Seul bémol : il n’y a que 3 places de parking pour les 7 logements. Et se garer dans Réthymnon est loin d’etre évident.

Perfekcyjnie wyposażone - ściereczki, płyny do mycia, odżywki, balsamy, detergenty, płyn do dezynfekcji, kapsułki do prania, ręczniki kąpielowe, parasole, toster, ekspres, zapas kapsułek itd ,.... gospodarz zadbał nawet o powitalne winko :-) Apartament jak i cały budynek jest estetycznie wykończony, wygodny i funkcjonalny. Gorąco polecam!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026L' appartamento, in posizione centrale e servitissimo (a brevissima distanza vi sono supermercati, farmacie ed altri negozi), è molto accogliente e completo di tutto (davvero non manca nulla!). Si nota che è stato pensato per garantire all' ospite tutte le comodità, anche nelle piccole cose. C' è attenzione al dettaglio. Lo spazio interno è stato ottimizzato, ampio il terrazzo; adiacenti allo stabile vi sono 3 posti auto,ma a due passi vi è anche il parcheggio di un istituto scolastico aperto dalle 7.30 alle 21.30. L' appartamento è ben insonorizzato. Il gentilissimo host ci ha consentito di anticipare il check in. Pulizia impeccabile.
Difficile trovare qualcosa di negativo.

Le ménage est soigneusement fait tout les 3 jours, on vous mets à disposition du café Nespresso ainsi que du thé, une bouteille de blanc et d'eau au frais, il y a des petits biscuits aussi... La proximité avec le port et les nombreux restaurants et commerces sont à peine à 10 min à pied. Très agréable séjour pour ceux qui comme nous sont un peu craintifs😁

En el bajo donde estuvimos no tienes ningún tipo de intimidad en la terraza, el sofá cama era incómodo y pequeño pero sobretodo lo que más me molestó fue el aparcamiento, no te aseguran plaza y además si no tienes un microcoche tipo smart o Fiat 500 el dueño te llama y mensajea constantemente de que tu coche es muy grande y que lo aparques en otro lado.

Trotz zentraler Lage in der Stadt sehr ruhig, da das Apartment scheinbar gute Schalldämmung besitzt. Drei Parkplätze sind speziell für die Apartments vorhanden. Wir hatten immer einen Platz, könnte aber bei voller Besetzung des Hauses knapp werden.

Alles is mooi afgewerkt, het bed ligt heerlijk, de keuken is voorzien van alle benodigdheden en er is zelfs een wasmachine. Daarnaast is het gemakkelijk aan te lopen naar het centrum en eventueel, iets langer, naar het strand. Wij hebben echt een top vakantie gehad. De gastheer Michalis communiceert duidelijk, vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar. Hij is goed bereikbaar bij vragen en dat geeft een fijn gevoelZ Bedankt voor al je hulp en fijne adviezen. Wij bevelen de accomodatie zeker aan.

We were lucky with the parking in front of the building. If all 3 parking slots are taken than it is hard to find free parking spaces in the street.

Le stationnement juste devant est un plus et nous avons la chance d'avoir toujours une place. La machine à laver et le balcon ont été appréciables pour laver et sécher le linge en milieu de séjour. Tout est pensé pour un séjour idyllique. A recommander.

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025Очень красивая и светлая квартира, две просторные комнаты. Очень чисто и приятный запах по всей квартире. Приятный сюрприз от хозяина : вино и вода ! Близко к центру, спальня выходит в тихий двор и закрыв окна и дверь вы не слышите шума ! На всех окнах сетки от насекомых, к тому же окна шумозащитные. .Современный дизайн и новая сантехника, все необходимое на кухне, большой плюс шампунь и мыло ,капсулы для стиральной машины, пакеты для мусора. Балкон где можно посидеть . Все продумано для удобства и комфорта. Под домом была стоянка. Каждое утро производилась уборка лестничных пролетов. В доме 7 апартаментов и дом закрыт внизу для безопасности . Рядом много кафе, супермаркет. Хозяин отвечал на все вопросы очень быстро и эффективно.
Матрас немного мягкий.

Rezerwując apartament brałem pod uwagę prywatny parking, niestety na ok 8 apartamentów przed budynkiem są dostępne tylko 3 miejsca parkingowe więc przyjeżdżając na miejsce nie mamy gwarancji zaparkowania pod mieszkaniem. W okolicy niestety jest bardzo dużo aut i żeby znaleść miejsce trzeba czasem poszukać dodatkowe 20 min. Niestety dla mnie to duży minus mimo apartamentu w doskonałej lokalizacji, bardzo dobrze wyposażonego i bardzo dokładnie wysprzątanego.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Apartament foarte linistit, frumos decorat, curat si luminos. Desi nu am baut, am apreciat mult vinul de bun venit aflat in frigider dar si dulciurile si cafeaua la discretie. Sunt gesturi frumoase care te fac sa te simti binevenit. Cladirea in care se afla apartamentul este de altfel foarte curata, bine ingrijita. Totul silentios: usile, liftul, peretii bine izolati. Da, sunt doar trei locuri de parcare ale cladirii dar am gasit usor parcare in apropiere. Desi ni s-a oferit un cod de acces in cladire si ni se lasase o cartela la receptie, gazda a fost totusi prezenta si ne-a ajutat sa ne acomodam mai usor cu locatia. Am mai apreciat mult ca existau perne suplimentare, pilota, prosoape pentru plaja, lotiune de corp, fier de calcat. Patul a fost foarte confortabil. Locatie perfecta, distanta de cateva minute de mers pe jos fata de centrul vechi.
Nu este neaparat ceva ce nu mi-a placut, poate o dorinta a mea personala: nu am gasit posturi grecesti la televizor (invat limba greaca si imi place sa ascult). Sunt sute de canale Tv (probabil prin satelit) dar nu am gasit nici posturi cu muzica. Sau poate nu am avut suficienta rabdare sa caut. Personal nu cred ca sunt necesare toate acele canale tv prin satelit. Cele prin cablu ar fi fost suficiente. Dar acesta nu a fost un aspect care sa influenteze calitatea experientei noastre la 7 city apartments.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Everything is brand new, and the building materials are good. Our front door had a second door with acoustic foam, so we could barely hear anything from the outside
The property has 3 parking spots for 7 apartments. If the spots are taken, finding a place around is challenging. Besides that, nothing to complain about.

Υπάρχει προβλημα με το πάρκινγκ καθώς οι θέσεις του καταλύματος είναι 3 και στην γύρω περιοχή είναι πολύ δύσκολο να παρκαρεις
