We had a room that smelled like pet urine. We had them come and spray it several times during our 2 day stay. It gave us a headache and nauseous

They charged me for parking a car I've never owned in my life; that's a scam. And they didn't clean my room on Saturday. I checked in Friday afternoon, and on Saturday I found my room still uncleaned with dirty towels. My room number was 415.

The staff was nice and the location was very convenient

A bit disappointed our bed wasn't made and dirty towels i had put together weren't taken while we were out all day. Also would have been nice to have seating for 2 so we didn't have to sit on beds to eat some food we had in the evening.

Breakfast was very good.

They could invest in better, thicker toilet paper and facial tissue. The one ply was a hot mess, too thin it literally fell apart while using it. As a women, we don't appreciate having to pick off the toilet paper we use.

They had no power following a recent storm, leaving the stairwells without any lighting. Multiple attempts were made by other guests throughout the night to have these dangerous conditions addressed, but the manager failed to provide any assistance or take action to correct the issue. Additionally, any questions or requests regarding refunds for guests who chose not to stay were brushed off, with guests simply being told that the manager would decide in the morning whether they would receive any portion of a refund.

Room wasn’t ready by 3pm and the lobby was full of other people waiting on their rooms Would not allow to check in early because rooms were not done Staff at front desk was rude. Lady said we will not be checking anyone in early but I know there was another couple that checked in early. Charge extra for parking. Tv didn’t work and room was dusty where coffee maker was Since I booked with 3rd party would not accommodate charges but the parking fee Coffee caffeinated ran out in the morning and wasn’t replaced before we left.

Both mornings had to wait for hot food to be brought out at breakfast. Also our room wasn't ready until 430p, BUT she did give us free parking for the inconvenience :)

The room was clean, bed was very good and the breakfast was great. We were with 2 couples but had rooms on different levels while I booked the rooms under 1 name.

The staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful when we came there to check in.

The location was good, but restaurants were several miles down the road.

Many of the electrical outlets were not functional. One of the two elevators was out of commission.

Location was key for our trip. Wanted to use pool in evenings since staying 3 nights- see comments below about that..

Power went out soon after we got settled into room. No managers were onsite nor communicating with customers - bec they already had 40 hours! Waited for over 3 hours not sure if we needed to chg hotels. Night shift not prepared to deal- said it’s happened before. No generator. Pool was closed unexpectedly, which was one of the things we wanted to enjoy in the evenings. Breakfast was not great- minimal options & not good.

I was told at check in I needed to pay the damage deposit and would get it back. This hasn't happen. We stayed June 24th to June 26th. Left a day early because of bad weather coming. We didn't or have received any type of refunds. Other than this we would stay again and recommend it highly.

The hotel is located within the Ark Encounter complex, which makes it an excellent choice for anyone visiting the attraction. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It included soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and I appreciated how well-maintained everything was. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very isolated, with no stores or restaurants nearby. I flew in and didn't rent a car because I expected Uber to be a convenient option, but it was difficult to find a ride, especially one large enough for my family of five. One evening I needed medicine, and the nearest pharmacy was about 40 minutes away. We ended up relying on DoorDash for meals since the hotel only serves breakfast and does not offer lunch or dinner. I was also disappointed that the indoor pool was very cold, which was frustrating for my children. Finally, I would have appreciated having a shower cap among the bathroom amenities.

After our request for a bath tub room and received a conformation that it would happen It didn't and when I ask for a second key they didn't have any??? My wife said they just don't like her LOL

The room and hallway smelled like a wet dog. I have asthma from my allergies. I was told that I had a non pet room but the whole room smelled like a wet dog from the carpet. Otherwise, the room was very clean. After spending two nights, my allergies were terrible and I had to start using my inhaler. I realize that you cater to people with pets but there are a lot of people who are allergic to dander on cats and dogs. Designate rooms for non pets and change out the carpet in those rooms to start fresh for those of us with pet allergies.

Our room wasn't cleaned or stocked upon arrival. Receptionist got snippy with me about time of arrival and then didn't let me know room was ready while I was sitting in lobby for additional 30 minutes.

We liked the location and how close to the Ark it was. Beds were comfy. We were pleased to get rooms that joined together per our request. Glad there was a pool.

The outside sitting area near pool would have been enjoyable if the guy that came out didn't start smoking a cigar. The breakfast sitting area could have been cleaner lots of crumbs on furniture and stains. Not many places around that served food :( Also wish there was a hot tub and bigger pool.

The location is literally next door to The Ark Encounter. Check in was super easy. Even with a conference, the hotel was quiet.

The free decaf coffee was out right as we wanted a cup when we were leaving. The breakfast eggs were a bit cold. Housekeeping is only every other day.

I like the how convenient it was being next door to the attraction. Made it less stressful and had a good time it was very relaxing.

The location was great to the Ark Encounter. Breakfast was great and dining staff were very accommodating.

The front desk staff struggled with customer service. Didn't seem to know what they were doing. TV in the room could not receive locals channels and I was told has been like that (along with other TVs) for the past couple of years. No one seemed to care to fix this.

The pool was cold and it’s supposed to be warm The beds are horrible very hard not comfortable at all The rooms are small Our phone didn’t work in our room. We told the front desk they were supposed to send maintenance never did so we didn’t have a working phone in the room our entire stay.

I liked the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the of the Hotel 🏨, and being able to walk over to catch the bus that takes you to the Ark Encounter.

Breakfast was excellent! Had it twice, and different each time. They also had these super delicious lemon poppy seed triangles - wanted to eat them all! Room was very quiet and comfortable, water in shower was strong and hot. Plenty of towels, and pillows. Front desk was extremely helpful with all of our enquiries.
