The breakfast was generous and contained loads of fruit and other items. The best on our road trip . the staff were great.

The owners and staff are extremely nice and kind. They were great with our kids and made sure we had wonderful breakfasts. Lots of fresh fruit and delicious fruit drinks, like orange, apple and cranberry juice

Location is excellent. The activity that brought us to the area was in North Adams and Williamstown and the motel is optimally located to move between the towns. The motel is well maintained. Our room was clean. The staff is very accommodating. The breakfast is impressive. Lots of fruit! Quiet.

Staff was very friendly and considerate of any questions we have about the surrounding areas to explore. Breakfast offered lots of fruits and yogurts and bread varieties to toast, and hard boiled eggs.

Did not visit for the pool but it was out of service. More attention to towel and TP supply etc. without asking

A generous amount of fruit at breakfast. Room is relatively clean and quiet. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Small garden table and chairs outside where one can eat breakfast. Enough parking. Close to Clark Museum and Mass MoCA.

The room is a bit dark. Would be better with brighter lighting and lighter colored curtain, carpet and furnitures. Breakfast would be even better if there are some scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, pancake, waffle.

Very comfortable place to see with a very friendly staff. Great healthy breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and nice selection of muffins and bagels. Perfectly located for exploring the area.

The breakfast was outstanding, huge variety- dates, raspberries, almond milk, pastries, oatmeal, grapes, cherries, coconut water, nuts. Nice area to eat outside.

The lighting in the room made it very gloomy. Furnishings and carpet old. Bathroom window to outside didn’t lock.

The breakfast had a wide array of fresh fruit. The host is incredible nice and thoughtful. The location is good too.

Bhupi served a very generous and tasty continental breakfast. Fresh fruit of all kinds, nuts, yogurt, pastries muffins, juice, English muffins, a variety of cereals. Pleasant landscaping and flowery gardens with Adirondack chairs for outdoor dining. Well maintained grounds. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, in an old-timey motel setting.

Pool was closed...a swim would have made our stay just about perfect.

Location and value was excellent. They served a thoughtful and healthy breakfast which was a welcome surprise.

Really pretty little spot . Really nice owner, really welcoming and friendly and accommodating. Convenient trip into DT north Adams to access MassMOCA and the rest of the sights. Convenient access to Cumberland farms and a few little restaurants in Williamstown.

The exteriors Could use a paint job because I think people don’t realize it’s a gem. Would have liked the steps and area leaf blown. Needed to ask for k-cups.

Organic fruit for breakfast.

The staff are very lovely people and responsive. We asked to stay in a pet-free room if possible, and they worked to accommodate us. They also have a nice breakfast in the office. The room was clean, and there was a fridge and small table/sofa area. It's rather rustic, feels like a good vacation place. We stayed because of the great location - very close to MassMOCA.

There was a strong smell of cleaning supplies that was a bit much for our allergies. We stayed for one night during a cold spell in February, and so we had to keep the doors/windows closed. Our mini-fridge did not seem to work, which was not a big deal for us, but I recommend checking this upon arrival. When we told the staff about it (during check-out), they were responsive, appreciated the notification, and planned to look into it.

The host was very welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good because there was a large selection of fruit and very good coffee. It is within walking distance of Williams College which was a big plus too.

Had a great stay here! The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. Owner was super friendly and helpful, and there was a beautiful breakfast spread in the morning - fruit, yogurt, coffee, pastries, etc. Really good value for the price. Will definitely come back next time I stay in Williamstown.

Good value for money and conveniently located on outskirts of town. Hotel owner engaging and welcoming. Free breakfast spread with fresh fruit was a nice touch.

Rooms definitely need an upgrade. Bed was not comfortable and furniture was old and in need of replacement.

What a pleasant surprise! The staff is incredibly courteous and accommodating. The room was very quiet including the heating.

The owner was extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. If we're in the area in the future, we'll plan on staying at The Willows.

The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and accommodated a somewhat late arrival, as well as extending our stay. The breakfast was great! Very healthy and fresh with fruit, nuts, dates, plain yogurt. Not at all like typical hotel breakfast food. The cozy eating area was great for meeting fellow travelers. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything that we needed.

Parking was tight, but that is because the place is popular.

It was located off a larger highway. There was not a huge amount of traffic. We were able to see the foliage all around and in back hills of the motel.

There were beautiful spaces to sit, but it was a bit too cold. So, there was nothing I didn’t like.

This is my third stay. Super-friendly family business. The breakfast spread provided is standout, especially for a motel - every kind of fruit imaginable, bagels, muffins, cereal. almonds, etc etc AND very good coffee.

The welcome by the staff and the amazing friendly interactions were very much appreciated. The room was cozy and clean with all the amenities one might need. It was located next to a great Greek restaurant and had a discount arrangement with them. The breakfast was the best! Lots of fresh fruit, breads, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, milk, cereal. the man who provided the breakfast, kept encouraging people to stock up and take snacks with them for the day. That doesn’t usually happen. I can’t think of anything that I would criticize about this stay.

Another wonderful stay at the Willows. Very friendly staff - they welcomed me late in the evening. Wonderful breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. This no frills motel is close to the College and has very comfortable beds. Room was very clean. Look forward to staying with them again.

The place is clean, friendly and convenience. The property is well maintained and dog friendly. Love the fact that they are also very flexible with our schedule. They take pride of their property and take care of their guests. They put out nice breakfast for guests with fresh fruits and bakery. It is definitely a great place to stay at Williamstown. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Clean and convenient. The staff was lovely. The breakfast included lots of fresh fruit, yogurt and a variety of baked goods. The manager was warm and encouraged us to take fruit with us.

Great service

I stayed at Willows for the first time: I loved that they are pet friendly and offer breakfast. The breakfast options arranged by the friendly gentleman named Bhupinder was healthy and lovely, there was Panera-brand bread and bagel options. The room was very clean and that is my highest priority, the TV was nice with many channel offerings. The only thing I would ask to improve for motel level service is to have better quality shower soap. The soap is ok for handwashing but not for a shower. Bring your own soap.

The Willows Motel is a hidden Gem in Massachusetts. I spent a weekend in Williamstown at the Willows Motel and I have to say, everything was perfect. From the room to the staff, we were welcomed and well received. The breakfast was amazing and freshly done every morning. I felt at home away from home. I would return tomorrow morning if given the opportunity.

Came for a concert at mass moca. Stay two nights. Staff was very friendly and location was great. Facilities are old-fashioned but clean and comfortable.

Staff Very eager to please. However the bath had no safety bars, many of the electric outlets did not work, the refrigerator was not working so my food was not safe to eat, Breakfast was excellent ~> beautiful spread of fresh fruit, cereal, breads/pastry, juice & coffee.

We booked two rooms and had a very good experience at this hotel. The owner was very nice and pleasant, making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good and fresh fruits. The landscaping outside the property was neat and well-maintained, which gave the hotel a very inviting atmosphere. Additionally, there is an excellent Greek restaurant right next door, making dining very convenient and enjoyable.

Totally stay here again. Simple clean and friendly. Lovely breakfast with fresh local too!

It's a well maintained motel very close to the Williams campus.

The staff was very friendly. New mattresses in the room. Good AC, lovely sitting area outside. Breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Great towels and amenities.

What a gem! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived here. The owner was extremely friendly and upgraded us as he had a better room available than we had booked. Et nous a offert des bouteilles de jus de fruits et d"'eau très appréciées compte tenu de la chaleur. Un petit déjeuner continental avec énormément de fruits de toutes sortes qui a fait notre bonheur.

La chambre de bonne taille mais un.peu sombre . Un mobilier et une literie plus clairs serait plus agréable.

The room was very clean and comfortable in the bathroom was too. It was also large the TV worked. There’s a refrigerator and I believe there’s a microwave although I didn’t use it. The grounds are pretty with a lovely sitting area in the shade of some trees. The hotel staff were awesome. Very eager to make our stay happy and comfortable. Offered us water and fruit to take on our trip with us. The breakfast was fantastic. So much fruit and berries and everything fresh and organic. It is a motel and it looks like a motel. But considering that it is a motel it was absolutely fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel! The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, we arrived very late at night, he welcomed us with kindness. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The next morning, we were treated to a healthy and generous breakfast — honestly, one of the best breakfasts we’ve had on a trip!Especially loved the fresh blackberries and raspberries. The owner insisted we take some fruits and drinks for the road.There’s also a table outside where you can sit and enjoy breakfast in the fresh air. It was a lovely experience, grateful for their hospitality.
