyday. We were very impressed by both of them and their supervisor Nuruuddin. They always ensured we were happy and checked in on a daily basis. Highly recommend staying here and we feel that the hotel should give them all a bonus.

Everything was fine and no issues

Can’t think any

Excellent service and management, had a few small hiccups with noise from room next door room but the management Rayyan and Shahad were very quick to resolve the matter and we were given another room straight away. House keeping were also great, Raqib & M’moon went out of their way to make our stay smooth.

L'emplacement

Stayed in the Quad Room and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean, smelled fresh, and the staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the refrigerator was properly chilled, and there was an impressive amount of storage space with plenty of cabinets. The carpets and curtains were also clean and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the room. Although this is officially a 3-star hotel, I would rate the room quality, cleanliness, and spaciousness much closer to a 5-star experience. The room service team was responsive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We didn't get a chance to try the hotel's food, so I can't comment on the dining experience. The location is another major advantage. Masjid Al Nabawi is only about a 3–5 minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and shopping/gift stores right below or next to the hotel. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place within walking distance of Masjid Al Nabawi.

My only real complaint is the bathroom. While it was clean, it was quite compact, and the bathtub was positioned awkwardly, making it less convenient to use. One area that could be improved is the reception. They were difficult to reach by phone, even after multiple attempts, so it's better to contact room service/house keeping directly if you need assistance.

A bit noise being close to main road but not a big issue. Checkin was very smooth but check out time was very busy even though it was middle of the night, had to wait for long time for luggage trolley.

Every thing is fine

The rooms were clean and good. Room service was excellent, especially from Riaz and Mosharcof.

Our stay at Shaza Regency Plaza Al Madina was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and kindness. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised with a lovely fruit basket, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. A special thank you to Amani, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She regularly checked in on us, helped with any questions or requests we had, and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her care and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. We would also like to thank Raqi at the café. He made the most incredible drinks, especially the Spanish latte and matcha (was the first to try their new matcha!). His friendly service and excellent recommendations were greatly appreciated. The location is another major advantage, being very close to Masjid al-Nabawi and making visits to the mosque incredibly convenient. Considering the quality of the accommodation, service, and location, the hotel offers excellent value for money. We highly recommend Shaza Regency Plaza Al Madina to anyone visiting Madinah and would gladly stay here again

Honestly had nothing I didn’t like!

Great Location close to restaurants and shops Decent room sizes Check in and check out was smooth

The bathroom fixtures needed some maintenance

I stayed three times in Madinah in last 3 years into various hotels, this one was the best.

All was good, staff was excellent especially Wahid and Abulnoor in house keeping amazing persons, overall it was an exceptional stay

Close to Nabawi, aircon Tv shower comfy bed everything worked perfectly. Staff were brilliant especially Siyam and Shakil always checked with me if I needed anything, cleaned the room to a top standard. And always met me with a friendly face. Also reception staff were great at getting me checked in I booked very last minute and they accommodated me with no issues at all. 10/10
