Thanks to Thao at the reception for the great stay! Apartment was clean and modern. Shower had good water pressure and bed was comfortable. There was also a free washing machine.

Great apartment in a great location. The bed and shower were terrific, and a lovely balcony as well. The staff were excellent at communication and providing for all my needs.

Das große und gut eingerichtete Apartment befindet sich in einem Bankgebäude in einer kleineren Seitenstraße. Nette Umgebung mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants und Streetfood. Frau Thao an der Rezeption ist eine unglaublich liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Person, Dich mich über WhatsApp u.a bei der Suche nach der Bushaltestelle Richtung Cat Ba unterstützt hat. Danke nochmals an dieser Stelle!

the location is really nice, close to many coffee shops, restaurants and the train station yet it’s a quiet place. it’s really nice to have access to the laundry room!

Amazing accomodation. We were really surprised by the size and quality. Everything was perfect. Large and new TV. Comfortable beds. The gym was also great. Would highly recommend!!

Superior suites are very nice. Good kitchen facilities. Bring your own mug if you like large coffees. There is a good big supermarket two streets away (BRG Mart). It has a gym and washing facilities if you ask the cleaners nicely. Tip them something decent, and they do an excellent job for you.

I had an excellent one-week stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from receptionist to house keeper. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I asked the receptionist everything about best surrounding foods and personal needs. She always helped even she was not on the role. House keeper even helped to fold my washed clothes without me asking. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful service from the staff! The staff looked after us personally to make sure we were ok and enjoyed the city. We appreciated all of the local insights on the best places to eat, even following up with messages during the day on recommendations for the local crab spring rolls. Wonderful service! Also super convenient to have free access to the washing machines and lines to dry our clothes. Thankyou!

The room is brand new. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very well-equipped and the location is simply great - right at the heart of the historical “French quarter” of Hai Phong. It is perfect as a base to explore and experience the French heritage of this city.

The fitness centre on the 7th floor closes at 8pm every day. I prefer working out later in the evening, so this opening time is a bit inconvenient.

Very nice clean modern apartment conveniently located to local amenities like restaurants, shops and the train station.

This was my third time at the hotel. It is consistently excellent and well serviced. They looked after my bicycle in the gagrage below. They cleaned my clothes when requested - in less than three to four hours. The cleaning staff are more than willing to clean your room, turn over your bed, or change your towels, anytime you request. The lady on the front counter speaks good English and is always super helfpul. Also, excellent central location. A bonus tip ... You have to visit the 'HPS Seafood Buffet' located about a 10 miute walk, and 'Hang Bia (HP2) Bia Hoi Bar' - Super friendly staff and amazing Vietnamese food.

Check in around 6pm. There’s no reception, only the security let you check in? He took the money and my ID and took photos along with the contract. I feel a bit uncomfortable and unprofessional as I thought this is the hotel and the standard is must have reception 24/7?

A jem in Hai Phong! The staff who took care of us were so nice and were really enthusiastic in helping us finding places to explore around the city. Really nice room, great facilities, everything was clean and well taken care of, full amenities including kitchenware. Could not ask for more!! 10/10

Good location, easy to get to by taxi from the airport and 10min walk to the post where you can get a bus transfer to cat ba island (via got port). We had to check in late and there was a security guard waiting for us. Room was clean and spacious.

Window into the bathroom from bedroom is always interesting, but there is a blind so not a problem! Also a heads up that the staff don’t speak English - definitely not a negative though because they were still very efficient at communicating with us! FYI bring cash to pay at check in if you arrive after normal check in hours

I only stayed here overnight, so was a quick stop. But the apartment was really clean and had great amenities for a short stay. It's walking distance to the buses that leave for Cat Ba, so it worked out perfectly. I arrived late in the night, but the security man at the building was able to check me in and give me the keys. Thank you.

Superb location, lot’s to see and do right as you walk out. Many cafes, street vendors, and beautiful streets to walk down. The property itself is well managed, with attentive staff who are friendly and very accomodating. Thảo who manages the reception is exceptional. The cleaning staff are very kind and diligent which is reflected in how clean each apartment presents. Rooms are equipped with all of your basic hotel amenities, with the addition of a small kitchenette with pots, pans and cutlery. We’ve stayed here many times before because it’s excellent value and always a consistently comfortable stay.

It’s more of a suggestion but having some work out mats in the gym would be helpful for those wanting to do floor exercises. Additionally, the gym should have antibacterial wipes so people using the gym can wipe down equipment.

Room ok, it had separate kitchen area. Decent and clean. Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful to my parents when I was away travelling other area of Vietnam. Location fairly central to everything in Hai Phong.

Cleaning staff did not screw top back on shower gel dispenser properly in both my room and my parents room which resulted in item being dropped when we tried to use it. My one ended up breaking on impact and we were charged for it. Room was at back of building so had no view and only 1 window in entire apartment so whole place was dark all the time.

The room is nice and there’s a small gym you have access to. Expected amenities are all there and shower is clean. 10/10 is mainly because the receptionist was super friendly. She had a lot of recommendations for great local food, helped me book a bus to Hanoi, and helped me top up my Vietnamese phone plan.

Arrival was a Bit complicated. The reception was closed and we had to communicate nonverbal with the Security.

The location is great, near the opera house and the square with many choices of food, drinks, desserts, etc. All the staff are very friendly and supportive. I bought breads and pate to carry to HCMC and the place didn’t pack them in a carton for me, but the staff at the hotel helped me look for the carton.
