Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel und rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war perfekt, alles sauber und bestens vorbereitet. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass wir zwei Tage später unser Gepäck noch für einen halben Tag kostenlos im Hotel unterstellen durften. Ein wirklich toller Service – vielen Dank!

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Bữa sáng đơn điệu nhưng cũng khá ngon (phở và bánh mì nguyên cám). Khách sạn hỗ trợ check in muộn đến 1h trưa. Tôi có chút áy náy là do đi vội nên rời phòng hơi bừa bộn. Nếu khách để sẵn nước rửa chén bát và thêm chút bát đĩa cho căn hộ thì tốt hơn. Tôi sẵn sàng rửa sạch sẽ lại bát trước khi rời đi. Lần sau quay lại, tôi sẽ lại đến ở đây vì phòng ở thực sự rất sạch, đi lại tiện vì rất trung tâm.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Good location to explore Haiphong. Staff courteous on arrival. Nice to have a pool and a washing machine. Decent breakfast. Pho and eggs cooked to order. Great bed and good storage.
No clothes airer (listed) which kind of made the washing machine redundant. Given it had a kettle, sink and hob, kitting the room out with just two cups and two glasses seemed a bit minimalist. Just as well we ate out.

Although the hotel overlooked a lovely park, we got a bad vibe about the area, went to a Vietnamese restaurant and sat at a table was told the restaurant was closing and was asked to leave (it was busy and other Vietnamese people were coming in behind us and getting served), couldn’t find a local bar near hotel. We had booked and paid for two nights but left after one, the hotel didn’t contact me to ask why we left early. Payment is paid upfront

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — especially Chang who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their kindness and attentive service made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. We will definitely choose PH Hotel & Apartment again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Walking distance from a number of attractions and fairly close to some good restaurant options. Heaps of local street food merchants and abundant coffee shops surround the location too. Nice huge beds. Very useful to have a washing machine and clothes airer. Showers were big and hot.
Noisy music coming from somewhere out on the street all night! Locked door/windows onto balcony did nothing to stop the noise. Floors dirty in The apartment - noticeable when walking barefoot or in socks. Front door staff would smile but rarely engaged with us.

Some strange design features - the bathtub/shower did not fit the corners so would end up with a lot of water pooling in middle of the bathroom (not a big deal), and beds were very creaky (although comfy). There was a kitchenette but no pots, pans or utensils. We were able to request some in the lobby.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025Location is great, five minutes to the station and the promenade and lots of cafes. Little swimming pool but well maintained. Staff were generally pleasant and obliging.
Pillows were massive, mattresses are typical 'Asian' style and therefore back breakers. Floors are vinyl and the upstairs neighbours start dragging chairs across the floor at 6am.
