Khách sạn đẹp mê ly, chỗ nào cũng có thể làm địa điểm để chụp selfie sống ảo. Không những thế, con phố bên cạnh khách sạn có rất nhiều quán ăn dọc hai bên nên rất tiện lợi cho việc ăn uống, ngoài ra giữa phố còn có siêu thị giá bình dân - rất tiện lợi cho khách du lịch mua sắm nhẹ trước đi đến điểm du lịch kế tiếp. Phòng khách sạn cũng rất sạch sẽ và thoải mái, phòng ăn buffet cũng thoáng mát rộng rãi, trong khách sạn cũng bố trí rất nhiều cây cảnh nên tạo cảm giá thiên nhiên gần gũi.

Trừ các căn phòng và sảnh ra vào, thì cầu thang và các hành lang quá nóng, đi ra thì chỉ muốn chui ngay vào phòng chứ ko thể ở lâu ngoài hành lang. Tuy bố trí không gian dù có nhiều ánh sáng nhưng ko có một chỗ thông gió nào nên không gian bên trong quá kín dẫn đến nhiệt độ tăng cao khi ở lâu ngoài hành lang.

Petit hôtel en plein centre de HaiPhong. Tres bien, très propre, personnel très accueillant Idéal pour quelques nuits pour visiter la ville. Ca peut aussi perte très bien dans le cadre d'un voyage d'affaire.

Washing machines were affordable and helped us as we was backpacking and needed to clean clothes. Wi-fi was good, breakfast was good.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, woke up with a bad back which is disappointing due to the comfort rating being high. You could hear a lot of noise from the corridors. The corridors were extremely hot with no AC, windows were left open to allow all the heat into the corridors. AC in the room however was very good.

Il manque des jus de fruits au petit déjeuner et des boissons dans le mini bar.

La douchette mal fixée ne permettait pas un jet d'eau régulier et confortable lors de la prise de douche. C'était vraiment dommage car les équipements semblaient être neufs

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with a positive attitude. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciated the hotel's elegant nature-inspired decor, which created a calm and luxurious atmosphere. I truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to returning on my next visit.

Lovely staff who were friendly welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and linen fresh. Breakfast was good and nice to have an egg station where you could order to your liking. Great location.

We had booked a Superior twin room for 3 nights which was confirmed in advance. On arrival we were shown to a Superior double room which only had one bed which we had to share for our first night. Not ideal. They apologised and said they would move us for the 2nd and 3rd nights. However on our return to the hotel our new room was much smaller although it did have 2 single beds. The room was not spacious at all and definitely inferior to the previous double room we were given. We decided our stay was too short to change again but when asked at check out to give feedback I mentioned it. A gentleman came to see me and was upset that I'd put this on my feedback form. He insisted that the twin room was better than our original one and that it only felt small because it had 2 beds in it. I kindly told him he was wrong but that we nevertheless enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful design, lovely and light, bedroom was fantastic (we stayed in a suite) - very spacious with two balconies and decorated well. Good selection for breakfast. Staff were generally great. Location was perfect for us with everything we wanted to see easily walkable.

We had been out and returned close to check out time (approx 15 mins prior) to pick our bags and leave but when we got to our rooms we had already been locked out. We had to go down to reception to get them reopened. This was just bit of an inconvenience though as we weren’t in a rush, nothing major. The only other issue was that the shop across the road was blasting music out really loudly for a period of time (during the daytime, not night). I’m not sure if this was a one off but we were trying to nap and couldn’t due to the noise. It also woke us up quite early. Might be worth the hotel staff having a word as it was quite annoying.

Ordered scrambled eggs for breakfast and was told they run out of eggs :( Inefficient Sound proof, hotel room was on 2nd floor facing to the lobby, constantly being waken up by the noises from the lobby throughout the night even with earplugs

Modern and fresh, a nice respite as we travelled across Vietnam from Cat Ba. Great breakfast.

Nothing in the mini bar, windows to internal courtyard only. Didn’t seem to be much nearby but we didn’t really venture out, just wanted to relax for a night.

Breakfast has a lot of flies in the morning, not many choices to choose. However Pho is delicious.

The rooms were extremely noisy. Shower head was broken Staff told us we had taken a spoon. But thankfully they found it.

Very nice ambience, quiet and relaxing. I like the natural skylight and the interior greenery.

I would like the staffs to be familiar and helps in giving direction for local bus to Doson, the popular seaside of Hai Phong.

Not so set up for Western Tourist. Some challenges with comm’s with staff. But can accept as most of customers are not Western Tourists.

Come and stay here you will love it! Central location and a stunning hotel, all of the staff are absolutely lovely, so friendly and went out of their way to help in anyway they could and the ladies on reception gave me daily Vietnamese language lessons. The food is incredible, the cleaners are the happiest people I’ve ever met and made a new friend with one of the security guards.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really central so it is convenient to go around major places in Hai Phong.

. The buffet was not very good. The prices are a bit too high compared to other five star hotels in Hai Phong (Chabot has similar prices to 5 star hotels like Pulman or Nikko). There is not a swimming pool in this hotel

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding - very delicious.

One night we heard music after 11 pm which made it hard to get to sleep. I don’t know if the music was coming from somewhere in the hotel or the building next door. It wasn’t very loud but it was noticeable.

Great brand new hotel and a very lovely staff.We also got comfortably assisted with the slightly later check out. Because the hotel is brand new and doesn't have a volume of visitors, the only small disadvantage was that they can't run buffet breakfast. So we had to order an evening before. Otherwise a great pick!
